That is a six year old article, and Kissinger didn't head the 9/11 commision after all some other lacky called Thomas Kean that didn't have such a bad reputation was made head.

The family of the victims freakout when they heard that Kissenger was to head the Omission Commission, they had him pulled for lack of a better word.
