http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/factual/starttheweek_20080107.shtml

Andrew Marr an ex hero of mine (after having my views changed by you lot) and guests on his regular Start the Week programme on Radio 4 discuss the rising tide of counterknowledge theories that the internet is helping to spread.

Skip to the final 10 minutes of the programme to hear the discussion.

This kind of broadcasting simply re-affirms the fact for me that the media is nothing but a tool to keep the masses hypnotized. You can hear this group of 'intelligent' people grunt and scoff at some of the perceived 'mad' theories that can be found on the internet.

Interesting interview. Ivan O'Mahoney seemed to be a good egg.

We can expect to see this term "counterknowledge" being pushed more often into the public zeitgeist by system messages
