Ok, I'm starting to really worry about the sensations I've been having the last few days in my head!
I suffer migraine and this is definitely not migraine related.
Basically, it is like a really intense pressure, pulsating feeling, lasts seconds and goes, I have also been feeling like a tightness in my throat?
Tonight it has been really intense and I am also now feeling tightness in solar plexus area.
Any ideas what this is/what is going on?
I'm seriously freakin out with this now, thinking its some kind of embolism/aneurysm or something.

I get it at times if I am doing conciousness / mind work and not really settled before hand, but not otherwise; maybe you live by a tv or mobile pylon? Wifi interference? Could be anything lol; Try to meditate and find it's source? :)

yeah, I live by all those things, as I have done for last 7 years, but only been getting these sensations in the last few days so no connection there.

7 years could be taking it's toll; meditation, if you have ability in it will show you the problem; if not, go on vacation for a few days and if it clears, you know it's the energy where you live.

I go on vacation next week :D
I try to avoid meditation these days as I find sometimes I see things that are distressing, so don't want to do this if I can help it. I do sometimes have dreams which come true, one of which told me when I would die, I'm only a couple of years of that so starting to think maybe this is the signs of something real bad. :(

well, putting your problems on a public place can attract positive energy to help, never know when you might get assistance :)
oh, and send me a postcard :D

wouldnt hurt to get some imaging done of your head if you can afford it.
the mayo clinic website may be handy for tracking symptoms.
so go into more detail about the pain in your head and where its centered and what it feels like.
your spleen in in your solar plexus area, I would hate to think you might have anyeurisms.
hows your blood pressure? migraines could be hypertensive as well.

update to say that I have returned from vacation, and never experienced the head pains at all during the whole week. I've been back home 4 days now and they started again yesterday. This could be a location factor or could be that I was on holiday and relatively stress free etc.. ?
It has eased my concerns that this could be physiological though because if that were the case then it wouldn't have alleviated for a week on vacation.

I've been getting a lot of headaches... may not been the same as yours though, they feel like sharp pains going across my head, also getting blue squiggles of light or white flashes. The dr said they are migraines but i get them daily at the moment.
If they're really bad keep some kind of 'headache diary' when they happen, what your doing etc xx

celtiana what you describe sounds like migraine.
The feelings I get are of pressure, it only lasts seconds and then goes. I have also been feeling a bit dizzy lately too. I know what my migraines are like and it's not migraine, I know that for sure. I have had blood tests done which I forgot to mention and they showed evidence of a clot/raised coagulation, but when I had a follow up blood test done it was clear.

have you been back to your drs? it may be nothing but as you've been for tests before it might be worth mentioning to them. It may be to do with your blood pressure, with the feelings of pressure and dizzyness (may not be though so don't take my word for that lol)

I haven't but I guess it would be logical and sensible to get my blood pressure checked out.
