Although it has 80,000 trainees in 36 cities, 30,000 graduate members and enormous power, Common Purpose (CP) is largely unknown to the general public.

Its members control the NHS, where it wastes £60 billion, much of it going into private pockets; and controls most of Britain’s 8,500 quangos which spend £167 billion annually, according to the Cabinet Office. Business rates and tax go up, services go down, the difference is spent on yet more CP quangos. CP is identifying leaders in all levels of our government to assume power when our nation is replaced by the European Union, in what they call “the post democratic era.” They are learning to rule without democracy, and will bring the EU police state home to every one of us.Common Purpose is a criminal organisation that enables fraud to be committed across these government departments to reward pro European local politicians. Corrupt deals are enabled that put property or cash into their pockets by embezzling public assets.

It has members in the NHS, BBC, the police, the legal profession, the church, many of Britain’s 8,500 quangos, local councils, schools, social services, the Civil Service, government ministries, Parliament, and it controls many RDA’s (Regional Development Agencies).

Cressida Dick is the Common Purpose senior police officer who authorised the “Shoot to kill” policy without reference to Parliament, the law or the British Constitution. Jean de Menezes was one of the innocents who died as a result. Her shoot to kill policy still stands today.

Common Purpose trained Janet Paraskeva, the Law Society’s former Chief Executive Officer. Surprising numbers of lawyers are CP members. It is no coincidence that justice is more expensive, more flawed and more corrupt. Lawyers in secret family courts routinely commit perjury to pervert the course of justice, knowing CP judges will protect them; a fair trial is now rare. When a challenge was made to the signing of the five EU treaties, which illegally abolish Britain’s sovereignty, it was no surprise the courts refused to uphold the law.

Common Purpose was backed by John Prescott’s Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM), and its Chief Executive is Julia Middleton. The Head of the Civil Service Commission is a member.

It is close to controlling Plymouth City Council, where it has subverted the democratic process. Local people cannot get CP’s corrupt activities published, because the editors of local papers are in CP, and refuse to let journalists publish the articles.

The power of councillors is being usurped nationally by council executives, as CP substitutes “expert officers” and s wamps councillors with paperwork and directives. The ODPM’s councillor monitoring officers can remove councillors who don’t comply, or try to stand up for democracy.

CP was formed in 1970 by Ted Heath’s Conservative Party as part of joining the European Union Dictatorship. In the 1990’s, with its members’ cross departmental influence, it was involved with what then became the disastrous New Millennium Dome Company and the squandering of £800 million; it appears £300m of this was diverted into the web of quangos set up by CP. There is a fraud case over this, stalled in the courts thanks to CP’s influence in the legal profession.

Over £100 million of our money has been spent on CP courses alone, and its been hidden from the public. No published accounts, and members names are a guarded secret. It charges substantial figures for its courses. Matrix for example costs £3,950 plus VAT, and courses for the high flying `leader’ can be as much as £9,950 plus VAT. This money is ours, paid by government departments financing senior staff to become agents for CP, instead of loyal to their own jobs.

Common Purpose International (Ltd by guarantee No. 2832875) is registered as an educational charity, No 1023384. Given it targets the powerful with expensive fees, its charity status stinks and should be revoked.

Common Purpose - training our future EU rulers

Potential Common Purpose subjects are selected for training. Are they susceptible to being converted; are they in the right job, with the right colleagues and friends? Do they have power, influence and the control of money? The local Common Purpose Advisory Board then decides if they can do the course.

While on the courses candidates are assessed; are they corruptable; will they abuse their positions, commit fraud and lie for Common Purpose? If so they are selected for the inner sanctum; but half are not, and can honestly say they’ve seen nothing wrong.

Trained leaders are encouraged to act as a network, enable other members’ plans, and have meetings under the so called Chatham House rules. This effectively means their statements are not attributable to them, nor can attendees reveal information heard at a Common Purpose meeting.

Council Officers are having secret meetings with, for example, property developer Common Purpose friends. No agendas and no minutes. Common Purpose Graduates from the public quango sectors such as the Regional Development Agencies attend, and award large sums of public money to these projects.

It is the worst national example of cronyism, closed contract bids, fraud and corruption. And unseen to the general public.

Common Purpose undermines traditionally effective and efficient government departments with an overwhelming influx of new language, political correctness and management initiatives. The talk is of change, empowering communities, vision, worklessness, mainstreaming (sucking EU money into a project to sustain it), community empowerment, working partnership, regeneration and celebrating diversity etc etc. Documents appear about change, and reorganisation.

As CP “leaders” become more senior they employ countless managers and bureaucrats. In time confusion rules, and things don’t seem to work properly. Management decisions are made that seem stupidly destructive. The organisation’s performance becomes sluggish. Undermining the NHS is Common Purpose’s biggest success so far, with bureaucrats outnumbering hospital staff three to one.

David Cameron, who is an EU plant, uses the language and techniques of Common Purpose against the Conservative Party. By changing, with nothing to change to, he is paralyzing the Conservative party.

Does anyone have any specific info on this? Names of organisations working in schools?

I know that "Global Rock Challenge" is popular in schools and has connections with the police, but in my experience it seemed to be a positive experience for the children. I found the logo to be symbolic though and wouldn't be surprised at all if they were connected to CP (Common Purpose, not my namesake!)

You have also asked for information on the amount of spending the Department incurred with Common Purpose and details of the staff who underwent that training. The former Department for Education and Skillsconcluded a contract in September 2004 for £28,800 and April 2005 for£22,900 with Common Purpose to provide challenging and diverse learning experiences for future leaders. Participants were able to research and explore how the Department's policies impacted "on the ground" inrelation to the Department's Five Year Strategy, and gain a greater appreciation of how Government policies were interpreted and implementedby service deliverers in public, private and voluntary/community sectors and the constraints facing different organisations.

The former Department also supported some senior managers through Common Purpose as part of their personal development. However, this information cannot easily be disaggregated from overall costs for leadership development as it would require us to examine individual records to locate, extract and analyse the data to retrieve the information you requested. This would be very time-consuming and would have been over the £600 limit which has been specified in regulations for central Government. This represents the estimated cost of one person spending 3.5 working days in locating, retrieving and extracting the information.Under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act the Department is not obliged to comply with your request and we will not be processing your request further.

Subversion by the Frankfurt School and Common Purpose
A war is being waged against the UK.

We are in a war for freedom, a war against European domination, with which the EU plans complete control of the United Kingdom. Our Country and democracy are being attacked and dismantled. It is the same war for which 1.4 million British servicemen have already given their lives. In this war though, a Fifth Column is already in UK and at work.

We must mobilise the people of the country, because our political, legal and government leadership is corrupted. We must properly engage our activists, voters and wider supporters. Because it is a war, we must work with all reasonable parties and individuals. The EU is using divide and rule tactics. We must bring all good people in UK together to fight.

The EU regime is illegal

The EU attack has to be subversive because the entire EU regime is illegal in this country: our government and sovereign have no legal authority to abolish our common law, British Constitution, monarchy, or our nation. The EU is marching forward only because our Ministers and the legal profession are able to abuse their powers by breaking the law and committing the crime of Treason. To do this without spending a lifetime in jail they secretly repealed the Treason Acts, with the Crime and Disorder Act, 1998.

(Mp's did not know they were repealing the Treason Acts; that was slipped into clause 36.3 after they read it, to get Tony Blair off a treason charge for the 1997 Amsterdam Treaty.)

The subversive EU attack on the UK comes at three levels:
Overt: The EU Treaties, Constitution, laws, and regulations.
Covert: Subversion of our democracy, government, institutions, bureaucracies and identity.
Penetration of our political leadership to end representative democracy.
Let’s look at these in more detail:

The Covert ‘Fifth Column’ EU attack on our government and Democracy
In the 1960’s we had some communist subversion in England. A dozen New Labour Ministers who are in positions of real power, like John Read and John Prescott were communist activists. Since the signing of the 1972 EU treaty the communists have switched their allegiance from the Soviet Union to the European Union, and subversion has exploded.

The Frankfurt School

The techniques are broadly based on the Frankfurt School, the University department bought by the Soviet Union in 1935. The Soviets asked it for the best methods of undermining other nations so it could bring them under its control. The EU has been implementing these techniques in Britain since the early 1960's.

The Frankfurt school recommends political correctness, the teaching of sex and homosexuality to children, the creation of racialism offences, continual change to create confusion, the undermining of schools and teachers' authority, the promotion of excessive drinking, emptying the churches, an unreliable legal sytem with bias against the victim, dependency on the state or benefits, huge immigration to destroy identity, control and dumming down of media and TV, the attack on fathers and the breakdown of the family, and other methods, the results of which we are now all too familiar with.

Political Correctness is a form of mind control to control free speech, to undermine public opinion, to weaken the defences of democracy and to ‘re-educate’ schoolchildren; it is a well documented communist subversion procedure.

These techniques have been remarkably successful at undermining local and national government, the Police, NHS, schools and children. It has alienated British people from our nation and its politics; millions are now disinterested and apathetic. On 13th Feb. 2007 UNICEF reported British children now have the worst upbringing of the 21 top nations.

Common Purpose.

Who directs this subversion? Five of the six EU treaties have already been signed; and the handover of power to the EU is well underway, with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister in charge. The ODPM runs the EU’s Common Purpose organization in Britain, which has already used these techniques to train 19,500 leaders for what they chillingly call “the post democratic era.”

Common Purpose assists the spread this subversion and EU style corruption throughout our government bureaucracies. If you see public land being sold, or some EU funded regeneration or redevelopment project suddenly blossoming, you can guarantee large sums of money will be sticking to the fingers of officials who are Common Purpose trained.

Common Purpose is entrenched in the NHS, the BBC, the Church, the legal profession, the Police, Schools and the Education sector, Social Services, City, County Councils, Local Councils, Government Offices of the Regions, Regional Development Agencies, Regional Assemblies, and in the 8,500 so called charity / quangos.

EU penetration of our Political Leadership
The easy example is the Conservative Party, where their members and voters want to be out of Europe, but the leadership stopped representing them decades ago. The leadership fell under the iron grip of European control in the 1960's, when Macmillan first tried to take us into the EU. That grip was slightly relaxed under Margaret Thatcher, but she was still forced to sign the Single European Act in 1987, in which Britain consented to be part of a single European dictatorship.

The EU still has absolute control over the Conservative leadership today. Some make no real effort to disguise their allegiance to the EU, such as Hesletine, Ken Clarke, Maude and David Cameron. The Party is controlled by their EU agenda, not that of the voters. This pattern exists in the Labour Party under the communists exposed above, and in all areas of elected government. The principal of representative democracy has been subverted.

Conservative voters will be horrified when they find out, too late, that David Cameron is a committed Pro-European socialist. He uses the language of Common Purpose, and in his career as a Director of Carlton TV, its techniques.

One example is Cameron's command to change. If you change you destroy the old; if you have nothing substantial to change to, you’ve simply destroyed, and the technique has succeeded. He may win the election, but it won’t be the Conservative Party that’s in power. His deceit must be exposed.

Nor are the Lib Dems safe. Yes, they know we are now living in what is legally a police state, and make speeches strongly opposing it. But they conceal the fact, that after 34 years inside, it’s the EU police state we’re living in.

Is UKIP subject to subversion?
Yes. The EU uses UKIP members it pays to create infighting, and to stop anti-EU activities. You may have an idea who some of these UKIP subversives are.

UKIP was founded in 1993 by four people, one of whom was Nigel Farage. He has controlled the party for most of its life. He appointed Roger Knapman as leader in 2002, without an election, coercing the other candidates to stand down. On 12th September 2006 Nigel Farage became UKIP's leader formally.

His printed election address, and speeches since he became leader, make it clear his main aim is to get UKIP's MEP's re-elected (thus ensuring his 500,000pa euro salary/expenses/fees.) As for his pretended method for leaving the EU, he says electing a majority of UKIP MEP's would make our position in the EU untenable.

He knows that's not true: the sham EU parliament has no power, and we can only leave if Westminster repeals the 1972 European Treaty of Accession (before it is abolished by the EU.)

So even UKIP is a pro EU party, with its top ten leaders, all European MEP's, paid vast EU salaries which they are very keen to protect, and all the parties' employees paid by the EU. He who pays the piper calls the tune.

Does anyone have any specific info on this? Names of organisations working in schools?

I know that "Global Rock Challenge" is popular in schools and has connections with the police, but in my experience it seemed to be a positive experience for the children. I found the logo to be symbolic though and wouldn't be surprised at all if they were connected to CP (Common Purpose, not my namesake!)

This doesn't really answer your question but shows open and direct targeting of young people throughout the country. I won't cut and paste the whole article, when you hit the link you'll see it's a bit complicated. 'Common Purpose' seems to be a phrase used a lot. Google search: Common Purpose Schools and you'll see what I mean.

Your thread is excellent. Quite honestly, I only heard about CP recently and thought others should know. I'm no expert. When I did a Google search on Landmark and CP the phrase 'common purpose' comes up time and again. I would say it looks likely that they are connected and I'd be surprised if they are not. Your thread also has vids/attendee accounts in it which give us insight into what this disgusting organisation is like.

This stuff isn't about ego, it's about doing what's right, please put links on this post you think relevant. Just let's get the word out! I'd like to tap in to 'parent concern'. We all have witnessed fanatical school run psychology, just imagine the impact when parents realise the extent of this brain washing!

Thanks for that link. After googling it around a bit and their own website I started to feel a bit sick! Perhaps a sticky should be made for the common purpose lot as I think evidence will be time consuming to collect. Those invoices were interesting.

Thanks for that Dondaz. I noticed the address for eutruth.com at the end of one of those clips. I think what I have just been reading there has taken me to a new level of reality. I've always pretty much ignored the EU thing, watched a couple of clips now and again, but now.....now I don't know what. This seems like really serious stuff coming into play at the end of this year with parliament closing. Thanks for leading me to it, I'll delve deeper tomorrow.
