someone enlighten me please?

I hope that someone can give me some advice....I have the ability to see 'figures'. I have been seeing them from the tender age of 10. The first thing that I saw was my mums guide. All of the figures that I have seen have never worried me in fact, they make me feel at ease and safe.

However, recently, what I have been seeing fills me with fear, anger and dread.

I too see a little girl by my bed and in my dreams. I now hear her talking and laughing at me(thats how it seems). The other night I was seeing what I can only discribe as black clouds wit heads and I suddenly found myself violently crying. These were the feelings ,I think, of the little girl. It certainly wasnt me.

She also tugs at my quilt when Im in bed.
Also when Im in bed, I have a cat walk over me(but its not there). What does this mean?
I see dark figures with hoods everywhere, a man in a white robe, a man with a beard, a man i a soldiers uniform, a little boy with a waistcoat and shorts on, a man wearing black but has a white face but no facial features-he actually moves my door. Also I see a man with a shirt on and a very tall figure. I do see more but would take me forever. Any body know what they might symbolise?

I often feel someone hold my hand and put their arm around me.
I have spoken and felt my boyfriends dad,who died 5 yrs ago.

It always seems like there is a battle between good and evil in my house and the results sometimes,I have come to realise, is that I self harm.

My dad sees people auras,could he of passed something down to me?

My head feels like that it houses two minds-both very seperate ways of thinking.

I hope that someone my be able to shed some light or at least give me some good links.

As we get older we are taught/indoctrinated into thinking that what is described is a dream or imaginary and throughout these continuous peer pressures to believe that version, most would eventually forget the happenings they experienced as a child...and create a new memory of what is regarded as unanswered logical thinking. this is simply untrue and not the case IMO and especially in todays children (Star/Indigo children usually have open minded parents too, more prominent from late 50's into early 60's parents..and growing ).. eventually we get into the 80's and these kids are popping up all over.
This what is described doesn't have any need for enlightenment beyond unconditioning those indoctrined beliefs (& I don't mean stop believing in all you have done to date..just re-analyse it often as to its relevance). .. this simply means becoming aware of what you can already do and allow the spitiuality side to be free with in rather than suppressing it to fit in with outsiders so called logic.
It wouldn't be right to give what I think of the actual events as there are to many variations on what it could mean as in symbolism or an actual physical event, later suppressed.. and this IMO only you can analyse... which you will eventually do, but when you know you're ready to accept what it is. (not all memories are manipulated into hiding, you do it to yourself as a protection method to prevent trauma if a bad event or even over excitement if a liked event).

If you have natural abilities like your dad & can see energies of others... then you have already begun your path of enlightenment, and no matter what divvs like me say or ask of you, only your choices are your correct path as only you know if they are true to your spiritual beliefs.

[remember this is only my opinion based on nothing but my experiences] If you want to do telepathy, what you need to do is first you have to get out of idea like most teach as in write the message in your head like you would on paper and concentrate on sending that...
Telepathy works in the same way your mind does in a concious state, It takes in IMAGES and then through your neurons works out your speech into describing what you saw so you can analyse it almost instantly in logic text (even though by this time your brain have filtered out the majority of the info). the trick is..any message you wish to share, you have to reverse this system and make your text into an image (a series of images but one at first) and project the image out...then you have to have a known telepath to know it worked..this is were it gets difficult. (one of the main reasons people think they are telepaths is due to imagery they recieve and through time able to analyse into a system of speech.) so when you are practicing and see imagery in your mind that seems quite different to a natural thought (you will have had them more as a child) like 'were the hell did that thought come from?'. remember they just might not be yours

I have had proof of something like telepathy...

I was quite close to my Gran and at the moment she died, I woke up and sat bolt upright, and as clear as a bell heard her say 'Goodbye Rob'. This was about 5.30a.m. She was 30 miles away at the time.

It was only afterwards the full weirdness of this came to light. I've never experienced anything like it before or since.

If its not clear now, let it be. These things tend to become clearer over time and struggling with interpretation can hold u back and cause problems.

Battle between good and evil, is one of the basic symbols in the mystic experience. I beleive u are awakening/having a mystic experience. Theres a list of ascension symptoms somewhere that is quite good (i think this can be found on the forum, under ascension). Also keep an eye out for spiritworld symbols, life/death symbols, begining of time/origin symbols, good/evil symbols (and also end time symbology - ie war between good and evil). Dont take any of it literally if it is an awakening, it will only make sense as you go along further into it. It is like the opening of a flower - it cannot be forced or rushed. Look into awakening, mystic experience and ascension on the net for info. Or if you think this is you, feel free to ask me for anything i might know about it :)

iv seen these-they were quite scary- do the ones u see have red eyes? Look on ares p2p for art bell The Shadow people-it explains a fair bit-

the best thing you can do to protect urself is focus on "love" but more than that the love of and from ur higher power/God-dark beings cannot stand his frequency.

My girlfriend had a visit from her grandad when she was little. She awoke one night to find her grandad in her room. He said 'ive just come to say goodbye'.

She told her dad that her grandad has died and as she did, they got a phone call from the hospital with the news.

What's my point? We can and do see into the spirit world.
