I'm not sure....I used to...or maybe they were just AP. I used to bring stuff back if that's what you mean? Or do you mean control the dream's direction?

Hey all,

Something happened to me 2 nights ago; I was in the 'just-drifting-off-to-sleep' mode when my ears began to buzz with a long drone type sound (I have had this a few times before when awake and most people I know have experienced this randomly) and my head felt like it was vibrating... except, the only way I can describe this vibration is that it felt like an inner ear 'cringe' - a really powwrful one too. I hope that explains it right - except while this was happening I became scared; I felt like there was something waiting for me in my dreams; either something I wasn't ready for yet or I didn't want to experience at that moment. So I tried to wake myself up and moved closer to my bf for comfort who already asleep. I just remember having this big feeling saying 'don't go there' and even weirder was that it was really difficult to wake myself up - I mean really difficult. Has anyone experienced this? Or maybe someone knows what it is related to? In a way I am hoping it's a good sign... I have been having a lot of lucid dreams lately - maybe as a result of my tub of Evolution MG I finished last month...

Any opinions and experiences would be much appreciated :o

Love to all ;)

I have had dreams where I know I have been dreaming, but I don't seem to have as much control over them as I'd like - or maybe it's just that I lack experience in the dream manifestation department? I have had a recurring dream when I am on top of a tall tower block and I can see a crowd of people far below and the red cross from the top of an ambulance - like they are all waiting for me. Funny thing is that I know I am dreaming, and all I think is 'the sooner I jump off this building, the better' as in my dream I know that when I jump I'll be waking up. I have also been able to wake up from a dream, go back to sleep and either continue the dream or start a new one, which is always cool. I have also had many vivid dreams, and I mean VIVID; alien invasions are one of many lol but others consist of me being a prisoner in some sort of situation when others around me don't believe a word I am saying; I have been shot in the head twice in one particular dream and no one believed I had been shot! - I also had a fantastic flying dream a little while ago - something I am praying for to come round again - I was levitating about 10 feet off the ground and flying at around 20 mph (I guess!) over a dusty road in a desert like place.

Brilliant though

Hi morrissey <
I have licid reaming most of the time , I take melatonin to help and keep my levels up . I also am able to astral which ive been doing for many many yrs . there is also in some occult literiture rituals and things u can do to learn how to control dreams . as movement in dreams is an illusion and not real . dreams are viewed like a photograph , all at once the mind tricks its self by adding movement . one key element is to know u are dreaming which is difficult at times .
The book i am talking about is a Typhonian / Draconian ritual book (yes theres that word "draconian") its title is Outer gateways by Kenneth Grant Chapt 11 .. Aspects of dream control . this explains things from sleep paralisys to learning to control dreams and astral traveling . I do know some would not use the books due to the Draconian origins but why not ? many have used knowledge of thier enemy aginst the enemy and to learn how to block attacks from enemy's from thier own knowledge .
Incase ur wondering about melatonin its a chemical ur brain makes on its own but usually round the age of 25 it decreeses thats why adults have less and less dream time when they sleep.

Have you noticed a difference since taking the melatonin? I'm considering taking some.

Also, is remote viewing the same as astral projection?

Hi Empyblessing,
I have noticed a difference taking melatonin off and on for bout 15 yrs . I have been doing some things psychicly befor i took it but it seems to allow me not only better sleep and to dream more lucidly , But i can image better then i have been able to in a while . when ever i get flashes of pictures they seem to be easier to see and i can remember more cuz im able to bring the images up better then i could .

Remote viewing is sort of different , while astral traveling is leaving ur body and going to a location . Remote viewing is moving ur consciousness but remaining in ur body . The simplest way i can explain this is ur in one room , u hear a sound in another room a bit faintly . As u turn ur head towards the sound ur hearing feels to center on the sound and the sound seems to get louder . As u focus ur hearing on the sound u get a feeling a bit like ur equalibrium is shifting and u seem to move towards the sound as it gets louder .

If u concentrait on getting closer to the target sound u can actually move ur consciousness to that location and once there u can get images of ur target . which is like hearing a sound that different focusing on it then getting a mental picture or flash of what it can be , usually this is right . While u remain in ur body and can focus on the target nd write down what u see . this is the concept of remote viewing

Practicing the sounds and learning to do it better and better u can then focus on a visual target like photo of some one and trace thier vibrations and get images of thier surroundings.

I just want some type of spiritual experience. I have to know if there is a soul. Someone else's account just won't satisfy my curiosity.

I've been reading some of Carlos Castaneda recently and that has stirred my interest.

That is what i experienced a couple of weeks ago, except i wasn't going to sleep, but just laying in bed.
It made me wonder if it was some kind of sonic weapon because like you said, i thought my head was going to explode.

This is only my second visit to the forums here, but already i am relating to many many things i'm seeing. I've got some amazing and scary stories of my own to share when i get round to it :)

when you dream DMT dimethyltriptamine is released from the pineal gland and starts to bind with your receptors - its the strongest psychedelic yet recorded and we all synthesize it in our bodies and secrete it when asleep and dreaming - it is what makes us dream. its also so non toxic that no residue is left within the body at all, which is why dreams fade away so rapidly, your just left fumbling for images most of which just slip away, this is the same effect that occurs when you smoke dmt whilst awake. in my opinion this is where true enlightenment comes from, whether from ingesting dmt or being able to actually secrete it from your pineal gland whilst awake would impact the ego tremendously and give new insight into all aspects of life and reality and how to interact with all others. for more info check out rick strassmans book dmt the spirit molecule.

castenada was a known charlatan and fraud my friend.......sure all of don juan's teachings sound fabulous but he made it all up, unfortunately!! sorry to be the bearer of this news. if you want more insight into not necessarily the soul but on what it is to really be human then i'd recommend psychedelics, but please dont rush into this process. familiarise yourself with your material, try erowid for a whole host of imformation. personally id recommend a little dabble with liberty caps (magic mushrooms) or perhaps salvia, but beware salvia is definitely not a social drug.....research it well. happy psychonauting!

I see orbs a lot and there is nothing to fear, they are very playful and spirited like a child. They can be of help to you! ;)

I have a story for ya on lucid dreaming, maybe you can relate to it on some level...

I have been visited a lot lately, but the one that through me for a loop was from someone that was very special to me. Let me give you a little background…

Back in 2006 during my last "shift" I had this incredible desire to get in contact with an old boyfriend from high school. He was very close to my family and he was my first love and I was his in return. We were together for about two years and then he moved in with me and my family when we were 18. Then shortly after, I felt I needed to go down my own path separately from him (one of the hardest break ups, besides my divorce). This happened in 1989, at which point my parting gift to him was a copy of the book Illusions by Richard Bach, for which I highlighted this special quote for him and dog eared the page for him to always remember -

“Don't be dismayed at good-byes. A farewell is necessary before you can meet again. And meeting again, after moments or lifetimes, is certain for those who are friends.”

Chris and I always knew we were/are a spiritual family. Even though we parted ways I told him I will see him again in the end for sure!

But I digress...

In spring of 2006 I was awoke by a bright red flaming orb. After it got me out of bed I followed it and then was lead to my computer with Chris's name on my mind. I typed in Chris Zanardi and I came up with a memorial for Lucy Zanadi; his mother who had died a couple years prior. I had no idea she had passed, I was shocked! Because their family was/is very active in NASCAR, when Lucy died everyone got together to do the custom of burning a red candle on the side of the race tracks in honor of Lucy, her contributions and her hard work with NASCAR. They even put a virtual red flaming candle on her memorial web page.

I thought to myself why did I need to know this...? I continued to try and find Chris, but to no avail (nobody had a listed phone number and the web page had an INACTIVE link and e-mail).

As usual, I was having lots of contacts with spirits and then some, one of which was so familiar to me but I was not sure exactly who? On many occasions of crying myself to sleep while in the midst of my divorce, I would feel this male energy come up behind and wrapped himself around me in a loving embrace, cradling me to sleep.

Time went by and still I couldn’t find Chris. Then, Monday (4/14/08) night I was contacted again. I was being sent messages via telepathy, but I struggled to make out the message. I awoke to tell my man all about it- thankfully he has been witness to many of my crazy experiences and supports me whole heartedly.

After I had my morning coffee, out of the blue, I decided to check my messages from classmates.com. I, as a last resort, signed up just two weeks ago hoping I would find him. I received a message from Chris's brother John- I had not seen or spoke with him since 1987! I told him to let Chris know I said Hi and he replied with (the exact letter!)...

Hi Kym,

Of course I remember you. Yeah we're pretty happy with this little guy. He's growing like a weed. Unfortunately I can't say hi to Chris for you. He passed away in October of 2006.

Hope all is well with you.

Regards,
John

I went pale! I knew it! Why did I not find him before he died!? He has been with me on and off since. I am concerned about the way in which he passed, I have a feeling something is very wrong with his death. I went to the cards and pulled one to help clarify the issue around Chris, his death and what I am supposed to do with this knowledge? I pulled the seven of swords! I don’t believe his death was of natural causes, other influences were at play…

Chris came from a very conservative family and he was the black sheep, which is why he fit in so well with my family. We opened his eyes to another realm of spirit he was missing from his biological family. I am sure his brother is still pretty conservative- Italian Catholics.

I get the feeling Chris wants me to communicate with his brother, that I'm supposed to do something (?), but I am afraid to open that door! I have not yet responded back to John's message. I feel like I need to know how Chris died! I also feel there is a message Chris has, but how in the hell do I broach this topic with someone who is Catholic and lost both his mother and brother, on top of the fact this is the first time I've spoken with him in over twenty years!!!?

God, I'm torn and I miss him!

Awe, so you're stalking power I see. One needs to fine tune their skills before trusting themselves on the fast track of DMT. You need to be able to stand in you're place of power and know the proper ways of protection FIRST. I have known people who have gotten lost after crossing that threshold unprepared.

It will happen when you're ready. ;)

"It doesn't matter what one reveals or what one keeps to oneself. Everything we do, everything we are, rests on our personal power. If we don't have enough personal power the most magnificent piece of wisdom can be revealed to us and it won't make a damn bit of difference."

-Don Juan

You need silence, no thoughts.
Be open to it, trust on yourself you get some experiences.

Take good care of your body, drinking coffee or alcohol, eating lots of meat and other unhealthy foods will keep you in the 'down to earth' state. Eat and drink healthy things, and don't get too much energy if you wait for something to happen, too much body energy means too much focus on the body/ less spirit.
