OBE's and stealing energy?

hey people,

just curious to see if anyone had experienced stealing someone's energy.

i'll explain my situation, last sat morn i woke up reasonably early, i got up for a bit and thought i'd try a bit of astral projection (started an online course recently) whilst my girlfriend was still sleeping. i had an obe, my first in years, and in the excitment of wanting to tell my girlfriend i came back into my body.

i woke her up gently and explained what had happened and she was really pleased for me but seemed kinda down, after a few minutes she was quite upset and a bit teary and had no idea why. i on the other hand was feeling great, i felt really positive and my gf said my eyes were totally sparkling.

we thought about it a bit later and kinda came to a possible idea that i may have sucked up all the energy in the room?

kinda strange for my gf but i was in an overly good mood all day.

plan to try again soon, with and without my gf present, will post if something similar occurs.

I tend not to because it's addictive, and it messes up your own energy field.

I mean agressive draining rather than or holding someone's hand when they're a bit under, or needing a hug. That's just a natural interaction that people do all the time.

Your thing sounds more like psychic turbulance.

Odd things happen, but not in harmony.

I don't suppose you were close to an ancient battlefield or something like that were you?

not sure about the battle ground, i live in the city.

i had my 2nd obe last sat after i missed the glasgow meet, my girlfriend was in the other room this time.

i felt really good again and she suffered no side effects:)

When I do it, I am alone in my room, so I really cannot tell of my experiences about draining.

I tend not to because it's addictive, and it messes up your own energy field.
I don't believe projecting has any side effects. We do it all the time when we sleep anyway.

Sorry, I didn't mean astral projection as a bad thing.

I meant discourteous astral vasmpirism. That's the mugs game which I reffered to as addictive.

Nice to read that people are experiencing astral projection. I myself tried it for the first time the other day - I started with self-hypnosis and meditation to relax my whole body then tried to project myself onto the astral plane, i began to feel strong vibrations through my body and my heart started beating rapidly and i kind of snapped myself out of the trance cuz i didnt fully understand what was happening. Later i read online that the vibrations are the sign that you're starting to project... I would really appreciate some guidance on this matter as I want to experience an OBE.

I think its more likely a result of something that happened during ur OBE. The mind tends to actively generate energy, when focused. Meditating monks even stop sleeping, they meditate for half the time. Even a passive energy, like a crystal or a geometric shape, doesnt reduce the surrounding energy it harnesses the excess - (or more accurately a crystal mimicks, like an infinate capicitor). Draining energy, also called soul shearin is also actually quite difficult, even for those inclined. (without actualling taking a pysical part of the person, like hair, or killing them - unless ur a astral native being, like the annunuki, or have high tech devices)

Or so ive read from various places.
