had a very big impact, according to some, on the 1994 elections. The
Chronicles was put together because there were several people, not only
in Arkansas, but across the nation, that had documented evidence of criminal
activity that involved Bill and Hillary Clinton. That evidence was never
allowed to be in court. The media refused to expose this evidence.

The people who prepared this film took the time and the effort to allow
the people and the investigators involved to bring the evidence to you,

The initial reactions
Back in Little Rock, Foster's friends weren't buying it. Doug Buford, friend and attorney, stated, "...something was badly askew." Foster's brother-in-law, a former congressman, also did not accept that depression was what had been behind the "suicide": "That's a bunch of crap." And Webster Hubbell, former Clinton deputy attorney general, phoned a mutual friend to say, "Don't believe a word you hear. It was not suicide. It couldn't have been."
Outside experts not connected the official investigation also had their doubts.

Vincent J. Scalise, a former NYC detective, Fred Santucci, a former forensic photographer for NYC, and Richard Saferstein, former head of the New Jersey State Crime Lab formed a team and did an investigation of the VWF case for the Western Journalism Center of Fair Oaks, Calif. They arrived at several conclusions:

(1) Homicide cannot and should not be ruled out.

(2) The position of the arms and legs of the corpse were drastically inconsistent with suicide.

(3) Neither of VWF's hand was on the handgrip when it was fired. This is also inconsistent with suicide. The investigators noted that in their 50 years of combined experience they had "never seen a weapon or gun positioned in a suicide's hand in such an orderly fashion."

(4) VWF's body was probably in contact with one or more carpets prior to his death. The team was amazed that the carpet in the trunk of VF's care had not been studied to see whether he had been carried to the park in the trunk of his own car.

(5) The force of the gun's discharge probably knocked VF's glasses flying; however, it is "inconceivable" that they could have traveled 13 feet through foliage to the site where they were found; ergo, the scene probably was tampered with.

(6) The lack of blood and brain tissue at the site suggests VF was carried to the scene. The peculiar tracking pattern of the blood on his right cheek also suggests that he was moved.

Despite numerous official assurances that Vincent Foster really did commit suicide, more and more Americans, over 70% at the last count, no longer believe the official story. TV specials, most notably the one put out by A&E's "Inside Investigations" with Bill Kurtis, have failed to answer the lingering questions, indeed have engaged in deliberate fraud to try to dismiss the evidence that points to a cover-up.

The cover-up of Vince Foster's 1993 murder gets stranger and stranger, as the U.S. Attorney who blew the whistle on massive, high-level White House criminality has apparently undergone a sex change.

Lead investigator in the Foster case and U.S. Attorney Miguel Rodriguez, who went public in 1995 with allegations independent prosecutor Kenneth Starr and others purposely withheld evidence and intimidated witnesses to cover-up Foster's murder, is now working in Sacramento, Ca., apparently under the name of U.S. Attorney Michelle Rodriguez.

Although Rodriguez failed to return phone calls, a secretary in the U.S. Attorney's office Tuesday in Sacramento confirmed Michelle was once Miguel, although not coming right out and saying it.

Asked if the name Michelle was a mistake and the attorney in the office really was Miguel from Washington D.C., the secretary said:

"When was the last time you talked with Miguel?" asked the secretary, who then responded to the answer. "If it has been that long, she is now Michelle."

To further verify Michelle Rodriguez worked in the office, a Sept.29, 2005, Sacramento Bee news article referred to Rodriguez, saying:

"Jared Oreste Giampaoli and Steven Foster Little are accused of "interference with federally protected rights," according to documents filed by Assistant U.S Attorney Michelle Rodriguez."

Although Rodriguez's sex change could easily be dismissed as a man being trapped in a woman's body, bigger questions need to answered about Rodriguez's actions since he talked "a blue streak" in 1995, pointing the dirty finger of corruption in the Foster case all the way up to the doorstep of the white House.

But 13 years later why is Rodriguez remaining 'mum' about the case? How and why could he still be holding a job in the U.S. Attorney's Office after hitting the big boys below the belt so hard?

And the biggest question is what happened to the photograph Rodriguez took when he left Starr's office as the chief investigator, a photograph which allegedly shows a bullet hole in Foster's neck when the official report claimed he shot himself to death by sticking a gun in his mouth?

The photograph, which would clearly nail the top dogs in Washington with withholding evidence, has never been published and, according to the main researchers in the Foster case, it has somehow disappeared.

Although it is only speculation where the photograph ended up since Rodriguez isn't talking, the best explanation given is that he sold it for a hefty sum of money to an influential British newspaper.

In turn, investigators speculate the British newspaper, with MI6 and CIA ties, turned the evidence back over to the government without publishing it. Whether Rodriguez has a duplicate copy of the photo is unknown and it is also unknown whether Rodriguez has cut a deal with government officials to keep quiet in return for his life, a life he now leads as a woman.

Regarding the sex change, the final question needs to be asked whether it had anything remotely to do with the Foster case or whether it can be dismissed as a natural progression in Rodriguez's personal life.

One thing for sure, the importance of Rodriguez's testimony in getting at the truth behind the Foster murder should never be diminished or discredited, according to author Huh Turley, one of three writers who wrote a 511 page book/legal document categorically proving beyond a reasonable doubt Foster was murdered and it was cover-ed up.

The 1999 book, entitled Failure of the Public Trust, pins Starr and others with withholding evidence and intimidating witnesses to reach a premature conclusion in the case, a conclusion reached even before the evidence was gathered.

Turley and the authors meticulously gathered crime scene irregularities, including evidence tampering, witness intimidation and grand jury manipulation, using taped testimony by Rodriguez, the lead investigator, to prove the Starr report was corrupted from the outset.

Regarding the possibility of Rodriguez going public again, Turley recently said he isn't talking but doesn't know why.

"It is doubtful that he will talk again," said Turley in an email this week after appearing on Greg Szymanski's radio show, The Investigative Journal, where he talked extensively about the government and media cover-up. "He is no longer talking to anyone. Attorney John H. Clarke, (co-author of the book) made a trip to Sacramento several years ago to see him, before we had the audio tapes, without success. I think he is afraid to talk.

"However, his comments, legally tape recorded by the late Reed Irvine of Accuracy in Media, on our audio CD are the next best thing to interviewing him. For more background on Rodriguez see Ambrose Evans-Pritchard's book "The Secret Life of Bill Clinton" and also Christopher Ruddy's book, "The Strange Death of Vincent Foster." Ruddy's book is only good in calling attention to the suspicious death but Mr. Ruddy goes out of his way to conceal the role of the FBI and the media in the cover-up."

One other element of the Foster case which has never received proper attention is the involvement of three former Mossad agents, two men and a woman, seen and captured on video exiting the Foster apartment on July 20, 1993, the day he was killed.

The Starr investigation never followed up the leads and the first mention of it appeared in the Washington Post, when an article dismissed the possibility as wild and unsubstantiated rumors.

However, critics suggest The Post was engaged in a smear job to cover the tracks of the government sponsored hit team, as a concerted media investigation never took place.

"If they had looked into it," said an investigator from Italy who wanted to remain anonymous, "they might have uncovered the same hit team, two men and a blonde woman, former known Mossad expert killers and agents, who traveled to Italy three days after Foster was killed and were thought to be involved in the murder of Raul Gardini, a wealthy Italian businessman with ties to America."

Gardini, one of Italy's most wealthy businessmen, was found dead in his hotel room on July 23, 1993.The incident was quickly reported as a suicide even though some Italian investigators claim the gun supposedly used by Gardini was found on a table across the room from where the body was found.

As in the Foster case, Italian critics claim a proper investigation was never undertaken and a premature suicide result was reached in order to protect the real killers. Also, like in America, the leads tracing the movements of the three Mossad agents were never followed up, leaving on speculation that the same hit team killed Foster and Gardini.

According to insiders who knew Gardini, suicide was the last thing on his mind, as he was flamboyant and fun loving, displaying extravagant tastes, racing yachts worth millions of dollars in prestige events, and even making it to the America's Cup final in his first attempt before losing to America 3.

Like in the Foster case who died shortly after returning from Switzerland with $250 million dollars, Gardini's inside information and financial dealings may have been what finally led to his death.

As recently as a month before Gardini was died, he was conducting a spirited public defense of his tenure as head of Ferruzzi, saying its present indebtedness -- totaling a staggering $20 billion -- was not his fault.

According to leaked testimony by company insiders, however, Mr. Gardini falsified company balance sheets to hide losses totaling between $200 million and $300 million incurred in speculations on the Chicago futures market in 1989. He also accused Mr. Gardini of having used real estate deals to build up covert slush funds.

Coincidently, the $250 million given to Foster in Switzerland, verified by U.S. Treasury agent Leo Wanta, was never tracked down, as recent investigations have uncovered it was headed for the Childrens' Fund, a covert fund created by an executive order and chaired by Hillary Clinton, who supposedly used it as her own personal slush fund.

James McDougal - Clinton's convicted Whitewater partner died of an apparent heart attack, while in solitary confinement. He was a key witness in Ken Starr's investigation. Was James McDougal Murdered In A Federal Prison To Silence Him?

Ron Brown - Secretary of Commerce and former DNC Chairman. Reported to have died by impact in a plane crash. A pathologist close to the investigation reported that there was a hole in the top of Brown's skull resembling a gunshot wound. At the time of his death Brown was being investigated, and spoke publicly of his willingness to cut a deal with prosecutors.

C. Victor Raiser II - & - Montgomery Raiser: Major players in the Clinton fund raising organization died in a private plane crash in July 1992.

Paul Tulley - Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock, September 1992. Described by Clinton as a "Dear friend and trusted advisor".

Ed Willey - Clinton fund raiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in Virginia of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events.

Jerry Parks - Head of Clinton's gubernatorial security team in Little Rock. Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside Little Rock. Park's son said his father was building a dossier on Clinton. He allegedly threatened to reveal this information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed from his house.

James Bunch - Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported that he had a "Black Book" of people containing names of influential people who visited prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas.

James Wilson - Was found dead in May 1993 from an aparent hanging suicide. He was reported to have ties to Whitewater.

Kathy Ferguson - Ex-wife of Arkansas Trooper Danny Ferguson died in May 1994 was found dead in her living roon with a gunshot to her head. It was ruled a suicide even though there were several packed suitcases, as if she was going somewhere. Danny Ferguson was a co-defendant along with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones lawsuit. Kathy Ferguson was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones.

Bill Shelton - Arkansas state Trooper and fiancee of Kathy Ferguson. Critical of the suicide ruling of his fiancee, he was found dead in June, 1994 of a gunshot wound also ruled a suicide at the gravesite of his fiancee.

Gandy Baugh - Attorney for Clinton friend Dan Lassater died by jumping out a window of a tall building January, 1994. His client was a convicted drug distributor.

Florence Martin - Accountant - Sub-contractor for the CIA related to the Barry Seal Mena Airport drug smuggling case. Died of three gunshot wounds.

Suzanne Coleman - Reportedly had an affair with Clinton when he was Arkansas Attorney General. Died of a gunshot wound to the back of the head, ruled a suicide. Was pregnant at the time of her death.

Paula Grober - Clinton's speech interpreter for the deaf from 1978 until her death December 9, 1992. She died in a one car accident.

Danny Casolaro - Investigative reporter. Investigating Mena Airport and Arkansas Development Finance Authority. He slit his wrists, apparent suicide in the middle of his investigation.

Paul Wilcher - Attorney investigating corruption at Mena Airport with Casolaro and the 1980 "October Surprise" was found dead on a toilet June 22, 1993 in his Washington DC apartment. Had delivered a report to Janet Reno 3 weeks before his death.

Jon Parnell Walker - Whitewater investigator for Resolution Trust Corp. Jumped to his death from his Arlington, Virginia apartment balcony August 15,1993 Was investigating Morgan Guarantee scandal.

Barbara Wise - Commerce Department staffer. Worked closely with Ron Brown and John Huang. Cause of death unknown. Died November 29, 1996. Her bruised nude body was found locked in her office at the Department of Commerce.

Charles Meissner - Assistant Secretary of Commerce who gave John Huang special security clearance, died shortly thereafter in a small plane crash.

Dr. Stanley Heard - Chairman of the National Chiropractic Health Care Advisory Committee died with his attorney Steve Dickson in a small plane crash. Dr. Heard, in addition to serving on Clinton's advisory council personally treated Clinton's mother, stepfather and brother.

Barry Seal - Drug running pilot out of Mena Arkansas, Death was no accident.

Johnny Lawhorn Jr. - Mechanic, found a check made out to Clinton in the trunk of a car left in his repair shop. Died when his car hit a utility pole.

Stanley Huggins - Suicide. Investigated Madison Guarantee. His report was never released.

Hershell Friday - Attorney and Clinton fund raiser died March 1, 1994 when his plane exploded.

Controversal case where initial report of death was due to falling asleep on railroad track. Later reports claim the 2 boys had been slain before being placed on the tracks. Why Is It No Longer Acceptable To Seek The Facts About This Death?
It was not always so.

For some reason, a lot has changed in our country since the summer Vince Foster died. Today, anyone who seriously questions any aspect of the results of the official investigations into his death runs a sizable risk of being branded a "kook," or worse ("scurrilous kook?"). For many months, the "mainstream media" have, in general, scornfully heaped ridicule upon the relatively few individuals (both within and without the media) who have dared to speak up about Vince Foster's death. The author is sorely tempted to quote samples of this ridicule, but will resist doing so. Virtually everyone reading this page knows what the author means, whether she or he believes the mainstream media's scorn is deserved or not.

Expressing concern about the Foster death investigations and gaining a meaningful personal understanding why he is gone have become "politically incorrect" in the extreme. Questions that intelligent, sensitive, individuals posed in the weeks following his death are now beyond the pale, "Verboten!" as it were, in the eyes of the mainstream media. Why? There is a subtle reason for this behavior that the author will save for another day. The obvious reason is discussed below.

A sampling from a single "mainstream media" article follows below from a piece that ran in the Sunday New York Times the day before Labor Day in 1993. It looks back on Vince Foster's death less than two months after his body was found at Fort Marcy. The quotations below are from the Sunday Times Magazine's "Endpaper" piece entitled "Public Stages" written by Mr. Frank Rich. Apparently, the author of the report in your hands once was in respectable company indeed when he wondered about Vince Foster's death and decided it might not be merely a "simple suicide."

"The Washington Murder Mystery, the whodunit death of the deputy White House counsel, Vincent Foster." [Frank Rich]

"Of a thousand people, of those who might commit suicide, I would never pick Vince." [Hillary Rodham Clinton as quoted by Frank Rich]

"The most normal person who worked in the White House [with] no known history of mental illness or erratic behavior." [The Washington Post as quoted by Frank Rich]

"Widely admired as a portrait of poise. . . a man who seemed to glide through life." [The New York Times as quoted by Frank Rich]

"But if Foster's White House pressures fully explained his self-destruction, virtually every major government official should be placed under suicide watch." [Frank Rich]

The artistic collage created for his piece lends credibility to the "mysterious" interpretation Mr. Rich puts on Vince Foster's death (Mr. Rich does not appear to challenge the suicide verdict, except possibly when penning phrases such as "Washington Murder Mystery" and the "whodunit death of the deputy White House counsel, Vincent Foster," at least until one examines the collage).

The color artwork depicts dark storm clouds over the dome of the US Capitol. Much of the Capitol's dome and façade are shown as if taken from a film negative: everything that one would expect to be light is dark and everything one would expect to be dark is light. The famous Washington Cherry trees are in bloom. They frame and surmount a statue of President, "I cannot tell a lie, I chopped down the cherry tree", George Washington. Washington is positioned on his back in the collage, as if someone had laid him carefully on the ground. Intended or not, presumably readers of this piece would be forgiven if they saw parallels with Mr. Foster's death in this collage.

Mr. Rich was not taken to task for implying there might have been (was?) a cover-up regarding the Foster death. [The US Park Police report concluding that suicide was the cause of death was signed a month before the piece appeared.] Mr. Rich was not chastised in the establishment media for scurrilous insinuations that Mr. Foster's death was not a suicide, nor told that his shameful article would upset Vincent's distraught widow and young children, appearing as it did in the premier newspaper magazine in the nation.

The author will now address the more obvious reason why people asking about Vince Foster's death have been declared "Persona Non Grata" by the mainstream media. The reason is the superficial credibility of the official Reports on Vince Foster's death. The Park Police Report, the 1994 Fiske Report, the 1994 Senate Report -- they all said Foster killed himself, didn't they? However, the author of this report says: Look at the raw data in the record before you decide!

There is a constant (and reasonable-sounding) drumbeat in the mainstream media (and elsewhere) that goes something like this: "There have been four different investigations into this guy's death. The US Park Police, The Fiske Investigation (and its FBI agents), the 1994 Senate Whitewater Hearings, and the House Banking Committee Hearings. They all said it was suicide. Why don't you let the poor guy and his family rest in peace?"

As indicated in the body of this report, it is the nature of raw evidence uncovered by these investigations (latent in the two Senate Whitewater Hearings Volumes' 2,672 pages, all pages that the author has studied with care) that is being called to the reader's attention. What if the official investigative record contains astounding information that, while technically public, has not been publicized by those charged with doing so? The author assumes (charitably) that most individuals, and virtually all members of the media, are not familiar with the wealth of material contained in the official record detailed and detailed in this report.

Ignore the analysis in this report if that makes the basic expositive material easier to examine. In the author's opinion, the expositive material herein is tied extremely closely to the officially record via exhaustive citations throughout this report [That they were exhausting citations, the author has no doubt!]. Read the expositive material herein and then ask if those who question the death of Vince Foster or challenge the official "suicide verdict" just might have legitimate reasons for doing so.

What do you do with your answer once you've found it? Look in the mirror. Deal with it. I did.
