Hey all...
I do not know who has or has not been in or a part of a large organization. But pretty much all groups with a complex agenda are sloppy. Even the "best" ones and the most "scrutinized" and "self-examined" or "internally-policed" organizations have their own double-crossers, or power-driven individuals, or the person who is out for themself, or a person who is a "spy" for some one else. All of these things make for inefficiency for the organization.
In the case of the government, isn't it interesting that all it can reach apoint were they are so big, complex, and inefficient that their can be infighting within the organization, criminal acts, good acts, bad acts, good or bad qoutes in the press, good philanthropic work or cruel non-thinking and inhumane acts, basically the whole gambit of human nature on a massive and contradictory and blundering scale while STILL MOVING FWD AND PULL THE WOOL OVER THE EYES OF EVERYONE.
It is incredible that all the chess peices--if you will--being the hand of the government is unaware that it is. It is like a big version of a human body. The heart is the heart and that is all it knows. The lungs are the lungs and that is all it knows. So the police in a potential police state are "just being good cops" and citizens are just being "good citizens." It is a pretty easy formula. Feed people and cloth them and give them comfort--and then you got them. Even if they are like the Matrix and dullards in a pod with no "self" except for what they perceive, they never break out of their mind-numbed comfort.
--If you read it, thanks. I appreciate any dialogue.
