I watched this for the first time yesterday and I have to say nice one to David...the way Wogan ends up looking like a complete tit and the audience are laughing along at him with Icke (following his comical "But the US is a free and open country!" statement) was brilliant.

I used to think he was quite funny on the Eurovision Song Contest but he acted like a bit of a c*nt during the original "laughing at you" interview and fully deserved what he got 17 years later :p

Yes. David Icke certainly got the better of him the second time round. It was encouraging to hear the audience react the way they did as well. A sign of the way the wind is blowing wouldn't you think?

I hadn't actually seen the 2006 Wogan show meet with David and I have to say, Terry got his ass handed to him that time! LOL :D

it was the prefect way to show how people have changed since then.... go check out the old interview and how the audience were laughing to Wogans tune as if they were one mind...

listen to the second one and see how much character and awareness the audience had.

and how it left Wogan not so funny.

It also goes to show how the top dogs are only powerful if the masses make them than way... we stop seeing them as so powerful and above us.. and they are tiny.

I've watched that clip a couple of times, it is really funny. I especially like watching it when I feel a bit down and misunderstood, it is encouraging.. :)
It is true that the people's whole mindset seemed to have changed, judging by the audience's reactions,.... It is a good very good sign :D, I have been paying close attention to happenings around me and more and more people are realising that we are the one's with the power. This is happening here with the petrol price for instance...

This is an email that has been going around

"RAND MERCHANT BANK:
This is about petrol prices and an invitation to join the resistance. By the end of this month petrol prices are set to soar even higher.

If we want the petrol price to come down, we all need to take some intelligent, united action.

Last year there was a "don't buy petrol day"-but the oil companies just laughed at that because they knew that we would "hurt" ourselves by refusing to buy petrol.

It was more of an inconvenience to us than a problem to them.
But, whoever thought of the ideas, has come up with a plan that can really work.
READ ON AND JOIN THE ACTION!!

By now you probably thinking petrol priced at about R7.50 is cheap. It is currently at +- R8.00 for regular and unleaded.

Now that the oil companies and the OPEC nations (the bullies like US and Britain) have conditioned us to think that the cost of a liter is cheap at R 8.20 ,
we need to take aggressive action to teach them that buyers control the marketplace......... not the sellers.

With the price of petrol going up each day, we consumers need to take action.

The only way we are going to see the price of petrol come down is if we hit someone in the pocket by not purchasing their petrol.

And we can do that without hurting ourselves.

How?

Since we rely on our cars, we just cannot stop buying petrol.

But we can have an impact on petrol prices if we all act together to force a price war.
Here's the idea:
For the rest of the year, don't purchase any petrol from the two biggest overseas oil companies (which are now one), SHELL and BP...
(Local is Lekka - So buy Sasol / Engen / Excel)
If the overseas companies are not selling any petrol, they will be inclined to reduce their prices.

If they reduce their prices, the other companies will have to follow suit.

But to have an impact we need to reach literally millions of petrol buyers.

It is really simple to do! " Articles on this topic is even being published in one of our most popular magazines.. ;)

NOW the people need to start ACTING!

I happened to pick up a book (a Wogan biography) that you find for 50p in the charity shops (overpriced) and looked in the index to find Icke David so hastily opened and read the section relating to this thread Wogan Now And Then..

It mentions other guests that were interviewed then goes along the lines of...'David Icke a soul no longer convinced that he was descended from the God Head and wearing turqouise was the way to salvation but now a ranting demagogue convinced that we were all manipulated sheep' I am sure a Mason on the forum might have a copy to quote from...

I wonder whose work would command a better price if sold on e-bay?
