HAARP VIDEO
Dr Nick Begich offers up an hour and a half lecture on his research into HAARP and he connects a lot of dots for those who are unfamiliar with the actual nuts and bolts of HAARP and its many applications. This is a very low key scholarly approach that calmly reveals the chilling implications of Tesla's technology in the wrongs hands... which it most certainly now is...
The U.S. Government has a new ground-based "Star Wars" weapon which is being tested in the remote bush country of Alaska. This new system manipulates the environment in a way which can:
* Disrupt human mental processes. * Jam all global communications systems. * Change weather patterns over large areas. * Interfere with wildlife migration patterns. * Negatively affect your health. * Unnaturally impact the Earth's upper atmosphere.
The U.S. military calls its zapper HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program). But this skybuster is not about the Northern Lights. The device will turn on lights never intended to be artifically manipulated.
The video quality is pretty amateurish, but the research is delivered in a very lucid and understandable way. The vid is a few years old and I think that we are now seeing a lot of natural anomalies daily, which were only in the experimental stages when the vid was made.
