Based on what facts?
Dr Rampa WAS who he said he was and much of what he wrote has since been proven by recognised academics. Lobsangrampa.org has much information including all his books to download.

Regardless of what he was, I used to find his books inspirational and a pleasure to read and read as many as I could find, was a Rampa addict. :)

I have heard the debunks done on Rampa and read many of his books ( he seemed to have too much knowledge to be a fake unless someone else gave him said knowledge ) I think there's answers to why others think he is genuine on his sites ( google it )
