Whenever I feel down, or not at my best I try to focus my mind on something that really makes me feel good to try and re-create that state of mind at a later date when I need a mental boost.
I lovvvvvve to drive! And consider myself a pretty decent driver even tho im only 21. I can drift, and when im drifting for those 1-5 seconds of intensity I feel free... I also occasionaly play golf and there is little to compare when you time a strike of a golf ball absolutely bang on and it feels like hitting small ball of euphoric white light (best way I can decirbe it). Rollercoasters also thats another good one... Drawing and Writing (its meditation for me as it completly clears my mind). Yoga stretches, Music. And another one that people might see as LOCO(i dont care, this is me!) is remembering getting a piercing or tattoo...
What thing(s) would others say they get most of a kick out of and really makes them feel happy??? Apart from the damn obviously lets keep the sexiness to a minimum fellas and felletes...:p
