** Protein rich - defined as the threshold metric of amino acids in meat sources vital to building healthier physical disposition through improved muscle mass, critical unit mass and stamina.

DoSH, having identified an (more) anthropophageous process solution using a source that allows for intense breeding or selection from exiting stocks, slaughter, butchery, processing, packaging and distribution, are confident that we are on track to deliver against the targets set in the Original Quorum at the inception of the DoSH




SOURCE - Profile, Quality & Process

The source is a livestock meat group defined as follows. Specification - Animalia - Chordata – Mammalia – Bipedal. Provides a minimum of 60kg per 100gm carcass weight of Grade A butchered product. All product to be classed as skeletal tissue – muscle and inherent fats – with all other organ and viscera excised for the generation of other by products




Existing Stocks



All product derived from existing stocks is only allowed to be slaughtered and processed once extensive civic, statistical and physical analysis has been undertaken on the region and on the social infrastructure from which it comes in regards to:

Stock Disposition/Selection – Self Selecting - Farmed* **

Self Selecting – In regions where stock unit value is perceived to be very low and where positive discrimination to self selection is conceivable that enables the incumbent system to generate a bartered system of commoditised self selection – stock may choose at an acceptable fiscal unit price to self select either individually or by family grouping for Process. These Self Selecters still need to undertake all health and hygiene testing as well as chromosomal scanning to fulfill the H&S regulations.

Farmed – *Bred - In regions where it is possible to seed stock in sets of 16 breeding pairs allowing for minimal investment in social infrastructure and subsistence and where the stock breed can return breeding rations of 6:1 units to breeding pairs in any 5 year period.


Quality Guarantees and Undertakings



In the case of farmed stock all breeding pairs are health screened prior to chromosonal matching for optimal breeding potential.

Complex Factoring filters are first used in regards to identifying potential stocks by health, value, and disposition.

We also resolve the primacy issue in regards to how those stocks are valued by their Government Departments and arbitrate a universal and agreed stock value per Kilo (processed) agreed prior to any further investigations

The following variables are used against the broad herds to define potential viability, disposition and supply sustainability prior to more intense screening:

All stocks sources managed by DoSH are bound by the same stringent health and safety screening as are those of the pre-selected breeding groups.

All stock product are pre- and post-screened and tested for the existence of parasitic disease or trace common to meat products with every batch size of 100 Kg tested for the following:
Trichinosis
Cysticerosis
Salmonella Entrica
Escerichia


Preparation & Process



All slaughter, butchery cleaning and packaging prior to preparations for shipment adheres to the world guidelines as set out in the WHO Agriculture & Food Agency Directives on the preparation of meat for human consumption.

All meat products are to be prepared in regards to the particular final use and destination with all appending shipping correspondence as laid out in the WHO Directives – all docets in regards to the shipping and distribution processes can be found in the Process Intiatives section of this website.

In regards to particular mores of preparation the Rules of Recognition must be strictly applied.



Broadly



All ‘sides’ are to be ‘seared’ (removal of all external growth), grallicked (gutted and washed out) and de-sexed, then packed in shipping sizes pre-butchery no larger than 60kg ensuring that all extremties are not present: haunch, limbs, neck and head.

All cuts to be no greater than portion sizes of 800gms -1kg – this holds for cured joints. Minces reside outside the Rules Of Recognitiom.

The Rules Of Recognition are enforced to ensure that no cut of meat presents itself in such a way as to verify or imply a particular livestock provenance.

All cuts whether for commercial or individual consumption must not deviate from presenting a generic homogenous meat aesthetic - descriptors provided by your regional processing plant.

THE PROVENANCE OF PROJECT MANNA

The WHO white paper 34/HI generated in September of 2005 highlighted a drastic potential shortage of sources of foodstuffs of high nutritional value, particularly the high protein food groups rich in amino acids, a critical dietary component in building a stronger and more hardy populous.

Given that a hardy populous with good life expectancy are vital in building and maintaining effective multi-layered social and commercial infrastructures beyond a feudal model of a very small elite governing a large sub poverty corpus, and therefore vital in sustaining the social and economic health in 2nd and 3rd world regions across the globe the issue is one with a global socio-political reach.

The report clarifies that: to maintain the commercial, civil and military robustness of these regions, to help build them for the long term and sustaining them throughout the natural cycles of their future required an acute remedy of global proportion.

The primary factors affecting the provision of enough of the right kind of sustainable foodstuffs for the next 20-50 year cycle have been cited as follows:

Environmental & Agricultural
Birth Rates



Health



A large proportion of the populations in these areas subsist on mainly cereal and vegetable diets with little protein. This deems them to be weakened in the face of blight famine and disease far less able to fight the onslaught of any of these tests.

The problems of substandard well-being in the populous being accentuated by the direct and catastrophic effect of air and water born disease as well as more local infection based distempers - the vaccination programmes are only just beginning to take effect in areas with the highest incidence of disease particularly, typhoid, malaria, HIV Aids and Ebola.

Therefore the sub standard health in the populous cause and effect on their ability to plan plant and rear crops and livestock to a great enough degree to provide for the population growth in these regions is an impossible task.


Population Shifts

Population Shifts The issue may potentially be multiplied by the massive shift of populous from rural areas to the new mega cities in many of the affected regions. The number of mega cities with 10 million or more people in 2nd and 3rd world countries has risen from 3 to 15 since 1970.

These megacities generate large displaced populations living on their periphery existing in sub poverty conditions. The strain on the budgets for social needs – social services, health infrastructures, policing and education are overwhelming.

These population shifts are creating third worlds on the edge of 2nd and first world cities whose fiscal potential is ill matched to the burden that they bring.


Environment & Agriculture



Environment & Agriculture The changing face of the world’s weather patterns as onset in particularly the central Plains of the USA, Middle and Central South America, Middle Africa, the Gulf, all middle and southern regions of Asia, the outlying tropical areas of the pacific rim, and the coastal areas of the South China Seas have had a massive effect in regards to those regions historic subsistence cultures of farming, livestock rearing and fishing.

Flooding, drought, famine, tsunami, and extreme weather have devastated the last 12 – 14 seasons leaving each of the regions and their infrastructures either sorely depleted or non existent.

A lack of the most basic foodstuffs and the wherewithal to produce them is leading to a weakened and in extremis populous little able to sustain itself. The expertise and resource that would enable them to regenerate their traditional farming or rearing habits or to create ones anew are few and far between and have become the much politicized ciphers of the Charitable Institutions and the NGO’s. Add to the above the health issues mentioned earlier and you have a catastrophic potential for loss of life to little redeeming benefit.


Birth rates



Birth rates have been the subject of much debate recently. Some Academics claiming that population explosions in second and third world countries are responsible for the pressure points in regards to social budgeting and commercial development.

The usual depopulation factors of acts of god, famine, war and disease are proving more and more unreliable in controlling the populations of many of the regions and to that end USAID are channeling $400,000,000 per annum towards Depopulation programmes.

It has been cited though that the health and overall robustness of the stock populous is the issue with a solution being better nutrition and living conditions being provided to fewer to undertake a greater amount of the social industrial and commercial work required to maintain good civic quality of life.

This would demand both a reduction programme for the potential future population while increasing the fitness of the existing group to undertake more.

The greater issue lies in the fact that current calculations dictate that the minimum reproduction rate for a country to repopulate itself is 2:1. Currently most 2nd and third world country birth rates are in a near state of collapse – far from needing a programme of depopulation, they are successfully driving towards an extinction status.

Therefore another solution demands that one RAISES the population rate through active intitiatives promoting breeding of greater population stocks while also improving the dietary status of the existing groups.



NOTE: It has been found that in one test area of South America where population growth was actively encouraged and given a financial commoditised value the ratio shifted from 1:2 to 3:1 in just 4 years delivering a surplus populous of 30% within the same period – this additional surplus needing to be re-sited to avoid collapse of the fiscal/structural budgeting systems.

are as follows.

We recognize that due to acts of god and man – war, disease, starvation, flooding, poverty; as well as the decreasing ability of different populous groups to rebuild new sustainable sources of the protein rich foods they desperately require in the face of those re-occurring afflictions, there will develop a critical and voracious global demand for a sustainable and affordable supply of protein rich dietary sustenance to enable the developing world to keep developing without fear of economic collapse due to an explosion in the population unmatched by the ability to sustain it.

We recognize that ultimately the world’s population needs to decrease relatively to engender a new age in habitation were we are able to practically decrease the need for generating carbon emissions and therefore causing harm to an already fragile environmental issue.

We recognise that there are a vast number of socially and geographically displaced peoples in the world who live half lives with no chance of betterment for themselves or their multiple children – people that live at the edge or beyond society lacking the ability to decide or define their own destiny to betterment or benefit of their family or their people – worthless in the eyes of the world that looks down on them.

We recognize that with a concerted vaccination and inoculations policy embarked upon on the existing regions overwhelmed by disease it is projected that the mortality rate will drop by upwards of 40-60% in some regions by 2010 leading to massive economic strain and potential civil strife while tribes and regions fight over pitiful resource and crops.This is especially true in the regions previously bolstered by their oil or mineral wealth and where now those resources have run dangerously low in regard to the economic viability. We recognize that regions or countries in this state of flux fragility or turmoil are easily manipulated by malignant persons or bodies with potentially dangerous or unacceptable objectives.

We recognize that unlike the conserving monotheistic socially cohesive cultures and their Humanist secular derivatives in the West, many cultures and races either by philosophy or politick value human life in a number of different ways, with equality not being a reflex societal an individual achieves purely by the nature of their birth. In these cultures it is possible to broke individuals and groups especially to the fiscal benefit of those remaining. The tangible example lies within the Chinese Culture where various social and political mores have led to the indigenous population dispensing with all female children prior to the arrival of a male and also thereafter. It is within these societies that we find a pre-existing commoditised value for human life per capita – a basis on which they are already prepared to trade.

We recognize that historically our livestock are of a low conscious type, well disposed to being herded but incapable of thinking or acting with instinct and initiative to regulate and protect themselves and ultimately their commoditsed value. Therefore they are most likely to fail if seeded into these regions to replace the protein source in the food chain.

We recognize that in a properly controlled and implemented initiative we can both raise the birth rate ratio from 1:2 to 4:1 within 5 years while decreasing the incidence of negative stock numbers through disease through a three point medication and vaccination programme.

We recognize that human stock, sensibly and sensitively bred and reared with a clear understanding of its role in the food chain, its commoditised value to its people and a clear set of standards by which they will be selected and culled will represent a marked improvement in the lives of millions of people currently living under the threat of war disease famine or blight with a life expectancy of under 20 years in some areas.
