So Gordon Brown has come up with a cut in income tax of 2p according to his pre-budget speech which is good news for those earning over £18,000 a year, but the way he has juggled the figures around means that in actual fact people who earn between £5,000 and £18,000 a year will actually be worse off. It seems it's more and more obvious that this government is making the poor, poorer and the rich, richer. Some one lend me a gun.
