How to put a picture next to my name?

I have a pic that I thought would appear next to my name, but it doesn't show when I post? What am I doing wrong please?

you have to make sure the pic is the right size and the right data size .... unless you have the image on a peice of webspace and link it to there, then it can be as big as you like...well as long as it does not fill up the page :P

there are two options to do this... have you chose the right one for the way you have uploaded it?

Make sure you upload the optimized image in the Edit Avatar in the CP...
