Dick Cheney, Halliburton

Is it common knowledge to those on here that Dick Cheney served in office throughout George W Bush snr's term until 1993, then from 1995 until 2000 served as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of halliburton energy services before becomming vice president in 2000 / 2001. Then came the war on terror and project for the new american century, for which companies like halliburton are making profit. We all know this happens but i'd be interested to know what people know specifically about this information. The reasons he gives in this video still stand today.
