Bankworld provides strategic and operational planning and implementation services to government, financial institution regulators, and financial institutions to improve the quality and delivery of services in support of economic development.
Bankworld provides expert advice, assistance, guidance and counseling in support of government organizations' management, organizational and business improvement efforts. This may also include studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental,
consultative or implementation efforts. Examples of consultation include, but are not limited to:

SIN 874-7: Program Integration And Project Management Services
Bankworld has technical assistance contracts for services with USAID and other Federal agencies. These contracts greatly facilitate access to Bankworld's experienced staff and consulting associates in helping clients address a wide range of technical challenges.
Bankworld's project managers are experienced in both delivering and supporting technical service engagements, so Bankworld can suggest cost and time saving ways of structuring consulting services. Bankworld can help to define technical service tasks, prepare illu
strative budgets, and draft necessary documentation.

The success of our performance depends on ensuring the right technical skills and depth possessed by our field experts and home staff. These requisite skills and depth, in turn, are acquired through the proper mix of education and specialized professional experie
nce. For this reason, Bankworld's MOBIS Schedule offers such a combination of education and specialized professional experience - as well as practical and appropriate trade-offs between the two - that allows us to ensure our standards of quality. The short job d
escriptions provided in this section provide our primary guidelines for each labor category. However, further relevant sub-specializations are ensured by Bankworld in the selection of specific individuals for specifics assignments and responsibilities.
Program Director
Education: A Master's degree in a relevant field. If a Bachelor's degree is possessed, then three additional years of relevant work experience is required.
General Experience: A minimum of fifteen years of work experience, including five or more years in project management.
Specialized Experience: Experience in Strategic Planning, Program Management, Financial Management, and Procurement. Must have conceptual skills and the ability to scope and design programs and leading efforts that involve the successful management of multi-funct
ional teams. Specialized experience includes project development, expertise in management, control of funds and resources, and demonstrated capability in managing multiple tasks.
Duties: Provides overall guidance and oversight to multiple projects with diverse scope and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and implementation of program support activities. Exceptional written and oral

Research Associate

Duties: Performs data collection, research and other relevant services in support of the conduct of projects.
Financial Advisor 2
Education: Master's degree in a relevant field. If a Bachelor's degree is possessed, then three additional years of relevant work experience is required.
General Experience: A minimum of twelve years of work experience.
Specialized Experience: Experience in finance and related disciplines, in a senior management or advisory role required. Experience in one or more finance related specialized functions, such as financial planning, examination, regulation, banking and non-banking

Financial Advisor 1
