Hi there.

Just wanted to know if you guys believe in fate?

Lately (the last couple of years), I've been experiencing so many deja vu's and events that I could have sworn I've dreamt of before happening. Like it was meant to happen. And most of them are not important events at all, like something said to someone of miniscule importants, chit-chat if you'd like. Others are encounters with unknown people.

It weirds me out, because I have this feeling that I do not have control over my life, like everything I do and says is somehow been decided on beforehand, written in stone.

I'd like your inputs on this subject folks...

yeah that's fate...ur being told something- try to work out what is similar in each event. Iv recently figured out that iv had deja vu when there were repies around or near or i had a chance to do healing on someone for it. The feeling is like time catching up to it's self. It's important don't dismiss it.

De ja vu is fun! :) I love it when that happens.....For me its either a prophetic dream, or a signal that something important is about to happen.

repies = reptilians/parasitic entities.

I experience deja vu feeling nearly every day , i also experience deja vu when watching some movies , and i dont say "oh i feel like i have seen this before" , but "i feel i have been there" , but yet i cant predict most of what is happening.Though i mostly can predict who survives the whole movie , or at least to nearly an end.

I dont even remember the list of movies i have felt deja vu , i can list a few - avp , lord of the rings series , x-men , underworld , spiderman series , war of the worlds , pirates of the caribbean series , teenage mutant ninja turtless (2007) and many many more... Does it means i have been there ? make your own choice.well , i feel i was there , because that kind a movies represent my reality more than the reality itself and are rather something to do with desires than knowledge.For me the only true breaktrough that science can make is to build a virus or serum that will arise some abilities that are in x-men such as healing fator and supernatural agility.And no lesser versions of these than seen there.

I can relate to that movie story, but what I'm essentially talking about is the knowledge of what is to happen. For instance conversations with unknown people off the street, or even some dude looking at me in a strange way. I have numerous examples of events, most of which seem very mundane and insignificant, that I had a for-knowledge of (yet hidden in my subconscious) and sometime when that situation occurs, I get a deja vu feeling, and often I can predict what will happen next. It somewhat freaks me out, because I get the feeling that "if that was meant to happen, if everything else also ment to happen?" And I don't like the idea of fate too much, for that implies to me a lack of free-will.

Thank you! That article on philosophy has further broaden my perspective on life. So "destiny" and free-will can co-exist... I like the idea. So, it is myself who decide to do as I have forseen, and I could have taken another route have I not been "in touch" with my core self.
