View Full Version : Something Strange In The Sky ?

This morning as I was walking down the street I noticed something in the sky that looked like a star that was motionless and shiney. Imediately I thought this was a bit odd as it was 8:30am, the sky was blue and there were no other "stars" to be seen.

I watched this object constantly for about 2 mins as I kept on walking, I only took my eyes off it for 5 seconds (because I nearly bumped into something:o) then when I looked back up to the sky ...it was gone, it had completely vanished!

I searched the sky and it was nowhere to be seen ...

This freaked me out a bit, what was it?

Has anyone else seen anything like this before?

Yup. Had a similar experience last year. Synchronistically, I was singing along to a song on the radio (in the car) called 'you are a shining light' by Ash, when I looked up and saw a bright shining light in the sky! I stared at it for as long as I could, without crashing, to see if it was a helecopter or something. It didn't move at all, then just blinked out. Don't know what it was, but, like yourself would appreciate thoughts of others.

last week (Friday) I was walking to the shop, and noticed this elongated star, thought it was a little odd, went into the shop, came out and clocked it several miles away in the opposite direction, I thought it was odd so I retraced my steps to have another look but there was no sign of it. Could be the same thing i don't know.

Please enter your theory here because it could have been anything. Anything at all.
