Hi deano :)

I haven't seen this yet, but my little one has & is really into it all. I've recently got him the boxset of books & have started reading them to him at bedtime. I want to encourage him to recognise the multidimensional aspects of this world with the nature spirits/sprites etc & this is proving to be a good base for it :)

Have you seen the movie & what do you think of it?

Yeah I've seen some adverts for this. It looks quite interesting in how it approaches it's storyline.

I can't really comment as I haven't seen it yet either. I'm sure there is an underlying message in there somewhere, but I prefer to focus on the positive side of it & ignore anything sinister:)

i have a book, a field study guide by arthur spiderwick, in which the brownies, gnomes, fairy, elfs, trolls, and lots of other cretures are described in detail

its the one book i read to all my little cousins when they come over

you should see the difference in them, normally their used to their braindead parents letting the t.v. babysit them with those mind-numbing chidlren's shows,

but when they are over at my house, i make them all sit around and read to them about all the different magical creatures, they eyes are in awe, and they all pay so much attention, and i make them raise their hands with questions, and they have like a dozen questions for every page!

its so much fun,

i will watch this movie, when the dvd comes out.... :D

ok so i just watched the movie last night,

and overall i liked it

i noticed there was MUSHROOM symbolism shown, and there was even chemtrail brainwashing in the movie, they show the sky covered with chemtrail like clouds,

and of course theres the 'broekn home' brainwashing for the kids so they get usedd to daddy leaving mommy for someone else, heck at least the dad didnt leave the mom for soem other dude, like some forumers would like to see,

but overall i suggest yall watch this movie!

Ahh bless ya honey, that's good to hear:) Kids just love this kinda thing don't they.

My son is well into this & has a few of the books including the Field Guide too, he loves them. I especially like the one about the individual sprites. I'm glad you enjoyed the movie too:)

Yeah it's good to keep the magic alive, we are far too removed from it these days I feel. I went to the library yesterday & got him quite a few new books to read, most of them about magic, fairiy folk, mermaids & animals:) I tell ya I could submerge myself in these worlds all the time & never get bored - oh to be a kid again, lol:)
