A group called the Center for Mass Destruction Defense (CMDD) has released results of a study done on the effects of nuclear attacks on 4 USA cities.
An interesting quote from the director of CMDD is:
“The likelihood of a nuclear weapon attack in an American city is steadily increasing, and the consequences will be overwhelming.”
Notice he said, "... will be overwhelming" instead of "... would be overwhelming."
Are they trying to tell us something?
