Mars looks like it was really hit by something... it looks like a planet that may well have had life on it but screwed up! ...maybe what earth will look like in years to come! :eek:

The main reason is due to radiations (X-rays, protons flow) from the SUN. There is no protection against these sun emissions.
This is the same problem found in nuclear fusion with hydrogen plasma inside the TOKAMAK

From what I can tell (and have come to believe) is that the moon landing we saw on the television (or those that saw it I should say) were fake footage done in a studio. However; that does not suggest that they did not go to the moon IMO, it’s very likely that they did but did not want us to know what they discovered up there, and therefore made a “Hollywood” production presenting it to the viewers. After all, NASA is a civilian front for military operations. Whether this footage and audio is real I don’t know, but I don’t get the feeling that they would be fake, for what ever that’s worth. And it’s been proven that footage and audio has leaked from NASA finding its way out on the Internet.

This is also the theory I'm most comfortable with at this point. I'm not saying my mind is made up yet but this is where I find myself as well.

I remember when they showed us footage of them going to the moon and those strange shots of the Earth viewed from a round window. I looked at the sky most of the night and could see no lights near the moon. I logically thought that if they were up there, we would be able to see the brightly lit craft,

Hehe :) Yea, I have thought about that, aliens could be our descendents maybe millions of years in the future. Of course you would need to believe it possible to travel in time, which I do believe is possible.
