I cant`t be peacefully to man and women, if I am under such enormous pressure.
The pressure comes from the "Jesuits" goes via my corpus to other humans- I am always sending out aggressive messages.
I can`t help, be the pressure, the Illuminatis source is still pushing !
As long they are pushing I feel stressed. I do not want to put it in my stomach, by food, nor to play football. Pleeeeease,

Aggression is better than apathy for example. Today I feel hateful. That's better than feeling helpless so I guess I'm moving in the right direction. :D

It's important that the aggression is only temporary, or else it will begin to create illness. To burn through the aggression somehow is needed. But that is often a bit of a struggle.

Aggression can be constructive or destructive. Sometimes I can become angry but it's a positive and constructive form of anger.
The other type of aggression is when anger is combined with a sense of helplessness. Then deep frustration sets in, and it feels like hitting a steel wall with one's bare hands. A thoroughly unpleasant state to be in. In that mode, since I can't do anything about the actual problem, the aggression can begin to pour into other unrelated situations, such as lashing out at someone or something even when it has nothing to do with the problem and the sense of helplessness that is the cause of the original anger.
