How to get out of the matrix, then?

For me, its an artifical world, because everywhere are those negative emotions.

Well, I reckon just 'knowing' that the world we live is in an illusion with 'smoke & mirrors' is a starting point. Also, that we have the ability to get 'out there' with our 'all knowing awareness', albeit we have been made to forget this. This is what Icke says, which agree with him 100%, it feels right.

lol why are you so afraid of negative emotions? the dark can enlighten to. We are told to keep our dark emotions under wraps. So theres just loads of smiling depressents walking around.
About escaping the matrix, i believe thats impossible because if we run away thats worse than changing the world. The world seems an ok place If we run away we are running away from something we can not face fear!

And whats so scary about something that doesn't happen? Do you want a one seasoned sunny shiny world where people are always smileing?.
If you fear something thats where you need to go the darker emotions are telling you about something that you must face. Fear is the place you need to go.
You can't escape the matrix if you do you just end up in another one. Its about turning the projector off.
