I know it's only Tiscali's news feed, based on a review of a GMTV interview, but this is quite revealing of the direction he seems to be taking. Seems our Mr Cameron has the 'Daily Mail' reader in sight, with it's clearly uncomplicated view* of anyone who either chooses not to be a wage slave or cannot become a wage slave through other means. I wonder what Mr Brown's stance is on this...? Who exactly is the representative for the unemployed in parliament? ...And don't say the house of lords... ;)

*which in itself is a clearly uncomplicated view, I know

[Okay, in addition I'd like to qualify my views on this a bit more - being a wage slave is not necessarily conducive to enlightenment, and this is my problem. People abusing the welfare system is just one of the reasons these clowns are trying to dismantle it WHILST making it seem palatable to 'working' English men and women. However, in encouraging 'everyone' to enter wage-enslavement he is claiming on a wider scale, THIS is the only political and economic system, indeed the ONLY way of life you can hope to live as long as you are born on this sceptred isle. It is an extremely narrow view of the world that we are effectively seduced into conforming to. As long as we remain closed minded to the very real machinations of government, they will continue to have their very wicked way with us.]
