Geez those satanic rules don't apply to alot of satanists.

Example: Michael aquino top Military(war monger) Head of the Temple of Set an off shoot from the Church of Satan. You think they never dropped bombs on innocent children?

It's the same with the Masons... they want to create the illusion that they are there to enlighten people and give them freedom. WAKE UP! they want to control and manipulate you by promising you false enlightenment and freedom. It's a trap!

Oh yeah, if you think you're rebelling against Christianity, organised religions and the establishment by following Satanism, you need to know this infomation.

The inquisition was carried out by the Roman catholic satanists (double agents) Alot of the sickos, the power crazed elite of society follow satanism.
It goes way back to the ancient Egyptians who ritually sacraficed humans to one of their Gods (demon) SET as in TEMPLE OF SET! Just a coincidence nothing to worry about..... and I have a bottom like Kylie Minogues if anyone thinks it's a coincidence FFS! some say it goes back even further in time.

They are promoting and selling a book on how to use vodoo although they spell it as vodou!

It says some of the secrets(rituals) cannot be contained in the book as the author is sworn to secrecy. I'm guessing it must be the parts that curse people to death or some foul content of a similair nature.

All those sound pretty ok to me. I don't have an issue with them, but some of them are lacking.

On # 9, It should say "Harm nothing and no-one, especially little children and the elderly".

First you have to define "annoy". What if it's just a personality clash? How can you treat someone cruelly simply because they are different to you and that you might find their outlook "annoying"? Don't like that one. Don't like cruelty of lack of mercy at all.

Romance out the frickin' door, right? Gotta give the sign. Isn't body language a sign? Isn't this the delicious language of unspoken words between people that are connecting on a different level? The sign....pshh!

I don't like anything that tells us what to think or what to do, especially when it's listed like that. That is a sign of programming. "...here people, let me tell you how you should behave, and what you should do, and what you should think...." Nah! I don't like the enforcement of thought.

Eternal spirit, I have noticed a lot of your threads lately involve AC and Anton LeVey. I am not condoning Satanism, ritual abuse of any sort or the sick happenings that do occur in this world by certain people.
This is going to sound very contradictory now, but an old friend of mine is a Satanist, and you would not meet a lovelier more generous girl in your life, she just happens to be a Satanist. (By the way I don't even believe in Satan so don't get much out of it myself personally) Not all Satanists are evil beings, neither are all Christians godly beings ;)
The knowledge is neutral, what you do with the knowledge makes it positive or negative.
Voodou can also be spelled Vodun, and if you looked a bit deeper into that culture you will see that not all Vodun is Black majik, there is another type called Hoodoo as well.
Once again it is merely knowledge, it is up to the individual to decide how they will apply the knowledge.
RE:The pic in that link I am yet to see where the reptilian is the one in red looks more like a rams head to me than a reptilian (esp the horns) it may appear reptilian to you because of the dramatic red lighting perhaps?

sorry I don't see the humor of anyone being touched in the pants as a child regardless of who they are.
I don't find him scary either, a little too theatrical perhaps, but not scary.
I remember a story I heard once about LeVey and his involvement with Jane Mansfield I think it was, something about her death may have been caused by his black majik but not sure, anyone know what I am talking about? I will see if I can find the info somewhere and post if I can.

Neon,Jayne Mansfield or could of been Sharon Tate was a hight priestess in the Church of satan some say, but she wanted out, so they ritually murdered(sacraficed) her. This was the infamous Charlie manson murders.

She was hung upside down with her throat slit, symbolic of one of the tarot cards, something like that, I'll try read up if i can find more, I'll post.

Is there some connection between Rasputin and Charlie Manson? I always thought I saw physical similarities between those two characters.
Another bit of trivia I found was Sammy Davis and Marilyn Monroe were also associated with LeVey as well as obvious connections with Marilyn Manson, so your connection with the name of the latter may be well deserved.

rasna, you may have something there, LeVey could appear to be an illuminati placed decoy to desensitise the general public in regards to satanism so "they" could distract attention from themselves and what "they" were really doing.
How many movies and how much paraphenalia do you see in regards to the grey aliens, that I feel was in an effort to desensitise the general public as well.

Ohh yeah man, I know its a long shot, but after looking into that fact sheet it kinda tossed up everything i though i knew about the guy in my head. I mean all the supposed claims and this person saying this was false that was false, I mean she could be lieing too, but too me whenever theres a very famous person and with all this stuff going on, it begins to sound like they were manipulated by certain people for certain reasons. What Im thinking specifically is that Leveys church of satan was probably formed to put a picture in the publics mind of satanism as a ridiculous believe based on some poor loser trying living in his parents home. So therefore when someone comes forward with allegations of satanic abuse, the generals public already has a preconcieved notion of Satanism which leads them to ignore anything about it. This way, the true satanists who probably follow very different codes/laws/rituals/believes can continue to practice with reassurance that the majority of people dont believe its real. Its like the old saying what the devil desires most, is for you to believe he doesnt exist type of thing. Or like how people in America think they are free, what a joke. Get what I mean?

Thanks for that eternal, I thought Jayne Mansfield died in a car accident hmm but could have been wrong. The show Law and order one of the cops is her daughter (the pouty brunette one, can't remember the actors name) that was supposed to be in the car at the time. Pretty sure I read it in a magazine like womans monthly or No Idea, one of those types of mags.
If she was hung upside down, it would probably be the hanged man tarot card which literally means sacrifice or to give something up so something greater can be attained so if that was the case and she was hung upside down as you stated then it probably was more than likely symbolic.

I think you may have something with Marilyn Manson and where he got the name. Do you remember the Wonder years? Marilyn Manson is that really geeky kid Paul I think his name was, from that show yeah bit of a shock for me too when I found that out lol.

Theres some good info on this site, not all of it seems to be true(who knows for sure) but it's about John Todds testimony on Witchcrat and lot's of other stuff.
He was born into a family of witches and knew alot about the illuminati etc. they put him in prison on false charges(after trying to murder him unsucsesfully) so I guess there must be some truth in what he writes. Lot's of links to other sites too.

I just read the fact sheet composed by Laveys Daughter, and its seems to me, with all his lieing, supposed trips, name changing, connections with the mob-his uncle, that lavey could have been a mind controlled puppet to discredit any claims people could have made against real santanism by having lavey start this phony cheap version of it. What do you guys think?

YES! I read a book by Aleister Crowley's son Imado many years ago, can't remember the title ffs:o Seemed like alot of pro crowley propaganda and was denying his involvment in anything bad:rolleyes:

Oh by the way. Ive heard the whole thing about Marilyne Manson being Paul from the wonder years, but I have also heard many times that its nothing but rumors. To look into it more, I checked out the wonder years cast on imdb.com and Paul from the wonder years real name is Josh Saviano born 1976 in New York City, while Mansons real name is Brian Warner born 1969 Canton Ohio (also from imdb.com. So Id say they are different people.

LOL synchronisity or coincidence, I was just going to post something about the planet Saturn..... is focused upon by Satanists, because of it's shear size and astrological effects.

There is a theory by astronomers that Saturn was some how knocked out of it's orbit by something like a (meteor which came from the sun or a huge fireball) thus causing a wobble effect knocking the earths axis, having devastaing effects on the earths animals and climate(maybe the end of the dinosaurs or Atlantis)

Could this be symbolic of Gods wrath(the Sun)casting Satan(Saturn)

Crowley's father was a Christian preacher part of the Plymouth Bretheren.
The Bible is said to contain codes and triggers for mind control of individuals as well as the masses who become controlled by it.

Crowley was probably sexually abused as a child and programmed with multiple personalitys by members of the Church. The Christian satanists use the church as a cover for satanic rituals, the same as the lower levels of Freemasonary use the lower first 3 degrees( who do charitable work etc) for a cover for the illuminati higher levels of Freemasonary. It's all connected WAKE UP!

As for the freemasons...you know i see it with someone close to me who is a freemason. he's a pure crusader you know, for and into icke and cooper and he's a freemason basically to learn more about the esoteric knowledge and to try and change things for good. But yeah, he's on the lower levels but rising up quickly and even he doesn't see that at the higher levels there is something else going on.

Freemasonry itself, isn't bad. They do rituals which are strange, but what they learn and stuff isn't bad and freemasonry or The Craft was a good thing, that built all the incredible cathedrals etc all around the world and they shared with eachother all esoteric knowledege and sacred geometry and symbols with eachother. It's a pity more people don't learn more about what freemasons do study cause it's fascinating stuff and really gives you tools that apply to life today. The power of symbolism for example, which helps you see the world around in such a different way, new ways of thinking that really make sense.

But yeah i totally see that at the higher levels it's more. I've met freemasons, and been to one of their "public" information meetings lol where they tell you nothing lol
And well i just know from the reaction from some of the masons i met that there is something we wouldn't approve of going on at those secret meetings. They weren't happy that i knew who was a freemason now wheni met them.

But not all freemasons are bad, indeeed the ones at the lower levels think they are doing good.

There are websites that you can only access if you have the secret codes of the degree which you are at in freemasonry.

I know that the ones on the lower levels do these big essays you know, about politics and all sorts and it all goes to the top lodges so that they get a consenus of what the lower ones are thinking about and therefore they can assume whatever is being dicussed the opinion or views of it is much lower for the rest of the population who are not even freemasons.

Hard to put into words there lol

The person close ot me who is a freemason is FAR from a fool but he still doesn't see ther's more too it than a simple brotherhood thing.

The Grotto System

But the Grotto is expected to remain clandestine, an underground cell that only the privileged may eventually come to know. If a Grotto outlives its usefulness it will be disbanded, as has always been the policy of the Church of Satan. Grotto Masters are not de facto spokespersons for the Church of Satan, nor are Grottos local representations of the Church of Satan.

It was at this time that Blanche Barton (http://www.answers.com/topic/blanche-barton) (LaVey’s assistant/biographer who also gave birth to LaVey’s only son, Xerxes), and Karla LaVey announced that they would run the Church of Satan (http://www.answers.com/topic/church-of-satan) as co-High Priestesses.
Several days later Barton produced a hand written will claiming that LaVey had left all of his belongings, property, writings, and royalties, including the Church of Satan to be put in a trust managed by Barton. Karla contested this will which was later found to be invalid.
A settlement was later reached in which Anton LaVey (http://www.answers.com/topic/anton-lavey)’s belongings, writings, and royalties would be split among his three children and that Barton would receive the “corporation known as Church of Satan.”
Karla then decided to continue on with her father's work by organizing the “First Satanic Church (http://www.answers.com/topic/first-satanic-church)” and running it out of San Francisco (http://www.answers.com/topic/san-francisco-california), just as her father had. He was also a filmmaker and writer. It was his ambition to be made a Priest (http://www.answers.com/topic/priest) of the Church, but LaVey delayed his elevation. Zeena and Schreck married in 1988. Zeena decided in 1990 to renounce her family name and break away from the Church. Henceforth, she declared, she would be known as Zeena Schreck.

Prior to this time both Schrecks had corresponded extensively with High Priest of Set Michael Aquino, and had decided that non-Judaeo/Christian Setian philosophy more closely reflected their developing personal orientation.

Temple of Set
The Temple of Set emerged during the period of internal discord (http://www.answers.com/topic/discord) that almost destroyed the Church of Satan (http://www.answers.com/topic/church-of-satan) in the early 1970s. In 1972, Michael Aquino, an officer in the U.S. Army and a priest in the church, critiqued the authoritarian (http://www.answers.com/topic/authoritarian) leadership of church founder Anton LaVey (http://www.answers.com/topic/anton-lavey) as well as his understanding of Satanism. Claiming LaVey to be an atheist (http://www.answers.com/topic/atheist) who did not believe in the literal existence of Satan, Aquino left the church. Three years later, in response to Aquino's invocation (http://www.answers.com/topic/invocation), Satan appeared under the guise (http://www.answers.com/topic/guise) of Set, the ancient Egyptian deity. Set gave Aquino a mandate in the form of a book, The Book of Coming Forth by Night, which authorized Aquino to found the Temple of Set as the Church of Satan's successor. The temple is dedicated to Set, the corrupted legends of whom became the basis of the Christian devil.
The temple teaches that the universe is a nonconscious environment possessed of mechanical consequences. However, the deity Set can on occasion violate the laws. Over the millennia, Set has altered the genetic makeup of human beings in order to produce an enhanced nonnatural intelligence. The temple works to identify and develop this enhanced ability in selected individuals. It is governed by a Council of Nine, which appoints the high priest of Set. Members are organized into six initiatory degrees: Setian, Adept, Priest(ess) of Set, Master of the Temple, Magus, and Ipsissimis.
The Temple of Set may be contacted at P.O. Box 470307, San Francisco, CA 94147. It publishes the newsletter Scroll of Set. While the work occurs primarily on the individual level, the temple provides a variety of resources for the individual to develop as a Setian.

History

The Temple of Set was established in 1975 (http://www.answers.com/topic/1975) by Michael Aquino (http://www.answers.com/topic/michael-aquino) and certain members of the priesthood of the Church of Satan (http://www.answers.com/topic/church-of-satan), who left because of administrative and philosophical disagreements with its founder, and, as Aquino claims, because he was disgusted at the corruption within the Church of Satan. The Temple of Set was incorporated in California (http://www.answers.com/topic/california) that same year as a nonprofit church.
While Aquino remains an active member of the Temple of Set, he no longer holds any office within the organization. The office of High Priest is currently held by Magistra Patricia Hardy, who succeeded Aquino in 2004.

The Temple of Set is an occult (http://www.answers.com/topic/occult) initiatory school in which varying degrees of expertise, experience, and apprehension of metaphysics (http://www.answers.com/topic/metaphysics) are recognized among members.
The Temple of Set holds an annual conclave where members of the Temple can come together to meet and exchange ideas. Workshops are held in which members discuss a wide variety of topics and activities. Order members share specific interests, and Order activities therefore focus more deeply on these selected interests.
The Temple also makes available to members a variety of informational resources for individual reference as desired. The central of these resources is the Jewelled Tablets of Set which contain information relevant to the Degrees of the Organization. The very core of their teaching can be found within the material provided to the I* of the Temple, The Crystal Tablet of Set. All further volume in the series are built upon this document's foundation.
The Temple has never stated nor confirmed its membership count. The Temple adheres to selective membership policies; fewer than half of all applicants are accepted for membership with the two year recognition period. The Temple's membership does have a fairly large turnover rate; most members leave eventually for a wide variety of reasons. Only a minority of members remain with the Temple more than a decade. Members pay a membership fee. The Temple admits members on all continents except Antarctica, though it is largely a U.S. based organisation.

All officers and workers within the Temple of Set are volunteers. Some receive reimbursement for expenses incurred for the Temple; none receive a salary. All officers are selected from within the Priesthood.

my research is to find the origin of satanism and to find the original identity of satan/molech and skimming through a bible isnt going to provide the answers . we need to go way back . watching someone skim through a bible pointing out old news doesnt answer the questions of what the nwo style satanism is iether .

Within many religions they have two aspects for one God, or Goddess. A good side and a bad side but it's two aspects of the same God. Then the sons of God kane and Abel, Set and Osiris etc etc. You know all these names could be the same entity or God which is something Icke points out. Jesus is the Son of God as Horus the son of the Sun God Osiris. Same God different names, different periods in History, different books same basic story. It was just a comment off you tube, the i don't think the guy who posted was a satanist or a Christian think about it.

There are a few alternate theories about Molech that a lot of people aren't aware of. One is that Molech was actually another name and form of Yahweh. Another is that Molech was not a god but rather a ritual, again, probably to Yahweh. Modern Pagan followers claim that the ritual *was* to their god Molech but that it didn't involve human sacrifice, since it specifically states in the Bible "passed through the smoke," which is explained as the smoke of incense or even a small fire, but not sacrifice.

Make of them what you will, just bear in mind then that Molech may not be who you think he was, or didn't even have to have been a god at all.

The Peculiar Relationship

"No American President Can Stand Up to Israel"

"No American President can stand up to Israel."

These words came from feisty Admiral Thomas Moorer, Chief of Naval Operations (1967-1970) and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (1970-1974). Moorer was, perhaps, the last independent-minded American military leader.

Admiral Moorer knew what he was talking about. On June 8, 1967, Israel attacked the American intelligence ship, USS Liberty, killing 34 American sailors and wounding 173. The Israelis even strafed the life rafts, machine-gunning the American sailors leaving the stricken ship.

Apparently, the USS Liberty had picked up Israeli communications that revealed Israel's responsibility for the Six Day War. Even today, history books and the majority of Americans blame the conflict on the Arabs.

The United States Navy knew the truth, but the President of the United States took Israel's side against the American military and ordered the United States Navy to shut its mouth. President Lyndon Johnson said it was all just a mistake. Later in life, Admiral Moorer formed a commission and presented the unvarnished truth to Americans.

The power of the Israel Lobby over American foreign policy is considerable. In March 2006, two distinguished American scholars, John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt, expressed concern in the London Review of Books that the power of the Israel Lobby was bending US foreign policy in directions that serve neither US nor Israeli interests. The two experts were hoping to start a debate that might rescue the US and Israel from unsuccessful policies of coercion that are intensifying Muslim hatred of Israel and America. The Israel lobby was opposed to any such reassessment, and attempted to close it off with epithets: "Jew-baiter," "anti-semitic," and even "anti-American." Today Israeli citizens who oppose Zionist plans for greater Israel are denounced as "anti-Semites."

Many Americans are unaware of the influence of the Israel lobby. Instead they think of the US as "the world's sole superpower," a macho new Roman Empire whose orders are obeyed without question or the insolent nonentity is "bombed back to the stone age." Many Americans are convinced that military coercion serves our interest. They cite Libya, Serbia, Afghanistan, Iraq, and now they are ready to bring Iran and Pakistan to heel with bombs.

This arrogance results in the murder of tens of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands, of men, women and children, a fate that many Americans seem to believe is appropriate for countries that do not accept US hegemony.

Coercion is what American foreign policy has become. Macho superpatriots love it. Many of these superpatriots derive vicarious pleasure from their delusions that America is "kicking those sand niggers' asses."

This is the America of the Bush Regime. If some of these superpatriots had their way every "unpatriotic, terrorist supporter" who dares to criticize the war against "the Islamofacists" would be sent to Gitmo, if not shot on the spot.

These Bush supporters have morphed the Republican Party into the Brownshirt Party. They cannot wait to attack Iran, preferably with nuclear weapons. Impatient for Armageddon, some are so full of hubris and self-righteousness that they actually believe that their support for evil means they will be "wafted up to heaven." [see

It has come as a crippling blow to Democrats that "their" political party is comfortable with Bush's America, and will do nothing to stop the Bush regime's aggression against the Iraqi people or to prevent the Bush regime's attack on Iran.

The Democrats could easily impeach both Bush and Cheney in the House, as impeachment only requires a majority vote. They could not convict in the Senate without Republican support, as conviction requires ratification by two-thirds of Senators present. Nevertheless, a House vote for impeachment would take the wind out of the sails of war, save countless lives and perhaps even save humanity from nuclear holocaust.

Various rationales or excuses have been constructed for the Democrats' complicity in aggression that does not serve America. Perhaps the most popular rationale is that the Democrats are letting the Republicans have all the rope they want with which to produce such a high disapproval rating that the Democrats will sweep the 2008 election.

It is doubtful that the Democrats would assume that men as cunning as Karl Rove and Dick Cheney do not understand the electoral consequences of a low public approval rating and are walking blindly into an electoral wipeout. Rove's departure does not mean that no strategy is in place.

So what does explain the complicity of the Democratic Party in a policy that the American public, and especially Democratic constituencies, reject? Perhaps a clue is offered from the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune news report (August 1, 2007) that Democratic Congressman Keith Ellison will spend a week in Israel on "a privately funded trip sponsored by the American Israel Education Federation. The AIEF--the charitable arm of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC)--is sending 19 members of Congress to meet with Israeli leaders. The group, made up mostly of freshman Democrats, has plans to meet with Isreali Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and [puppet] Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. The senior Democratic member on the trip is House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, who has gone three times. . . . The trip to Israel is Ellison's second as a congressman."

According to the Star-Tribune, a Republican group, which includes Rep. Michele Bachmann (R, Minn), led by Rep. Eric Cantor (R, Va) is already in Israel. According to news reports, another 40 are following these two groups during the August recess, and "by the time the year is out every single member of Congress will have made their rounds in Israel." This claim is probably overstated, but it does show careful Israeli management of US policy in the Middle East.

Elsewhere on earth and especially among Muslims, the suspicion is rife that the reason the war against Iraq cannot end, and the reason Iran and Syria must be attacked, is that the US must destroy all Muslim opposition to Israel's theft of Palestine, turning an entire people into refugees driven from their homes and from the lands on which they have lived for many centuries. Americans might think that they are merely grabbing control over oil, keeping it out of the hands of terrorists, but that is not the way the rest of the world views the conflict.

Jimmy Carter was the last American president who stood up to Israel and demanded that US diplomacy be, at least officially if not in practice, even-handed in its approach to Israel and Palestine. Since Carter's presidency, even-handedness has slowly drained from US policy in the Middle East. The neoconservative Bush/Cheney regime has abandoned even the pretense of even-handedness.

This is unfortunate, because military coercion has proven to be unsuccessful. Exhausted from the conflict, the US military, according to former Secretary of State and former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Colin Powell, is "nearly broken." Demoralized elite West Point graduates are leaving the army at the fastest clip in 30 years. Desertions are rapidly rising. A friend, a US Marine officer who served in combat in Vietnam, recently wrote to me that his son's Marine unit, currently training for its third deployment to Iraq in September, is short 12-16 men in every platoon and expects to be hit with more AWOLs prior to deployment.

Instead of re-evaluating a failed policy, Bush's "war tsar," General Douglas Lute, has called for the reinstitution of the draft. Gen. Lute doesn't see why Americans should not be returned to military servitude in order to save the Bush administration the embarrassment of having to correct a mistaken Middle East policy that commits the US to more aggression and to debilitating long-term military conflict in the Middle East.

It is difficult to see how this policy serves any interest other than the very narrow one of the armaments industry. Apparently, nothing can be done to change this disastrous policy until the Israel Lobby comes to the realization that Israel's interest is not being served by the current policy of military coercion.

I once belonged to them and i know first hand they are just trying to get others to adhere to thier hidden desires . even thier rituals are full of traps . anton lavey ( and i dont give a half eaten rats arse if thier are any on herereading this ) is a money grubbing illusionist who fooled many into believing he knew something .
To explain my self for actually being a member shortly , my family when i was small were lutheran and they tried making me go to thier church cuz of other family members went . it seemed crap to me and i asked my self and family why are u lutherian .? the answer i got was my parents are and thier parents are so we are . well there was nothing more to it i said what fools to do that . So i went on a search to find what "truth" is out there which ive been into catholic , jewish , protestant , morman , muslim , episcapal , satanisim , and many other religions trying to find some truth instead of being led to being what i am merely "cuz ma parents r " DUHH that "" statement seems to be retarded being something cuz someone else is so dumb . The true purpose of Satan from what I have discovered so far, is to challenge us. Tempt our souls, instill fear, have us believe lies and illusions. All being tests to in the end prove the true strength of our self and soul. Satan is our shadow self, the part of us which we either try to keep away from us and ignore, or have it be our master either with excuses of being forced to do so, or with the excuse of life being too hard and hating it seems the only thing to do.

Ever tried saving the world in the most selfless of ways? You might as well just sacrifice yourself, because that is what it really is. We cant give more than we allow ourselves to have. People who lives their lives too selflessly, will find them selves spiritually bankrupt, unless they accept getting love in return, and love themselves. Even if for no other reason than, why not?

These people unfortunately just seems to go far enough into this to understand their own very real power and use it to manipulate the world in ways that should make everything work out well for them. That is the core of most satanists. They are actually quite close to the truth I believe, but still so far away.

Satanism will make one powerful. This myth appeals to people who feel powerless in their own lives. For some people, dressing in black and wearing a baphomet when they go to the mall can scare people, perhaps giving them a false sense of power from the fear they generate. All they're really doing is paticipating in anti-social behavior. Some Satanists do believe the spells in the Satanic Bible work...at least at first until they try them enough times to realize they don't. While LaVey claims his occult system is unique, the promise of quick and undeserved power is something every occult system promises. What Satanists don't realize is this appeal for power is a symptom of masking the helplessness in their own lives. Satanism is simply a way of running away from their problems instead of trying to solve them.

I got so disturbed reading this that I moved on quickly, thinking that this tab in the forum is not for me. Then I started examining where I felt I was being harmed inside. I don't know if many people who are practicing Christians see things the way I did , because I can't stand the bible in any way. I've read it and the passages that are primitive and bloody were to me always an attempt to twist God into mans image. But Jesus for me was a)the Everything made flesh to hold my hand and be with me in a visible way which really is how much God loves us all, even if we're not Christians and b)his life was selfless service of others. His death to me was the firefighter rushing in to save the baby. Now I've moved into other ways of developing my spirituality but only God will take that beautiful image away from me if necessary, as I yield all things to Him. Its like that praying when meditating or visualizing something "may everything be according the highest good of all concerned and according to God's will. May the intent be used for Gods to be done." Well thats how we all live faith anyway, this or something better according to Gods Will. And the discussion on Satanism and saying Jesus is the bad guy, I can't even say the word. I realize that it offends my consciously formed spiritual thought, which has evolved over a lifetime. And that made me realize something I'd noticed all along in my studies. It's as though the bad guys think they have a universal law on their side. They even claim they created most religions, with a twist, in a way that contaminates most of the people who have faith in Goodness.
Its like they have a little note book and create a maze with some kind of law, that they made up in their consciousness to entrap us. Well in short there is a universal law: the pit you dig for another you fall into. And all faith, irregardless of where it came from, depends on the individual consciousness. Arizona Wilder said something to the effect that these children who were kept apart for sacrifice had agreed to be special vessels (therefore met the universal law in some way) , yet they didn't know they were going to die. It is ludicrous. So I guess somehow the ritualists felt entitled to take their souls. Omission to tell the truth is a lie. You are judged by your own conduct. It is an individual's conscious belief that God is concerned with, not all the rules made up by some other person. And all children are innocent and unable to make life and death judgments anyway. There simply is no such universal law.
I just sort of sensed a whole entrapment thing somehow here on both sides for some reason.

When the spell caster/sayer whatever way it is done, targets a person good enough to be immune, then the caster or casters will be the ones who risk being the ones affected by the spell. I work spells myself, but not by using rituals or learning them from books. I only do so if and when needed. Mostly its higher magick I use. Well I am glad you can see the truth of the situation. I have never been a satanist although I have read some of LaVeys work years ago. Got bored with it and sold the books. I found it really shallow in terms of knowledge of inner principles and the whole thing is just geared towards material fulfilmet, which isn't really my bag.

The thing with Crowley is that he printed a lot of stuff that was intended to shock and jolt people. A lot of it is tongue in cheek but you have to be careful not totake some of his stuff too seriously.

How do you know that? what if people who are on the downhill slope get attracted to the ideas of the COS and then take it that bit further, their negative condition making it seem all the more valid. The will of the individual is the deciding factor not what groups they join. Unless you know the condition of the person who is carrying out such things then you can't make a true judgement on what has pushed them to act. Just because they may kill in the name of Satan it does not make that the causal factor. It could just be incidental. The fact is they may be full of hate and anger anyway and carrying out nasty deeds in the name of Satan is just a form of expressing that hate, just as people may do good deeds and claim that God has made them do it.

So how exactly do you then figure out wether someone is or isnt a saint? So saints are only saints of the church or the pope agrees to it?

Wake up, the Earth just isnt flat. The "satanists" in the old days we today call scientists the church had to admit were true. It contradicted what they believed the bible said, but its not easy contradicted all the opposing facts that just kept comming and shutting up, burning or whatever else they did to keep heretics from speaking against the words of the church and the bible.

All of this said, there is alot of truth in the bible still. Alot of this just comes from other and older religions, and has been changed in the bible to fit with christian beliefs. It was largely altered for it to better fit with as many belief systems around Rome so that they could get almost everyone to convert even if it was just as a front. Over the years their true religion or faith would then get mixed with christianity and the bible more and more, untill it was almost forgotten what their own faith really were.

It also helped that the Church had everything else burned. All other religious books they could find were burned or stoved away at the vatican. Locked up and hidden, or just destroyed depending on how dangerous or usefull the writings were.

And the reign of the church is still succeeding. People make websites like the one you just quoted, doing all that they can to make people keep their mind closed with fear of the unknown.

Satanist Patricia Hall was arrested for murder of an elderly man in Florida, and participated in the flogging and gang rape of a teenage girl. She claimed to have been baptized by LaVey himself, which he of course later denied. Even if they weren't officially CoS members (most Satanist aren't), it proves criminally minded, violent people are attracted to Satanism. She played a vampire, not surprising when you consider she licked the blood stained knife she killed Sharon Tate and her unborn child with. Bobby Beausoleil appeared in the movie by fellow Church of Satan member Kenneth Anger, Lucifer Rising. During the Tate/Labianca murders, Beausoleil told his terrified vicitms, "I'm the Devil, and I'm here to do the Devil's business!" A fourth killer/cannibal, Stanley Baker, who actually ate his victims, was caught en route to meet LaVey. Would LaVey have given this 3rd person the heave ho? Maybe, Maybe not. LaVey claimed that he too, and members of the Church of Satan, once dined on a human leg (Satan Wants You, also mentioned in The Church of Satan and The Secret Life of a Satanist). The leg was obtained (obviously illeagally) by a CO$ member who was a pathologist from a local hospital, at least according to LaVey. No LaVey family member has ever denied this event happened. The leg was prepared by Diane in Triple Sec with fried grub worms on the side, supposedly how they serve human flesh in New Guinea. The only participant who reportedly ate the worms was LaVey's 3 year old daughter Zeena, and most members were to sqeemish to actually eat the leg meat. That is basically taking your own viewpoint to an extreme. Even if their ideas were the causes of mass murder it is the common person who has been responsible for actually carrying such crimes out. It is willing co-operation at the lower level where the work gets done so if anybody is to blame it is the average person who goes along with it. Who holds the blame for killing, the person who tells somebody to do it or the person who does it? you only have to look at history to see that average people have been only to eager to help kill people they don't like. Sometimes the leaders who give the orders cannot stomach such crimes, as was seen when Himmler watched an execution and got covered with brains.

One thing that I don't get is that the people at the top are all evil and they act as channels for the reptoids, according to some. There is never any talk about positive forces that occupy dimensions higher than where the reptoids are, who can help humanity, who may be in a position to block some of the evil forces. I just cannot agree that this is the case. From a view of the spiritual evolution of life what any evil (not Satanic) force does is to hold back and block the flow of vital energy, that which gives life to the spiritual universe. This positive force is like a constant tide (because positive, creative force is naturally expansive) though and although evil may divert and hold up for small period it cannot retain it's power indefinitely. Also, if 10,000 elite families used evils ritual and 500,000 commoners used rituals and prayers for good then the balance favours the commoner. There are very practical, occult reasons why evil ritual are always inferior.

a simple wat of looking at it is magick is a tool.... you can do what you like with it create any movment you want .. the laws are stull the same and it still works the same way....

if the ego is destructive then thats what will happen... a bad person getting into magick will be evil... and good person will be good...

no different to a good sportsman playing football and giving it a good name and a bad sportsman braking someone's leg and giving it a bad name...

if you are an greedy person looking for power over others and control over others.. then you will attract beings that want and do the same... if you want self empowerment and to find peace of mind for the self then you will attract beings of that nature... and of course if you dont know what you are doing then you could simply be like a 5 year old wondering around a park at night.

in terms of Satanism the kind that many practice and defend.. from what I understand they thrive on freedom and not allowing anything to bring guilt to the way you want to express your self.... but taking somone else's freedom away does not serve this faith... because you are going against it by taking somone else's free will away... there for against the laws... and much of it is just sticking 2 fingers up at religion and deliberately showing things that the religions would gasp at.

but the bottom line its like if you want to get laid then go and get laid.... if you dont then maybe you get ratty start being an arse hole at work... kids playing ball throw there ball in your garden and you don't throw it back.... but should you go out get laid then you whistle to work... and fun to be around and when the kids ball comes over you throw it back in a playful way....

Yes I agree. The most basic way of looking at magic is desire-will-manifestation. You build up the desire to do something, then concentrate the will upon that goal and in time it occurs natrually.

It is accepted by every true student of magic that you receive what you give out. The only people who would do evil magic are those without conscience, people who are completely degraded before they even looked at magic. They enter like that they are not made into evil people. Evil people may look to magic to further their evil desires but it never gets them far before running into deep trouble. Evil magic uses the forces of the qlippoth, the kingdom of the shells to use a kabbalistic term and these are unbalanced shells that can give quick results but due to their nature are harmful. A lot of what gets labelled as evil is nothing of the sort. You have to look beyond the outer layes and see what the motivating force is before you can judge any group.

Lets get down to brass tacks. You hate every expression of religion, magic or mysticism. I have looked at many of your threads and they all portray anything spiritual as some negative, illuminati mind control trap, never anthing good or uplifting or beneficial.

It is one thing for you to hate things but to constantly represent only one side of the arguement is nothing but an effort to force you opinions onto others.

In another posts you told me yourself that source documents CANNOT BE TRUSTED and that information has to be taken on faith, which I did agree with. Even though you stated this yourself about source documents you continue to post massive chunks of stuff you find on the internet which emphasise a negative view point only. In light of your own admission of not trusting source documents I would have to say that you are posting link and information that you cannot prove the authenticity of, nor the motive for its creation. In short you are posting stuff that you yourself said would have to be taken on FAITH.

You may hate the stuff but let others make up their own minds without totally biased and untrustworthy information

I will still say as I always have, I do not believe all masons, wiccans etc. can be put under one cap, but masonry is linked with the occult in many ways. Its doesnt even seem to be that much of a secret but still some masons are either blatantly ignorant of it, maybe due to not having had that personal experience of masonry and seeing it from this point of view.

Still, I do think it is possible to become a mason or wiccan and not join into satanic rituals. If some masons really dont know about these connections and only see it as being a place to eat with brothers and dress up, then so let them. It is of course supporting to the facade of the masons, and it seems likely that is what they are. The facade itself might have good people in it though.

As I see it, magick is an extension of what we already are, it just does it in a more extreme way, and many are tempted to use the power it might give for person gain, or to cause harm against others. Therefore the choices of good and evil are much more apparant, and might be more and more common choices, instead of should I buy organic or not? :)

I have researched it quite a bit, and mostly I did it because I find understanding it very important. I have gotten some understanding of it, and my curiosity is satisfied for now. I dont really see much use of doing rituals and such. Magick isnt as simply as most people think, and many kinds of magick is done by everyone each day.

Magick taken apart and put into basics is simply what we do, gestures, talking, making love, dancing, but being aware of what it really is. Rave parties are not just rave parties, they heighten the state of mind, and aim to do so in as many ways as possible. They might very well even be a kind of satanic ritual these rave parties depending on your perception of satanic rituals.

And one thing I like to at least try to make clear. I believe there is a huge difference in what people think is satanic and what actually is, and especially how many actually refer to what they are doing as satanic? A group of people might say they are doing keltic rituals or druidic rituals, trying to make for better crops this year, and have the flowers blossom more than last year. Others will claim them do be doing satanic rituals, especially if anything that might be considered sexual is done doing it. Especially if any blood sacrifices are made, and that I guess I can agree with, it is at least not a harmless ritual when blood sacrifices are involved or rape for that matter.

Would be nice if any actuall occult practicing satanists would come forward to shed a bit of light on the matter :) What kind of rituals they do in their coven or at least how they practice satanism.

Wrong, you can stop lying now. This thread is not about me, I've told you before, so move on. It's about the information, the title of the thread and the topics that it covers.

But you did admit that such a thing happened. I think it is on your thread about kabbalah and mind control. The fact is that you did admit such a thing and the fact that you had such a nasty experience means that you are quite happy to make the whole thing out to be evil. It is relevant to the topic because it shows why you are so strongly anti. It puts your views into context. Of course you want people to think you are unbiased but this is just not true.

What happened to you was your own fault for dabbling. If you were a weak swimmer would you swim in an area where there were strong currents? well this is what a lot of people do with magic, start messing around get into trouble then assume it's all evil, not that they were just not ready and too weak for it.

I think the Ruling Elite are well aware of Kabbalah destructive influences and how it clouds a person vision/version of reality, that's why it's promoted in so many ways. A number of the Illuminati bloodlines (and sects) that are involved in trauma-based total mind-control are Askenazi hasidic bloodlines. Legends abound from the 15th century onward about how the Askenazi hasidic leaders created golem to serve them. These golem have been called benevolent robots . For those readers who are unaware of where the word golem came from, it is used once in the Word of God in Ps 139:16, Your eyes [God s eyes] saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they were written, the days fashioned for me. This is believed by the Kabballists to refer to Adam when he was only a body without a soul. Golem are believed to be soulless bodies. One can almost hear the rationalization in medieval times when torture, and black magic or a trance state ended up creating an alter personality that this magical part was viewed as soulless, because it was only created via magic. This personality (alter) didn t exist like real people, it was merely a golem in the magicians eyes--therefore it could be abused or used as a robot, because it was soulless.

Have the Illuminati programmers created new parts via psychologic torture techniques, have they created them with black magic or both? One thing is sure, if the golem s mind --that is that if parts of the victim subjected to trauma-based mind-control remember what occurred, then it will be associated with a Cabalistic black magic ritual. Scholem writes, In this circle the Sefer Yezirah was nearly always interpreted in the manner of Saadiah and Shabbetai Donnolo [who was into what is known as Satanism], with an added tendency to see the book as a guide for both mystics and adepts of magic. The medieval jewish magicians would use the secret Kabbalistic names of God in accordance with detailed sets of instructions to try and create a golem. The golem in turn would say the combination of hebrew letters in reverse order. This has been done in modern programming.

Further, the Seal of the Holy One in medieval times was written on the forehead of the golem. This is the word emet . At some point the word s first letter (an aleph) is erased and this leaves the word met which in Hebrew means dead . Such types of sealings have also been done in modern times with deeper parts of slaves.

On How to Use the Mystical Interpretations of the Jewish Holy Books in Adventure Role-Playing Games

Central to any fantasy role-playing game is the concept of magic. Magic influences battles, sustains or destroys nations, and adds a special quality to game playing that differentiates it from the mundane world. Of course, the idea of magic is far older than the fantasy role-playing game; it dates back to when Man first attempted to explain the workings of the universe. Thus, a fertile source for ideas concerning magic is Man's own past, and among the various philosophies which have not been thoroughly explored for fantasy role-playing games is the Jewish Kabbalah.

The Kabbalah is a group of works which present mystical interpretations of the Jewish holy books, known as Tanakh, which consist of the Torah (5 books of Moses), Novim (Prophets), and Ketuvim (Writings). The literal meaning of the term Kabbalah refers to the act of transmitting secret knowledge, and as with all forms of mysticism, Kabbalah explores the secret or hidden meanings of the universe. However, because these aspects of the universe are so complicated and difficult to understand, the authors of Kabbalistic works rely heavily on symbols and analogies to make their point. One way of distinguishing the symbolic from the literal is by knowing which ideas are acceptable and which are taboo. For example, one book describes God's physical proportions in great detail; however, an important belief in Judaism is that God is completely incorporeal, and thus these measurements are really symbols for God's power. Other basic tenets of Judaism are that God is indivisible, eternal and has alone complete authority over the universe; there are no intermediaries between God and Man; and God is the creator of the universe and all men.

As mentioned earlier, mystics of all cultures attempt to explain how the universe works and why. Unlike rationalists who explore the physical aspects of the universe, the mystics try to understand the spiritual aspects. The Kabbalistic view of the universe is much different from that held by most Western scientists. First of all, the "true" universe consists of the En Sof (literally the infinite or the incomprehensible), which is the spiritual universe. The spiritual universe is inseparable from God, and has no beginning and no end (unlike the physical universe). God has many characteristics, but they can be logically separated into ten groupings. When these characteristics are all present in a particular "region," that region is perfect. However, God has several times removed certain characteristics from a point in the En Sof (the act is called tzimtzum, contraction) thus creating a point of imperfection wherein a physical universe can exist.

Our current universe is not believed to be the first, but it may be the longest-lived. It was created by removing Law from a point and filling the "vacuum" with Kindness. This was necessary for it was God's desire to give Man free will or the power to decide good or evil, and this would not be possible if Divine Law permeated the universe. The act of creation itself was accomplished through ten emanations (esher sephirot in Hebrew).... First, Keter (Crown) was emanated as a projection of En Sof into the physical universe. From this sphere of emanation came Khokhmah (Intelligence), called the father sphere, and Binah (Wisdom), the mother sphere. The remaining seven spheres come from Wisdom, and represent each of the seven days of Creation. The six "active" spheres are: 1) Khesed (Kindness) also known as Gedulah (Greatness), 2) Din (Law) or Gevurah (Power) or Pakhad (Fear), 3) Tiferet (Beauty) or Rokhmim (Mercy), 4) Netzakh (Victory or Endurance), 5) Hod (Glory or Majesty), and 6) Yesod (Foundation) or Tzaddik (Righteousness). The last sphere, which represents the physical universe, is Malkhut (Kingdom), also called Knesset Yisroel (Community of Israel) or Shekhinah (God's female aspect). The variety of names for some of the emanations reflect the multitude of ways one can interpret God's characteristics.

It should be noted that these spheres are inseparable. They merge, divide, reflect and act as catalysts for one another, and have different amounts of influence at any particular time or place. Some mystics have gone into great detail to explain the various influences the emanations have on each other. From a fantasy role-playing game standpoint, these spheres of emanation are the root of magic. Knowing the relative influence of the spheres [one can tell] the future, and exercising any control over the spheres will influence future events.

The spheres themselves are often grouped in various ways, such as by triangles or columns. To view the tree of emanations (in Hebrew Etz Khayim) as triangles, imagine the top nine spheres as one triangle pointing up over two triangles pointing down. For this interpretation, neither Crown nor Kingdom are used, as they represent the spiritual and physical universes, respectively. The top triangle consists of Intelligence, Wisdom and Da'at (Knowledge, or a combination of Intelligence and Wisdom). Knowledge is the external or more physical aspect of the Crown, and is often placed directly between Intelligence and Wisdom and beneath Crown. These top three spheres are more intertwined and interdependent than any other combination of spheres. Sometimes Crown is referred to as "the knowledge," Intelligence as "that which knows," and Wisdom as "the thing known." Thus it is not surprising that the first triad is known as the Intellectual triad, or the brain of the tree of emanations.

The second triangle consists of Kindness, Law and Beauty, and is called the moral triad. As mentioned earlier, the current physical universe is believed to have been created by an act of both Law and Kindness. These two characteristics are viewed as the archetypes of the duality of good versus evil, where Kindness is good and (unrestrained) Law is evil, but many of the mystics who developed this principle further borrowed heavily from the Zoroastrians, and thus their ideas tend to be inconsistent with the other philosophies of Judaism. This triad also defines the three columns of the tree of emanations, these being the right side (Intelligence, Kindness and Victory) which signifies mercy, the left side (Wisdom, Law and Glory) which signifies judgement, and the center (Crown, Beauty, Foundation and Kingdom) which mediates.

The third triangle is known as the natural triad. It contains Victory, Glory and Foundation. This triad is seen as baser or more physical than the others due to its proximity to Kingdom, which represents the physical universe.

The ten emanations are seen as the means by which the universe was created and maintained. They are occasionally represented as a wheel with Beauty in the center, or as ten concentric circles which either begin or end with Crown. There are also ten "intangible" spheres, a shadow of the tree of emanations, which consists of 1) Rom (Height), 2) Mizrakh (East), 3) Tzofun (North), 4) Tove (Good), 5) Ra (Evil), 6) Reysheet (First, 7) Durem (South), 8) Mariv (West), 9) Akhrit (Last), and 10) Takhat (Depth). The relationships of the spheres of emanation, particularly in their tree structure, is constantly referenced or alluded to in mystical works, as we shall see.

The physical universe itself is composed of four worlds, which are not planets, and correspond to the four stages of Creation. These stages are another aspect of the creation process and do not conflict with the six phases or "days" of Creation listed in the beginning of the Torah. The four worlds, and their related stages of creation, are: 1) Olam HaAtzilut (World of Emanation), which represents the archetypal ten emanations and the creation of primeval light; 2) Olam HaBeriah (World of Creation), which contains the Divine Throne and symbolizes the spiritual universe apart from God, and Man's divine "spark"; 3) Olam HaYetzirah (World of Formation), wherein reside the angels and men's souls, and symbolizes the concept within creation of individual existence (i.e., number, measure and form) as opposed to archetypes or ideas; and 4) Olam HaAsiyah (World of Activity) which is the material universe.

There are many theories concerning the relationship of these four worlds to the ten emanations. In one, the four worlds are all part of what we call the physical universe, and thus they reside below the emanations, which are more spiritual in nature. Another theory states that there is a set of ten emanations within each of the worlds, and while the names and positions of the emanations within each tree stays the same, their inter-relationships within each tree does not. Yet another view has each of the first three worlds associated with the three triangles mentioned earlier, and the fourth world identified with the emanation Kingdom.

Judaism was the first religion to conceive of time as linear: the physical universe has a beginning, a life-span, and an end. Yet in Kabbalah some cycles are mentioned. Of course there is the seasonal cycle, the most important seasons being Spring (the time of planting) and Autumn (the time of harvest). Spring is associated with Kindness, for it represents the re-birth of nature. It is also the time when the Jews celebrate Pesakh (Passover), which commemorates God's Kindness in intervening to free the Jewish slaves of Egypt more than 3500 years ago, even though they had not shown themselves worthy. Autumn, on the other hand, is associated with Law, for it is then that one reaps what one has sown, and the Jews observe Rosh Hashonah (Spiritual New Year) when God judges men and determines their fates for the coming year. It has been postulated that the world was conceived in Autumn, and that this was when Law was removed from the supernal point which was to become the physical universe; and the world was created in Spring, when Kindness moved in to fill the "vacuum."

Yet another theory postulates cycles occuring on a much grander scale. In this theory, one of God's days is 1000 of our years. His week is 7000 years, and His jubilee is 50,000 years. Each of the seven creative spheres (all but the Intellectual triad) dominates a week, and the interpretation of the Torah changes with each week. Thus the time of the Patriarchs (Abraham, Isaac and Jacob) was dominated by Kindness, but Moses' receiving of the Torah on Mt. Sinai marked the beginning of the week controlled by Law. This conveniently explains why the early Jews did not have to follow all of the various restrictions in the Bible (particularly the dietary laws), and expresses the hope that in the future these rules will be less harsh. After each of the spheres has had its week, the Messianic Age begins and all souls are forgiven. There is then a millenia of reshaping, in which a new physical universe is created complete with a new set of souls and the process starts over. The number of cycles, while limited, is not known.

An important principle in Jewish mysticism is the power contained in letters, words, names and especially in the Torah. While the Jews did not invent the alphabet, they were one of the first people to use it and even to this day tend to be obsessed with it. Each letter was originally a symbol for the first sound in that word. In addition, the Semitic alphabets also serve as numerals. Thus was established the principle of secret meanings behind each letter.

The Kabbalistic view of the letters in the Hebrew alphabet is that they represent the 22 "gates" or "pathways" between the ten spheres of emanation. Thus letters can be used to "enter" or understand the emanations.... It should be noted that since there are only ten emanations, Knowledge should be ignored (alternatively, Crown could be ignored and Knowledge take its place).

The 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet are also linked to different parts of the universe, parts of Man, or other symbols. The Hebrew alphabet is often divided into three classes: the three mother letters, the seven double letters and the twelve single letters. The mother letters each correspond to a different element (Earth was not considred an element by most Kabbalists), as well as the three triangles of the tree of emanations. The double letters each represent a different day of the week, facial orafice, direction, noble metal and heavenly body (only five planets were known then). Each single letter represents a different sign of the Zodiac, month, complex direction, ancient Israelite tribe and stone in the breast plate of the High Priest. [See Appendix]

One line of mysticism, called Gematria, interchanges letters based on order of numeric value. For example, the tetragrammaton is sometimes spelled with the letters which come directly after the true letters. Another example is that since the name of the demon Ashmodai (Asmodeous in Latin) has a numeric value of 355, which is the same as Pharoah, it is believed that Ashmodai is a king of demons. Many similar associations between words or phrases have been found by [Kabbalists]. In addition, sometimes the values of the lettes cycle around from 1 to 9 and then back to 1 again, or the value of the letters' names spelled out is used, or the values of the letters are squared and then compared to the value of a word whose letter values were not squared. Of course this form of mystical analysis requires fluency in Hebrew. Hebrew has a special advantage over many other alphabets in that the frequency of use varies little from letter to letter.

The main use that Gematria is put to by Kabbalists is understanding the hidden meanings of the Torah. The Torah is perceived by Jews as Man's interpretation of God's blue-print for the universe. Because of Man's and his language's inherent inability to grasp the complicated secrets of the universe, many details were hidden in the words transmitted to Moses at Mt. Sinai. Thus the words themselves, as well as the ta'amim (musical symbols), nekudot (vowels), Tagim (seriphs), and Otyot (letters) all contain hidden meanings. The anagram Pardes (lit. orchard but translated into Latin as paradise) was used to describe this principle. Every phrase, word, letter or stroke has four meanings: poshit (simple), remel (hint), drash (concept) and sod (secret). The mystics were, of course, more interested in the latter meaning.

It is believed that the spiritual Torah (i.e. not translated into any human language) existed before the created universe. Some even state that the physical universe was created to give life to the Torah. As mentioned earlier, it has been postulated that the Torah changes every cosmic week. This change has been described as the re-assembling of the letters of the holy books, and thus their numerical values would remain unchanged.

Names are of particular importance in Judaism, especially those of the Deity. It is often held that the entire Torah is simply one long name of God. Most names, however, are much shorter, and thus often refer to only one aspect or view of God. Probably the best known name of God is the tetragrammaton, represented in English as YHVH (because the printing of certain holy names on anything which may be destroyed is considered blasphemous, all names given here are transliterated...). This name is often mistranslated as Yahweh or Jehovah. Neither of these translations are really Jewish, for YHVH is not pronounced in Hebrew (the word HaShem, meaning "the name," or in prayer Adonai is substituted instead). The tetragrammaton is often linked to the ten emanations as follows: the serif of the yod is Crown and its body is Intelligence; the first heh is Wisdom; the vov, which has the numerical value of six, stands for the next six spheres; and the second heh is Kingdom.

Another system used by Kabbalists links a different name of God to each sphere. Thus Crown is EHYH, pronounced Ehyeh, which refers to being, and Intelligence is linked to YH (Yah), a simple name for God. The name spelled YHVH but pronounced Elohim is linked to Wisdom, and stands for the emanations. Kindness's name is ELHI (Elohai), literally "my God." The name EL is also associated with Kindness, and is often appended to the names of angels to signify their service to God. Another misunderstood name is ELHIM (Elohim), which is linked to the Law. The name itself refers to God as the unifying force behind the universe's multplicities, but it is often mistakenly interpreted as a symbol for multiplicities within God Himself. The tetragrammaton is placed in the middle of the tree of emanations with Beauty. Victory is symbolized by the name YHVH TzBAOTh (Tzeva'ot) and its counterpart Glory by ELHIM TzBAOTh; Tzava'ot refers to the angels as a group or army. Both the names EL KhY (El Khai) "living God" and ShDI (Shaddai) "the all-powerful" are associated with Foundation, and Kingdom's name is ADONI (Adonai), which means "my Lord."

The names just mentioned are recognized as God's names by all Jews. Several others, however, were introduced by Kabbalists and have meanings only to them. Four of these are known as the names of 45, 52, 63, and 72. All of these spell out the letters in the tetragrammaton in different ways, and the numbers refer to the total numeric value of the letters in each name. Another popular name consists of 42 letters and is often used in charms. Its pronunciation is uncertain.

A major area of Kabbalistic magic consists of amulets and seals. It is important to note that these terms are used differently by Jews than by others. The term amulet refers not to a container of a demon's soul but rather to an enchanted item bearing various names of God and of angels in an attempt to bring their desired characteristics into play. For example, an amulet for protection in child birth will often bear the names of the three angels who once captured the demon-Queen Lilith, who swore she would kill all human children. On the other hand, a seal of a particular angel or demon can be used to gain some (but not absolute) control over them. In the case of angels it is possible that they comply with the wishes of the seal-bearer out of respect for their knowledge, as evidenced by their writing of the seal, and not because the seal itself holds power.

Amulets can be designed in a variety of ways to appeal to the beings listed thereon. One of the simplest is the magic triangle.... Sometimes an entire passage from the Bible is taken and each word is placed in a magic triangle. It is also possible to select a word whose meaning changes as one lops off or adds on letters. A famous example of this principle is one version of the golem story where the word emet (truth) was written on the golem's forehead, and in order to deactivate it the first letter was taken off so that it read met (corpse).

Another, more complicated construct is the magic square. In its most straightforward form, the magic square contains a name and switches the positions of the letters.... A more complicated version involves the use of different words and names so that no matter which direction one reads, there is a word or name....

Popular among later mystics were amulets in the shape of a hexagram, also known as mogen David (shield of David). A few centuries ago this became the symbol of Judaism, replacing the more complicated menorah, or seven branched candelabra, which is now believed to be what King David really did have painted on his shield! The hexagram symbolized (1) protection from the six directions (north, south, east, west, up and down); (2) a man's body (head, two arms, two legs, and either soul or female aspect), and (3) Heaven. The latter association is [somewhat] complicated. The word for Heaven in Hebrew is Shamayim, while the Hebrew for fire and water are esh and mayim. Thus it is believed that Heaven is made of fire and water. The alchemical symbol for fire is a triangle, and water's symbol is an upside-down triangle, and if they are super-imposed on each other one has a hexagram. These amulets are commonly found with the names Dovid Melekh (King David), Mogen Ben-Dovid (shield of the son of David, i.e., the messiah), and Yerushalem (Jerusalem).

Other amulets are drawn in various shapes (especially hands or menorahs) and contain names, words or combinations of the letters of a particular biblical passage.

In the Middle Ages no distinction was made between devices of protection and holy items. In order to fulfill the commandment "... these words, which I command thee this day... thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thy hand, and they shall be for frontlets between thine eyes, and thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thy house and upon thy gates" (Deut. VI, 6-9), Jews place boxes containing this passage on their door posts (called mezuzah) and in morning prayers place smaller boxes on their left arm and forehead (called tefilin). It was often believed during Medieval times that these devices warded off demons, and so Jews often wrote additional names and symbols upon the parchment containing the biblical passage. This belief was held by many Christians as well, for they called the tefilin phylacterys, Greek for amulet, and often tried to purchase these protection from the Jews!

A variety of creatures are mentioned in mystical works. There is adne hasadeh, a [man-like] creature with an umbilical cord attached to the ground. These beings die when their umbilical cords are cut, and are probably a symbol for how Man's ultimate ancestor is the Earth (even today's scientists believe that life started from chemicals in the ground). Another strange creature is the barnacle goose, which grows on trees using its bill as a stem until it finally breaks off and flies away. The shamir is a tiny worm which splits even the hardest rocks, and the takhash is a type of unicorn which is spiritually clean (kosher). Among the largest animals are the leviathon, king of the fishes; sis, the largest of all birds (rocs); and the behemoth or reem, which are fantastically huge oxen. These oxen are so large that their hoofbeats cause earthquakes. The female of the species always gives birth to a male and female set of twins, and both parents die in the reproductive process, for if there ever were more than two behemoth at the same time, the other species would be placed in jeopardy. Other animal myths developed along the same lines or were adopted from other cultures.. Se'irim or satyrs are goat demons, basisks and cockatrices can kill all but weasels with a touch or a glance, the rahab or tannim is an evil dragon, and a werewolf is a sorcerer incognito.

Three groups of beings mentioned most often in Kabbalistic works are angels, demons, and souls. Belief in a soul is probably the oldest religious idea, dating back 10,000 years or more. Jews believe in three souls, each successively more spiritual. At the top of this hierarchy is the neshomah (lit. life or spirit), which is linked with the intellectual triad of the spheres of emanation. It is believe by some that these souls never leave Heaven, but move closer to God as their associated humans become more pious, and move away from God when the human breaks commandments. Next is the ru'akh (lit. air), related to the moral triad, and responsible for sentience. After the body dies, the ru'akh stays on Earth for between a week and a year, and then goes to Heaven. The lowest form of soul, which even the animals have, is nefesh (lit. breath), which stays on Earth and haunts the location of its body's death. It is connected with the natural triad of spheres.

At the time of Creation, only a limited number of souls were made. Their purpose is to reunify God's characteristics within the physical universe, and they do so only by fulfilling the 613 mitzvot (commandments) of the Bible (the souls of Gentiles are not required to fulfill some of the commandments which are unique to the Jewish religion). Those souls which do not succeed perform gilgul (transmigration) and reappear in a body of a human infant. If a soul has but one commandment left to fulfill, it may become an ibur, which means that it takes temporary possession of the body of one who is in a position to fulfill that commandment. On the other hand, a soul which is very wicked may be banished from God's presence altogether, and in order to become corporeal, take possession of another's body by force (generally while that person is ill) and is known as dibbuk. When this occurs, the victim must undergo an exorcism, and in order to prevent the evil soul's regaining control, the victim's name is changed, since names are external reflections of one's soul.

It is believed that the original souls are complete, i.e., both male and female. These two sections split when they incarnate, but if the corresponding humans find and marry each other they will have a perfect marriage. It should not be assumed, however, that a male soul always takes a male body and a female soul a female body. If the genders are mixed then some imbalances occur, and the body is usually barren or impotent. If, however, a man with a female soul weds a woman with a male soul, then procreation is possible. The institution of marriage itself is seen as an important part of the soul's work, for the union of the two people and their souls is analagous to the unifying of God's characteristics as well as the unifying aspect of God (Elohim).

Death is usually interpreted as a natural and necessary part of life. There are, however, two forms of death with supernatural implications. One is known as the Kiss of Death, whereby God rewards those who are extremely wise (as in Moses) or those who are so pious that they have completed the 613 commandments in an unusually short time (this explains the demise of certain sages). Opposite to this form of death is karet, whereby one's soul is removed by the Angel of Death as punishment for grave sins.

Another form of unnatural death is that of sorcery, or biting off more knowledge than one can chew. It is difficult to say whether this form of death is bad or good, for the soul is liberated from the body by the knowledge which has just been learned, similar to the Kiss of Death except that it is enacted from below instead of above. On the other hand, the Talmud and other works forbid the teaching of mystical works to any younger than a certain age, usually between 20 and 40, in order to prevent this form of demise.

Related to humans in a sinister way are the demons, called sheydim (violent ones), mazikim (destructive ones), and ru'akhim (spirits). It has been postulated that demons come either from the left-hand side of the tree of emanations, called Sitra Akhar (the other side), or from a perverted opposite of the tree of emanations, composed of impore kelifot (shells) instead of spheres. It is widely held that Lilith is the Queen of demons, and that she was created for Adam as his wife. However, it was found that two separately created individuals were incompatible, so she flew off (she has wings) and God created Eve from Adam's rib. Lilith never forgave Adam, however, and she seeks revenge by killing infants and women during and shortly after child birth. Lilith is associated with the Kingdom in the tree of impurity.

The physical make-up and attitudes of the demons differs greatly, though they are all mortal. Some are quite physical but also cold and can become invisible; thse are said to be the offspring of Adam and Lilith, and they carry on the tradition by mating only with humans. Others are said to be formless spirits, made solely of fire and air, and feed on incense and flames. The latter are particularly useful to witches, for black magic can be learned from them. Those demons who have wings are said to live in the upper atmosphere and "speak" with the Princes of the Zodiac, and therefore know in advance what will be.

The main king of the demons is Som, also known as Samael (lit. blind to God), who is associated with the equivalent of the emanation Glory in the sinister tree of emanations. He is quite evil, often committing the sins of adultery and murder. However, it should be noted that not all demons or demon kings are evil. They, like Man, have both good and evil inclinations, called yetzer tove and yetzer ra, respectively. The best known example is Ashmodai, who studies Torah with God. While he is still rather mischievous, he has perfect foresight and is generally beneficial.

Different from both men and demons are the m'lakhim (angels). The term m'lakh literally means messenger, and the angels are the servants of God. Unlike demons and men, angels have no free will, tend to specialize in their functions, and can assume both spiritual and physical forms. It is believed by some mystics that the gods of the pagan religions were actually angels.

Angels can take on a variety of physical forms. The Torah often mentions angels who take the form of men, and Ezekial describes ofanim, angels in the shape of wheels. In addition to these there are serafim with six wings, symbolized by fire or snakes and serve as God's messengers; cherubim who are part human, lion and bull, and accompany God; and khayot (lit. living things) who surround God on His throne.

The four archangels, associated with the khayot, are Michael (lit. who is like unto God), Raphael (lit. God has healed), Gabriel (lit. strength in God), and Oriel (lit. light of God). Though interpretations vary, these four correspond to the different Greek elements, directions, colors, precious metals and worlds. Michael, made of snow, is the angel of south, gold, fire, World of Emanations, red and symbolized by the lion. Oriel is the angel of east, copper, air, World of Creation, yellow and symbolized by the eagle. He is also known as the angel of mercy, and is believed to have taken the form of a lion and accepted offerings made to God. Rapheal is the angel associated with west, iron, earth, World of Formation, green, symbolized by the ox, and is the angel of healing. Last and in no way least is Gabriel, whose symbols are north, silver, water, World of Activity, blue and man. Gabriel is an avenging angel, made of fire and responsible for the destruction of Sodom and the taken of the souls of kings when their time has come.

Many angels serve as guards for spiritual places and the heavens, while others have specific tasks. The angel Sandalfon weaves a crown for God out of the prayers of the faithful. The infamous Satan (lit. adversary) points out the faults of Man to God, and encourages their punishment or extermination. The angel Samael, sometimes identified as the demon Som, is the main angel of death. The angel primarily responsible for the revealing of secret knowledge is called Raziel (lit. mysteries of God), and the heavenly scribe is Metatrone (lit. in Hebrew, keeper of the watch; in Greek, behind the throne).

There are also angels who guard over and personify the different nations. The Kabbalists believe that there are 70 nations, each descended from a particular son, grandson or great-grandson of Noah (the nations which existed previously were wiped out in the Great Flood). Whatever activities occur on Earth between nations are preceded by similar activities in Heaven between the respective guardian angels. Michael is the guardian of the Jews, and often intervenes on their behalf. Satan, on the other hand, is the guardian angel of Rome, for the Roman Empire was the agent of the Diaspora (exile), which is widely held to have been imposed on the Jews as punishment for their infidelity to God.

One work divides the angels into two categories: the angels in God's name, led by Totarkhiel, and the angels of God's countenance, lead by Suriyah. [See Appendix]

To the dimensions of height, width, length and time the Kabbalists have added the dimension of spirituality. In the positive spiritual direction are the seven heavens. Farthest from Earth is Araboth, which contains uncreated objects and is the permanent residence of men's souls. It is associated with the emanation Greatness (Kindness). Makhon, the second heaven, contains the precipitants rain, snow, hail, fog, and dew. Makhon is presided over by Moses the Law Giver and the emanation Law, and emits a lightning bolt into Ma'on, the third heaven, presided over by Father Abraham who alters the bolt into four "rays of foundation" corresponding to the four spheres of emanations along the central axis and are colored black, white, red and green. The third heaven is filled with harmonizing lights and sounds that sing praises to God, and is symbolized by the emanation Beauty. Above this is Zebhul, a spiritual Jerusalem corresponding to the emanation Victory which is the positive aspect of cosmic power. In this city is a tabernacle, personified by Metatrone, with Michael as high priest, surrounded by the souls of martyrs. There is also a heavenly tribunal of seven lights. The fifth heaven is called Shekhakim and is associated with Glory. It contains millstones whch grind manna for the righteous and is presided over by Jacob and the twelve heads of the Israelite tribes. It is surrounded by a river of fire wherein reside the angels of destruction, and this river is held back by a colorless light of monotheism, which is fueled by prayers from below and projected out from Shekhakim as an archetypal alphabet of 22 colors. Next is Rakiya, the firmament. Symbolized by the emanation Foundation, this heaven supports the heavenly bodies, which are endowed with divine knowledge. The lowest heaven is called Vilon (lit. veil), which shields the heavens during he day and "rolls" down each night. It is associated with the Kingdom, is the main source [of] prophetic visions, and is presided over by Joseph, the interpreter of dreams.

Below the Earth spiritually are seven abysses, known as Gehenna, Death's Shadow, Death's Gate, Filth, Destructive Whirlpools, Place of Perdition and Sheol. Interpretations on these vary considerably; however, it is generally held that they are made up of tohu (impure earth), bohu (impure water), and darkness (opposite of fire).

Associated with the heavens, and perhaps above them, are the seven hekhalot (palaces) in the merkavah (Divine Chariot). The seventh palace leads to the Throne of God, symbolized by sapphire and emerald. Here the souls of mystics travel outside of their bodies and rise up to the Veil of God. The veil is not physical, for God has no physical form; it is a symbol for the limitations of Man's comprehension of God.

These palaces are dangerous, and the mystics who travel them must carry with them the seals of the two angels designated for each gate to show to the eight angels who guard each of the seven entrance ways. Those that do not have the proper seals are said to be swept away in a fiery tornado. The sixth palace is particularly hazardous, for it is made of sparkling marble, and if the traveller mistakes it for water the angels chastise and punish him for his ignorance.

The goal of the Kabbalah is to obtain a complete understanding of God, the universe and their inter-relationships. It strives to achieve this understanding through the use of symbols and analogies, particularly the Jewish holy books. These symbols and ideas are useful to fantasy role-playing games and fantastic literature as a source of magical concepts. Rejuvenating old ideas through new uses has long been a means of keeping a genre alive, healthy and growing. The Jewish Kabbalah can and should be used to expand the horizons of the fantasy role-playing game and modern fantasy in general.

1984, Newport Long Island, NY Teenage Satanists Richard Kasso and James Troiano are arrested for the ritual slaying of a fellow "stoner.", Gary Lauwers. All involved, including the victim, were avide reader's of Anton LaVey's Satanic Bible. It was the only book Kasso owned in fact. Kasso and Troiano were not the typical kids next door. Troiano had been arrested a few weeks before on a burglary charge. Kasso had been arrested previously for robbing a grave to use the skull and hand in a ritual. Both were drug dealers who lived on the streets. The Satanists (http://usminc.org/satanism.html) allegedly once made a "pilgrimage" to the infamous Amytiville house while unoccupied, constructing an altar in the front yard and doing a ceremony. The media wrongly claimed the teens belonged to a cult of Satanists called "The Knights of the Black Circle", but the Black Circle was apparently another group of drug addicted deliquents. Swell town, Newport. Gary Lauwers owed Kasso $50 for drugs, and apparently this is why he was chosen for sacrifice. Jimmy Troiano admitted in court that he kicked Gary Lauwers in the side breaking his ribs, and held him in a head lock while Ricky "Acid King" Kasso repeatedly stabbed him in the back. As he was being murdered, Lauwers was told repeatedly "Say you love Satan!" until he finally did , as Ozzy Osbourne's Bark At The Moon played in the background on tape. Kasso hung himself in jail awaiting trial 2 days later; Troiano is acquitted in 1985 after a key prosecution witness, Albert Quinones (who was also present and helped bury the body, but granted immunity for his testimony) admitted he had used drugs too, on the night of the crime. Troiano litterally gets away with murder, despite his own confession on the witness stand that he held Lauwers as Kasso stabed him. Hopefully, he turned his life around.

During the February 5 hearing, Noreen Gosch stunned the court with sworn testimony linking U.S. Army Lt. Col. Michael Aquino (ret.) to the nationwide pedophile ring.
Then, the Aquino bombshell: "Well, then there was a man by the name of Michael Aquino. He was in the military. He had top Pentagon clearances. He was a pedophile. He was a Satanist. He's founded the Temple of Set. And he was a close friend of Anton LaVey. The two of them were very active in ritualistic sexual abuse. In his secular profession he is a Lieutenant Colonel, Military Intelligence, U.S. Army, and is qualified as a Special-Forces officer, Civil Affairs officer, and Defense Attaché. He is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College, the National Defense University and the Defense Intelligence College, and the State Departments' Foreign Service Institute."

"Aquino was deeply involved in what has been called the "revolution in military affairs" ("RMA"), the introduction of the most kooky "Third Wave," "New Age" ideas into military long-range planning, which introduced such notions as "information warfare" and "cyber-warfare" into the Pentagon's lexicon."

And what is "mindwar?"

"The term is harsh and fear-inspiring," Aquino wrote. "And it should be: It is a term of attack and victory-not one of rationalization and coaxing and conciliation. The enemy may be offended by it; that is quite all right as long as he is defeated by it. A definition is offered: Mindwar is the deliberate, aggressive convincing of all participants in a war that we will win that war."

"For Aquino, "mindwar" is a permanent state of strategic psychological warfare against the populations of friend and foe nations alike. "In its strategic context, mindwar must reach out to friends, enemies and neutrals alike across the globe ... through the media possessed by the United States which have the capabilities to reach virtually all people on the face of the Earth."

"These media are, of course, the electronic media-television and radio. State of the art developments in satellite communication, video recording techniques, and laser and optical transmission of broadcasts make possible a penetration of the minds of the world such as would have been inconceivable just a few years ago."

"Above all else, Aquino argues, mindwar must target the population of the United States, "by denying enemy propaganda access to our people, and by explaining and emphasizing to our people the rationale for our national interest. ... I really need to point out that most of the crimes are committed by theistic satanists.But The Church of Satan is more atheistic.For them Satan is a symbol of person's own inner personality and desires.
