View Full Version : Relationships Outside of the Matrix

David Icke, in Children of the Matrix, chapter 19 entitled "The Gatekeepers", says this about relationships:
"What we are being challenged to do here is for all of us to access all of us. Therefore to become balanced "wholes" within ourselves without the need to find an external "other half". The third force then manifests within all of us, and relationships are the interaction of two whole people and not two halves seeking external balance. Those relationships are based on the mutual respect of each partner for the other's wholeness and individuality. If they don't fulfil the blueprint then fine because whole people do not want a relationship with a blueprint."
And then a few more paragraph's later says:
"]Relationships as they are currently perceived, desired, and demanded, serve the Matrix magnificently because they suppress what is necessary for the partners to reach wholeness within themselves. Once whatever they need to express or experience on that journey starts to affect their partner in ways they don't like, the pressure is applied, internally and externally, to suppress that experience and stay in the prison cell.
If this attitude does not stop, the Matrix will continue to hold together for as long as the attitude prevails. It will always produce the gatekeeper relationship in which each partner keeps the other in mental and emotional servitude while calling it love and the ideal relationship.'
I think what David is saying here is quite important because "matrix relationships" do suppress what is necessary for the partners to reach wholeness within themselves. And this "suppression' is a barrier for the relationship to keep on stagnating and never advancing. To break out of the "matrix" is to break out of all old mind sets that hinder growth...and this includes interpersonal relationships as well.
Thoughts on this?

the ideal relationship would be if both people feel whole, but in evolvement in society we are just not there yet, i think dating when you don't feel whole yet will result in a lot of problems within the relationships but i think you learn and grow and as a result you become more whole.
I think dating someone that is more masculine or feminine then you are will make you learn that side of yourself so you will be more blanced, more whole.

Yes that's brilliant. When you and your other half (partner) are in a relationship, the potentiality of LOVE in the deepest sense is possible, and then 2 become one. The woman becomes space for the man, and the man becomes space for the woman. This isn't possible with everyone and every relationship. :)

I always though that too. But it requires a certain level of intelligence to have an effective relationship, or else you just get on each others nerves. I mean why do people argue and break up and stuff? Because they don't understand how the ego works, and that's the bottom line. A healthy relationship requires meditation or at least an intellectual understanding of ego.
..The third force then manifests within all of us,
In physics, force is what causes a mass to accelerate. It may be experienced as a twist, a push, or a pull. The acceleration of a body is proportional to the vector sum of all forces acting on it (known as the net force or resultant force). In an extended body, force may also cause rotation, deformation, or an increase in pressure for the body. Rotational effects are determined by the torques, while deformation and pressure are determined by the stresses that the forces create.[1][2]
Net force is mathematically equal to the time rate of change of the momentum of the body on which it acts.[3] Since momentum is a vector quantity (has both a magnitude and direction), force also is a vector quantity.
The concept of force has been used in statics and dynamics since ancient times. (http://64.233.183.104/search?q=cache:nZXGmw8O_9IJ:en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Force+force&hl=nl&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=nl)

Hi, can you elaborate on this thought?
I think, in relationships where each person is whole, a type of positive 'fusion" can result......this can even be compared to an electrical/chemical type of fusion...that triggers something positive in the other person..and this translates to a wonderful creativity together.....when both people are willing to bring out the best in each other.
This is the ideal of course. How many have achieved actually achieved this in their relationships? I don't think it can be achieved if one person in the relationship is not whole.....or is not willing to become whole.

I would agree with that. Understanding the ego especially in yourself....and then the other person.

Yes, I like what David writes about relationship. I'd like to share my thoughts on this, sorry if it's not entierly accurate as this is new to me, (and I really should give up writing on forums anyway, cause I'm crap at writing). It seems to me that at the base of the ego is the will and desire to control, not just obvious control, but also subtle desire and will to control your experience. So when a partner does/says something that you did not wish to experience we tend to want to control that situation. When all desire/will to control is let go of, there is freedom, and your true nature naturally reveals itself, and any situation will be dealt with intuitively from a state of oneness. Letting go of control in "not easy" but the easiest thing at the same time, your ego will say "ok, I'm gonna let go of control now" and try to let go of control
, not immedietly realizing that you are practicing more control than before. Trying to let go of control is just superego being even more controlling, and you may catch yourself scanning your thoughts for any trace that you might be controlling, and then feel crap if you think you are controlling. It's the ego wanting to claim and control your true nature, which is impossible, because mind can not be it's source. So letting go happens spontaniously, and there is trust required, that you will mature into your true being naturally when you let go of control, "the way we trust that babies become children, and children becomes adolecents, and adolecents become adults."
This is what I have experienced lately, which my partner has had the pleasure of :D
I am excited, me and my partner are "growing up" together and starting to experience love that has been unknown to me.

~ an unfinished song
once upon a time
in a place that doesn't exist
questioners who came on line
fed the urge they couldn't resist
they searched and they learned
of things no one had told them
but the knolwedge they earned
brought fear to an old him
"they are too smart", said he,
"I must make them stumble"
so he planted his seed
and started to mumble,
"your leaders hate you
and want you to die
you know that its true
and I'll tell you why"
"you're slaves and chattle,
too stupid to live"
as imaginary sabers rattled
and their hopes began to give
they began to fight and argue
then argue and fight
even the sum of 2+2
is something no one got right
they couldn't of course
it wasn't in the plan
like a blinded horse
led by a mad man
he was challenged by nare a few
with brightness in their hearts
they tried to speak of love to you
as his minions their fights did start
one offered a morning hug,
another a sweet simple song
his minions laughed loud and smug
insiting believers got it all wrong
if one sat on a cloud
and watched from above
they would laugh out loud
at his failure to kill the dove
love will not die,
be inslaved nor go away
even as his minions cry,
"today is our last day",
there are more tomorrows
of hope and possibility,
for an end to the sorrows
and return to the reality
that each of you alone,
is beautiful and rare
the mad man will one day be gone
replaced by One who doth care

Paulo Coehlo is a great author, I've read a few of his & have more waiting in my "yet to be read" pile (which is a pretty big one I must admit, lol):D
