Ok today I juiced a load of cheap apples using a £7.99 juicer (300 watts). Before juicing them, wash them and core them and chop them up so they fit into the funnel of the juicer and make sure you eat some of the pieces of apple that you chopped cos it's good for you :)

Once the apples have been juiced, sieve the juice into a bottle through a funnel so not to spill any. Chill it in the fridge (or freezer for speed) and enjoy the beautiful juice.

Apple Tea (without the chemicals :))
Save the apple pulp (that was left in the juicer) and put it into a big stainless steel pot with a lid on and add lots of water but not too much. Boil the apple solution for about 10 mins then turn down to medium heat and continue for a total of half an hour until all the apple pulp is totally softened (and mushy like apple sauce). If you feel that there is too much water in there then continue heating without the lid on for another 15 mins or so to reduce it down.

Let it cool abit and then sieve it into another container/pan. You can use a wooden spoon to move the mush around in the sieve to let more liquid drop through. Keep disposing of the apple mush from in the sieve when it has been drained of as much liquid as possible.

Boil the liquid in a pan and use a ladle to dish it out into cups and ENJOY :)
You can add a squeeze of lemon in the pan whilst it is boiling to give it more definition but it's not essential and you can add sugar to your cup of apple tea if you need to. Mine didnt need any sugar cos it was naturally quite sweet.

I reckon it will stay fresh in the fridge for at least a couple of days.

I wonder if the remaining mush could be used for anything cos it still had a bit of taste to it ?
