I just finished "Dear God! What's Happening to Us?" by Lynn Grabhorn.

I want to thank tru3 for suggesting it to me.

YES YES YES! This is IT. The real deal! No I am not saying she has all the details "right" (as if they could be right for everyone), but I AM saying that she has been the only person to accurately describe besides tru3, who drew on her insights in the book, WHAT I SAW IN MY VISIONS!

I saw:
A womb made of light (from the inside, see the "God's soccer ball" thread if you don't know what I mean)

A ball in the middle! (this is important)

The moment before during and after the big bang.

"Pinch-offs" being created (I think I made some too)

The movement of the no-thing, that created the friction necessary to throw off "sparks"

People this is big. No it's not a new religion. It's an EXPLANATION to things we have all been seeing for a long time, especially WRT David Icke's work and that of others in the same field.

Also in the book are 6 LUDICROUSLY simple steps to get the leeches out of your life. "God" and "Lucifer" (I think she has the names wrong, but her concepts are right, IYKWIM) made a contract, but not too long ago, "Lucifer" broke the contract, and now it's no holds barred!

I'm so glad to be alive in these times.

ALSO she gives free license to any who want to disseminate "all of the information" in the back of the book, so I'm gonna make a torrent and an upload. You'll hear back when it's scanned and up.

i'm really glad you found some insights, seamus.

lynn grabhorn left this world in 2004. she had been in great physical pain for years, she knew it was just about her time. she was determined to get this book written, even though she knew it would diminish her reputation as a serious writer in some circles.

personally, i hope she's on planet two right now, sipping a pina colad and watching the sunset. :)

hey. i'm sorry about the employment thing. i've been self-employed for over 10 years, and it's always interesting at payday!

yes, i have worked with it, and from my experience what sets lynn apart from most of the others to me is the emphasis she puts on feeling! :D the language of the subconsicous is emotional energy and images. it is non-verbal. if you're talking to your subconscious (some people call it the superconscious; whatever) or thinking in word images, you're speaking gibberish to it! :)

so, even though the LOA gets bashed around here, don't let it discourage you. make your own decisions, trust your own insights.

imho, this material is LIGHT YEARS ahead of the secret! ;)

my recommendation for you at this particular time would be the same as lynn's, i think; before you attempt any kind of conscious co-creation, any anxiety or fear you feel about your situation must at least be nuetralized. i'm not saying "wish away" your fear; it's trying to tell you something. all i'm saying is that if you're the least bit scared about NOT getting your intention, then PLEASE, don't even try! go pet your dog, walk in the moonlight, anything that makes you feel BETTER!

rescinding the contract. yes. it's absolutely an empowering thing to do. i can't make any dramatic claims, but it's still like giving the finger to "the man"! :D do, it, it's fun!

I know other LOA techniques talk about the difference between visualizations, feelings, and emotions and I've never been able to make it click but I still choose to believe we create our reality. That's probably off topic so I'll leave it at that.

yes, they talk about them, but lynn spends a lot of time actually giving specific examples. i know that just thinking about it was hard for me to connect with, but when i actually used some of the things she suggests, it made more sense. enjoy!

I downloaded this book and read it within a day of getting it! That's most unlike me cos normally stuff I download hangs around for a fair while until I can be arsed or I remember that its there before I read it!

I must admit that as I was reading it,it all seemed a little far fetched and yet there was something resonating within me as I read more and more.
I don't know if any of you have read the Silmarillion by Tolkien but the "creation" story in that book was similar in some respects to what Lynn was talking about with her "creation" tale
I did start to wonder how much of the story we all carry within us without realising exactly what it is.
Also as I was reading I noticed there was information that dovetailed with previous stuff I had read so I began to feel more comfortable with the subject matter.
Any way I did try the first 3 steps that where outlined within the book and I really wasn't expecting much to happen...but nothing ventured nothing gained....and surprisingly,to me anyway,I actually feel better for it.
I even got the numb fuzzy feeling that she described and now a couple of days later I also feel much calmer too!!!!!
I don't appear to be getting riled as easily as I normally would with people and situations.
I've noticed that I seem to be taking a step back and thinking to myself to calm down and not to worry...most unlike my usual self.

Anyway Seamus thanks for the links ...this book may be the start of something I've been looking for for a long time.

BUGGER......I had a feeling someone would ask about the Silmarillion creation story...especially as I haven't got a copy to hand at the moment either.

Basically The similarity between the two stories regarding the no-thingness ,the "spark",the pinch offs and the split between dark and light(Ainu and Morgoth in the Silmarillion off the top of my head).I'm not talking about the whole of the Silmarillion just the first few chapters.
Also further on in the book the fact that the Dark side always tries to corrupt those of the Light.You know the enemy is always in the shadows and never comes out into the open and show itself for what it is and is full of empty promises.Subterfuge is the name of the game it seems.
I must admit its been a while since I read the Silmarillion myself but I do know that when I was reading "Dear God..." This is the first forum I've ever been on & I've found a huge wealth of information - there's never enough time in the day to get through it all though!!

I'm trying to finish my current book so I can start "Dear God", so can't comment on it yet but it certainly sounds like good stuff :) Also love the LOTR trilogy but never got around to reading Silmarillion for some reason... I'll have to dig it out now & give it a go. That's another one for the list!!!!!

If you like Tolkien, I highly recommend the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. If you're into "fiction" that is. I have all my time filled just with reading and watching the amazing "nonfiction" that's available. I put quotes around those words because the line is so fuzzy, isn't it?

Glad you liked the book. I am putting off doing the steps because she instructs to "gather your serenity around you", and I have precious little of that. I also have almost no time that is completely my own. This will change soon. Real soon.

i've read several commentaries on lotr and it has been noted the similarities between the shire as great britain on one side, and the dark lord as hitler. churchill kind of looks like a big hobbit! :)

I think Lynn Grabhorn was absolutely right when she emphasizes feelings.

I've found it's not actually thoughts that create your reality but
what you really, really feel - what you feel deep in the white of your bones.

I thought for years that I was positive, but if you spend even a little
time, just watching, watching yourself, without judgement ....and let
what's really in you come up...I was amazed at how negative I really
was. (And great thing is: this simple, choiceless awareness
dissolves all the inherited negativity)

And nothing changed for me until I aligned my beliefs and feelings together
- then reality seems to magically respond.

Also don't worry too much about possible economic collaspes.

There is a famous saying : 'crisis for the unthinking masses is opportunity
for the individual'

Yes, there may be a big downturn coming - but that doesn't
automatically mean there is a downturn coming for you
UNLESS you buy into version of popular reality.

Most will so that will be their experience.

However, If you can deeply feel that there is
infinite opportunites out there and that you will be in the right place
at the right time - that can be your experience - if you allow it.

Remember thousands of Amercians made a fortune during the the great
crash of 1929 while millions have another completely different experience

I think the key is also to remember there is no one reality. There are 6
billion realities - and each can be different.

Strange cos generally I don't read interviews of authors very often...I think I'm being "directed" somehow cos there's been a few little occurances in my life lately since reading "Dear God..." that seem to back up the general theme of the Light and Dark stuff and coming changes.This interview is just another one of them!!!

I have read the the first 7 books in the Wheel of Time series and it is an excellent read.I decided to wait until all the books are written before I read any more because I keep forgetting what happens!!
Apparently there are supposed to be a total of 12 in the series and he's working on the last one now..Have a look at the wikipedia entry for more info

Yep yep yep... it's so right! This is what Brandon Bays incorporates into her healing (clearing emotional cellular memory from the body) & I'm so pleased that this has now come into my life so that I can incorporate it more fully.

Also in James Twyman's 'Emissary of Love' book, when he suprised himself by suddenly being able to bend spoons (he realised this while eating his cereal, much to his suprise!!) & he describes it as a feeling, not a knowing, when he touched metal he can feel if it's going to bend, he doens't control it with his mind. Love it... I know this is physical feeling but this is also linked in with emotional feeling...

So much info around at this time (well, guess it's been around for millennia but on a grander scale now at least!) it's such a joy living at this time!

I have just spent the who of the afternoon reading this book!.......

I found a lot of the book had a very comfortable resonance with me, but then there were other bits that I thought…mmmmm….?????... really…….????

I was close to the end of the book…..and still wasn’t quite sure…. I still have this thing about the human filter…..

So I did my question thing….just something I always do when I wanna know what is right…. And I said….if this is coming to me in the purest light, and I need to know this information and work with it, put something with in the book that will let me know is a message from me… to tell me this is right….and I should get my backside into gear…….

And just a few pages on….. there it was…..not in small print either, Nice Big and Bold….just what I would have done to draw my attention to it too!......Oh but I did!!! Lol……

It sure was like a kick up the bum! Lol……

So I got my confirmation… and have done the steps…the switching I have been doing for some time now, that sort of just came to me and I realised that I could change…..

Made a lot of sense that book, and written with a GSOH too! I very much enjoyed it….

I think the no-thing is more of a potential flux than anything. so conceptually it is something but materially and etherically it is nothing. Think pure voltage without amperage. If you're familiar with electrics at all... or think pure pressure with no flow, if you're familiar with plumbing. It's the "friction" bit I can't figure out. Friction implies rubbing. I don't know what there is to rub against... itself?

I've read Lynn Grabhorn's other books and felt they were dead accurate.

And a lot in this book rings true - but to be honest - I can't get this
planet two idea.

It seems like a cop-out, i.e. don't worry about this world because there
is another planet where everything will be all right.

I actually perfer this planet - where we can see and HAVE to experience
the results, good or bad of what we think and feel.

In fact, in truth there is nothing wrong with this world - the problem
is with our deep, cellular beliefs and feelings.

The world is simply SHOWING us what we are really thinking and feeling.

And, anyway if more of us with our crazy, misguided beliefs went
to planet 2 - sure, it would soon end up like this planet.

Maybe I got this wrong or is Lynn Grabhorn really saying that there
are infinite worlds now co-exisiting with each others - and when
we die we will be drawn to the dimension that mostly closely matches
our vibration.

And this is exactly the idea in David Icke's Tales of the Time loop.

I've read Lynn Grabhorn's other books and felt they were dead accurate.

And a lot in this book rings true - but to be honest - I can't get this
planet two idea.

It seems like a cop-out, i.e. don't worry about this world because there
is another planet where everything will be all right.


yeah it does kinda seem cop-out like... but maybe planet two is just another way of saying the next age on this planet. It will be a very different place after the poles shift, and the sun goes through its flares, etc.

I actually perfer this planet - where we can see and HAVE to experience
the results, good or bad of what we think and feel.

In fact, in truth there is nothing wrong with this world - the problem
is with our deep, cellular beliefs and feelings.

The world is simply SHOWING us what we are really thinking and feeling.

And, anyway if more of us with our crazy, misguided beliefs went
to planet 2 - sure, it would soon end up like this planet.

of course it would! That's why only upward-evolving beings get to progress to the next level. The rest will end up blowing themselves up.


Maybe I got this wrong or is Lynn Grabhorn really saying that there
are infinite worlds now co-exisiting with each others - and when
we die we will be drawn to the dimension that mostly closely matches
our vibration.

And this is exactly the idea in David Icke's Tales of the Time loop.
Is her Planet 2 idea just another way of expressing this.

I think what you say is true, but I don't think that's what she means. I think she is meaning a specific place for humans who got it together enough to make it past this place with all its problems. They might be one and the same idea. I don't know. It's survival of the fittest, but the only one you are competing with is yourself. :D

I think the no-thing is more of a potential flux than anything. so conceptually it is something but materially and etherically it is nothing. Think pure voltage without amperage. If you're familiar with electrics at all... or think pure pressure with no flow, if you're familiar with plumbing. It's the "friction" bit I can't figure out. Friction implies rubbing. I don't know what there is to rub against... itself?

The friction bit... when you read the book... she is on about the no-thing falling in on its self....and causing the friction..... well if it was doing that, then I can see how it would cause friction............

it's my feeling that, like radio waves, alternate universes occupy the same "space"; they just have different interference patterns that do not collide. based on several accounts i've heard, all the planets in the solar system are inhabitated, just in alternate dimensions.

and, i believe that consciousness, like water, seeks its own level. why couldn't there be multiple gaias? one hot and dry for those who choose to live in fear, one cool and green for those who are ready to drop those illusions.

there will be those that move on, and those that hang around. those of us who choose to hang around will have more opportunites to be of service. ;)

Have you read Ishmael by Daniel Quinn? I just gave it a re-read (listen) on audiobook, and it's right with what I have been learning lately. A cool green world is simply a choice!

sounds rubbish but it is a gem! I read this before even coming to Icke's book "I Am Me, I Am Free" and basically richard carlson says the same things:)

I think carlson even explains things better, dare i say it, than icke, the whole it's all an illusion, in our head business and how our thoughts create our own reality. My thoughts controlled me for a long time, getting stressed by the most stupid things and i didn't realise i was doing it to myself lol

There is no such thing as stress, we create it in our mind by our own thoughts, it is only the more we think that we end up letting bad thoughts get into our head worrying about deadlines, etc etc and how the same situations that can put you in a bad mood and make you think it's the end of the world will have no effect on you when you're in a good mood.

The secret to being happy is just to be and to stop thinking and analysing everything. Just to be keeps you in that lovely "feeling good for no reason" kind of feeling, which is our natural state, a state of happiness.

This is all shown in this book and i damn love it :)

Hi guys,

It's been a month since this thread was first started and I'm wondering if anyone feels any "Lighter" :D after doing the six statements. I've been stating them a couple times a day and haven't noticed anything yet. I just finished reading the sequel, Planet Two, and in it Lynn states to read them only once, out loud, and without altering the statements, which I kind of did too. So hopefully I haven't been restarting the process each time I repeated the statements. I gave them one last unaltered vocalization.

Also, Planet Two has a seventh statement for those of you who are on board with the first six.

I also want to say that the book Planet Two is just as trippy as Dear God...

In it Lynn states there are three Earths. We're on Planet One (3rd dimension) that is a mix Dark and some Light. Planet Two is mostly (80%) Light, unpolluted, and in the 6th dimension and should eventually make it to 100% Light. Planet Three is 100% Dark and not too far from Planet One.

These Earths were created as experiments by guys called "The Jupiters", as they were on Jupiter in the 8th dimension. Actually, the Jupiters used "The Thinkers" to create them. The Thinkers are a creation of the J's. The J's wanted a lower dimensional place (Planet One) to experience physicality. Then some Dark energies called "The Others" started attacking Jupiter so they moved to Planet One. To make things more confusing the J's were once of The Others and some didn't think they could go back. I suppose the Others could be those energies guiding the Illuminati today.

I'm not going to write a book report but suffice it to say there was plenty of drama and betrayal between the J's and T's and interference from the O's. Eventually, entities of the Light wanted in on the physical action, too. Aggreements were made to let them in but they wound up being trapped here and held to those agreements. Now the Big Bosses of Light are stepping in breaking the agreements and letting supressed knowledge be released so those (of us) of the Light can make a break for it and escape. But, there aren't any guarantees, apparently. I hope that wasn't too confusing.

Healthy food (eating meat is ok, apparently), no pesticides, healthy environment, advanced transportation and technology that doesn't pollute, the population will max out at about 1 billion, there's money but you don't necessarily need much, no homelessness, on and on. And to keep your place on Planet Two you definitely have to contribute and keep growing. Definitely something to look forward too and work for.

that "keeping your place" idea kind of bothers me, personally.

i guess the one thing that intrigues me is that when one shows up, one's innate gifts and talents are immediately recognized and nurtured. and we'll seem to have more confidence in stepping into our power, for lack of a better word.

YES YES YES! This is IT. The real deal! No I am not saying she has all the details "right" (as if they could be right for everyone), but I AM saying that she has been the only person to accurately describe besides tru3, who drew on her insights in the book, WHAT I SAW IN MY VISIONS!

I saw:
A womb made of light (from the inside, see the "God's soccer ball" thread if you don't know what I mean)

A ball in the middle! (this is important)

The moment before during and after the big bang.

"Pinch-offs" being created (I think I made some too)

The movement of the no-thing, that created the friction necessary to throw off "sparks"

People this is big. No it's not a new religion. It's an EXPLANATION to things we have all been seeing for a long time, especially WRT David Icke's work and that of others in the same field.

Also in the book are 6 LUDICROUSLY simple steps to get the leeches out of your life. "God" and "Lucifer" (I think she has the names wrong, but her concepts are right, IYKWIM) made a contract, but not too long ago, "Lucifer" broke the contract, and now it's no holds barred!

I'm so glad to be alive in these times.

ALSO she gives free license to any who want to disseminate "all of the information" in the back of the book, so I'm gonna make a torrent and an upload. You'll hear back when it's scanned and up.

I read the book in a day and I kept an open mind. however I will tell you that I do not believe the women was given accurate information. On the whole, the story is similar to what Icke is saying, but the details are what give it away. I believe the women was simply being given false information by the beings of the "True Light." I don't mean intentional false information --but that is also possible-- but rather that those beings don't know what's really in store either. Also, above all, I never believe in information which teaches that certain people will ascend, while others will not! This is a seperate and greedy and selfish way of thinking, and it is not the nature of God or conciousness if you prefer. Information like this is purely Matrix related New Age religious distraction and disinfo.

What gives it away the most is that the women sees God as independent of humans. The two flames that arrose out of conciousness are a strange concept. There's just a lot of questionable material in the book. I'll put it this way: I find this womens material to be highly questionable at best, while I find Icke's work to be 100% consistent. I still recommend the book though.

I read it around 2 weeks ago, and I did the steps as requested, word for word out loud immediately after finishing the book.
I felt the 'spacey' feelings for a couple of days afterwards (as Lynn Grabhorn describes), it was like vertigo sometimes, quite dizzy and disconnected, and things have changed quite a lot since then.
I feel more focused, more relaxed, virtually stress-free, 'lighter' (mentally, emotionally and physically), clarity of thinking and more 'whole' as a person.
I totally believe that some kind of 'switching' has occured, and have recommended friends to read this book and complete the steps.

Everyone should check this book out and do the steps.

I'm not sure if the information has been 'corrupted' on the way to her or not, but to me it seems as if most, if not all of the information, is probably correct.

wow, i'm on the very last pages of this book. i can definately make a connection with this material. Lynn's tory about her battles with her physical body sounds so familiar to me, because i'v gone to similar thibgs, only of a different variation, since thge end of 2005.

i think i was experiencing a mix of getting messed with by "the others" and being hit by the high vibrational entity she describes as "Psi". what a tug of war! it was really hell.
it constantly felt like someone had hit my brain with an axe, wiggling it like trying to open a chesnut. painfull.and i was sure, i could feel "it" just wasn't normal. but i was receiving information in my subconscious and books i read (like Tommorow's God), i had to change tune asap, and keep my vibrations up.

coincedently, it felt like i've known about half the info of this book. now it was confirmed when i read it. the other parts were consolidating and obviously educative and freeing.

yeah, it is sad to think that it sounds like some can "ascend" and some doesn't. but i guess we are the product of our choices...are there peeps/beings ouththere that doesn't give a hoot or toot about how they exist? are their then, not peeps/entities that desires a life in a higher vibrational realm, free form those that "vibrates" differen't from them?
if we are all such one, then you might as well go set up shop in your sibling's bedroom...and melt together...and have no choice at all.

That may simply be those who go to oneness and those who stay in the matrix? We match what we match. There may be some of us who are ready to go beyond this and others who will never want to or need more time. I mean David talks about this. I think she was talking to her higher self at least she thought this. And for us to understand the void and what came out the void well it's just not going to make sense to your minds. We know nothing of it. We might have at one time but we don't now. I myself just like to read anything I can get my hands on. In reality everything we read is a matrix trap. But, there is a bit of cheese in it that you can fish out and keep going onto the next trap to get more cheese. The cheese is obviously knowledge which may lead to awareness which may lead to unplugging.

i read the book, and its good food for thought but too me i just take it as its possible, i dont know if shes right or what, but its good to have diffrent ideas,it can make you see things in a diffrent perspective than you would normally if you never read it.

whats the diffrence though between saying you want the light to help you and your intention of you want the light to help you?. i think you can say anything like prays ect and if its not met with the right intention and its not a 100% true it wont happen.

Well, looking back on the book after reading it a month and a half ago, I would say I agree with a lot of the underlying theme and even perhaps events. But her vision of the "ballroom" does seem to be a bit "americanized" so I think she couldn't help but to look at things through her own filter. Who can? But the whole contract thing? eh... I just rescinded my own contracts. That's enough for me. I'll say that there seems to be a "war" on to try to keep the universe going (evolving), vs. letting it stop (stagnate). Who is who? names are troublesome.

I don't think it was the placebo effect.... i am still feeling brilliant, weeks later....and at the time when i carried out the steps, i was feeling very low, and had been for weeks and weeks on and off.
I think i must have had a 'dark guide' or 2 around me for a long time, maybe years and years..but now i've never felt better.
Maybe, people who carry out 'the steps' and feel nothing, have no 'dark guides' to get rid of, so they don't notice any changes...anyway, i am glad i read the book and carried out 'the steps'...i have dramatically changed, and would be interested to know if anybody else has had an effect as well.

That's interesting....I don't know if you have done any kind of 'lightwork' (visualisation, aura protection, affirmations, protection rituals etc.).....but i made a point of doing lightwork near enough every night before and after I 'made the switch', and everything seems to have been ok.
I have learned a lot from a book called "the pleiadian workbook" by Amorah Quan Yin, which teaches methods of protection and energy work/energy clearing etc...I am sure it is working for me anyway.
I also read somewhere (maybe on this thread) that the 'switch' should only be done once..i dont know how true that is...but i think i carried out the steps a couple of times one day after the next, and haven't done them since...
I don't think i will need to do this again, but, if things get bad for me like they were earlier this year then i think i would do them again.

i think i was actually changing, or trying to change "guides" a while ago. if any one has read "contracts" by carolyn myss, they'll be familiar with this "contract" thing. i think ultimately we should develop our senses to such a degree you would not need to constantly rely on a guide, although i'll be the firts to admit i fell guided, by both "sides".

be aware and try to clarify you own feelings to yourself, i think.

the "light" side instigates raising my vibrations, the "evil" side punishes (or tries really hard to:rolleyes: ) for trying to do so.

well... i did the steps. But that does not mean necessarily that they were behind the enormous turn for the better that my life has taken since then.

A. I got out of the high-control cult called the Twelve Tribes.
B. I hooked up with my soulmate (whom I actually met in the Twelve Tribes)
C. I got a good job as a printer (working at the local paper)
D. My attitude is 1000% better, about everything.

Like I said, I can't directly attribute this to the steps outlined in the book. But importantly, they are ONE WAY that you, I, or anyone else can make concrete the decision and intention to draw positive experience into our lives. There are many other steps I have taken on my path, and I have found that no one "method" or "answer" is a panacea. What matters most is taking responsibility for one's own life, and deciding to make it good. We need to believe we deserve that first, though. That's where cutting off the negative vampiric spirits comes in. They have us in a state of believing we need or deserve punishment. When we remove their influence, we can decide where we want to go, and how we want to be. That is some of the freedom I have found, thanks in part to this book.

We travel in packs, and we probably have two or maybe three people of the appropriate gender identity who know us and are close enough to us to truly understand us. But I KNEW who I would be marrying the moment i laid eyes on her.

I have been visiting this forum for about 2 years now, and the wealth of knowledge that I have attained is immeasurable....but I can say that this thread has changed my life more than anything. Let me start by thanking Seamus for posting this back in March of 2007 because by reading this book, my life has changed dramatically.

I found this thread back on March 12; pretty much right after it was posted. Something inside me was telling to me read it and I did....I followed the link and read the book in a few hours that night, said the steps, didn't really feel anything and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning, I was in kind of a half sleep, half awake state and when I got up out of bed I felt a powerful energy fill my whole body, rush up through me, and experienced some sort of light in my head. I heard this inner voice say that I was being filled with the astral light, and remember seeing some sort of light being:eek:...in that moment I knew what my purpose in life was, and it made so much sense to me that I couldn't believe I never knew it before. Not really knowing what was going with me, I continued to go through my morning routine in a sort of "out of it" state.

I brush my teeth :D, still not fully understanding what is going on and what just happened to me and I begin to feel this intense pressure in my head. I then realize that everything seems different; I am looking through my same eyes but seeing everything in a completely different way. I was not "myself" and I had a complete absence of thoughts...everything was completely clear.

So now I have been up for about 10 minutes, still trying to grasp what the hell just happened to me...I go outside to get my ride to work and once I step outside everything seemed so much brighter than it did before...the leaves on the tress, the sky, everything was just seen in enhanced color...also I have an extreme sense of calm and peace. So I went work, still with no thoughts in my head, and by the end I the day my feeling of calm started to turn into fear because I was so different that what I was the day before. I got home and looked up my symptoms on the Internet and tried to find out what just happened to me and realized that I had a Kundalini awakening. I had never even heard of that word before and here I am going through this life changing experience...I didn't know whether to rejoice or cry. I felt this way for about 2 weeks, with me experiencing what could be called typical Kundalini awakening symptoms. I would randomly start crying for no reason at all, I would then feel so much love for everyone and everything that I was in a pure state of bliss. There were times when I felt complete oneness with everyone and everything. At one point I started to taste, what I could only describe as a nectar taste in my throat....and after that I felt high for hours. I later read that it is called Amrita and that it is secreted by the pineal gland. I would be in such a state of peace and bliss that I felt so different from that rest of the world. I didn't know if I would be able to survive if I stayed that way because I was looking at the world in a completely different way than everyone else around me.

So anyway...after about 2 weeks I started to come back to being "myself" again. And after about a month I was back to "normal"....but it was an experience that forever changed my view of the world and I can attribute it to Lynn Grabhorn's book. I could go on forever about those 2 weeks as there was a lot more "stuff" that happened to me, but I won't go into all of it now. Since then I have read many books on Kundalini and how the process works. What exactly those statements did to me I still do not know and how what happened to me actually occurred is still a mystery. If anyone here has any ideas I would like to hear what you think it was that caused me to have a Kundalini awakening. I have wanted to post my experience with this book for some time now, but for some reason I never got around to it, and when I saw this thread back up, I knew that it was the right time to. I want to thank tru3 for suggesting it to me.

YES YES YES! This is IT. The real deal! No I am not saying she has all the details "right" (as if they could be right for everyone), but I AM saying that she has been the only person to accurately describe besides tru3, who drew on her insights in the book, WHAT I SAW IN MY VISIONS!

I saw:
A womb made of light (from the inside, see the "God's soccer ball" thread if you don't know what I mean)

A ball in the middle! (this is important)

The moment before during and after the big bang.

"Pinch-offs" being created (I think I made some too)

The movement of the no-thing, that created the friction necessary to throw off "sparks"

People this is big. No it's not a new religion. It's an EXPLANATION to things we have all been seeing for a long time, especially WRT David Icke's work and that of others in the same field.

Also in the book are 6 LUDICROUSLY simple steps to get the leeches out of your life. "God" and "Lucifer" (I think she has the names wrong, but her concepts are right, IYKWIM) made a contract, but not too long ago, "Lucifer" broke the contract, and now it's no holds barred!

I'm so glad to be alive in these times.

I have read this book. It is certainly a bombshell. Finally I meet someone else who has read it. I did the incantations that she gave in the book. It was shocking. You can buy it second hand on amazon.co.uk they have a whole load of used books cheap. It ties together what David Icke has said in Tales From The Time Loop and Amitakh Stanford's writings, also the beliefs of the Cathars about a lesser god and an aberrant creation, and a Luciferian consciousness beyond the fourth dimension that must be pinning this down. As in the book, 'I Am Me, I Am Fee' (Icke), the dimensions are breaking down and restructuring from the top down. It made sense of why I had been starting to increasingly get more negative messages from mediums. The book was preceded by her earlier one 'Excuse Me Your Life Is Waiting' (also available from Amazon second hand) which was much more light-hearted and which contained truths that did work for her until they were no longer working and she proved that there were far more cosmic forces working to explain things.

I have done these steps, almost two years ago, I felt light and my voice came out very powerfully. It depends upon me though as to my state of being, upon me maintaining the positive feeling which is an effort. Not totally protected me from the maliciousness of other people and my own moods

She intended to commit suicide but I am a bit unsure as to whether that was the final outcome: you see as I understand it she did the steps and changed her guides; she said things improved and I thought she was cured. the thrust of it felt good, although i didnt get all of the creation metaphors - there just seemed to be the odd glimmer of familiarity with other stuff id read.. The 'ballroom' thing was an instant turn off (theres a servant class in heaven?) but i was happy to brush that aside & head on..

Ive been watching my mood all day and done the 'switching' thing frequently, and its been really easy to stall the negative attacks. This is something ive been aware of for ages, but previously ive been recognising the negativity and trying to work through it, rather than banish it with a serotonin boost.

What bothers me is the religious dogma present. Specifically the things that your instructed to say. Id been looking forward to this bit, but as i was reading the feelgood factor subsided & i started to feel a little bit uneasy. This is roughly the same formula as demonic possession! :eek: 1. Your emotions are played to create a desire 2. you relinquish something of your 'higher self' in exchange 3. something else is allowed to take over 4. you have made an 'irrevocable' oath.

I dont know enough about guides and the components of higher self, holy guardian angel to want to fuck around with any irrevocable oaths just yet. Rituals/affirmations are not something to be taken lightly - you need to know EXACTLY what your doing. Whats written in the book might have been perfect for Lynn Grabhorn's personal situation at that point in her life. But the idea of people following it word for word soon after reading it is very dodgy.

I didnt want to dwell on the negative, cos i dont think this was written with wrongful intent, ive taken something from it and my overall impression has been positive. Its just this stuff takes more explaining.

I might do something akin to the affirmations, but it will be ME doing it, my feelings. no words cos i dont do words well enough. but something from within i feel, trust & comprehend completely, and it definately wont be irreversable.

I've read a great number of spiritual readings lately, Eckhart Tolle being the most important. However, I felt there seemed to be something missing from his message (as well as some others). WHAT IS HOLDING US BACK from manifesting the New Earth? It has to be pretty powerful in the face of the good news that most teachings point towards. I got that it is EGO holding us back, however there are some people out there (as we all know) in which the EGO will never EVER dissolve. They are simply just empty black holes of shit that keep trying to fill their empty space with MORE....MORE....MORE. At the cost of everything that is good and true. No chance of an awakening for those peeps. ;)

I've struggled with the nature of evil for quite sometime. Just could never put my finger on it, you know. I wanted to believe that everyone is good at heart. Then I experienced a relationship with a rotten person and got to REALLY know the mind warping power of manipulation and control.

Anyways.... This book, as well as Icke's, really lay it out. I'm glad I found this book, as well as this forum. I've had many of my questions answered. :p

Now, with some perspective, I can imagine that some people would actually like serving drinks to people, just as I would enjoy making cheeses and giving them to my friends, or building a cob house for a friend. It's all a matter of what's in you, what you enjoy. I have had days where I sincerely enjoyed going round with a tray of yummy drinks and passing them out. I was once an ice-cream man, and there's nothing quite like the rush of meeting hordes of people who are all THRILLED to see you! (at 95 degrees F in Nashville, Tennessee)

There is no panacea. There is no answer for every person. There is only that which life brings to you, and your choices of how you deal with it. there is no such tihng as an irrevocable oath, because you are not the person you were just 6 months ago. That person may have made an oath, but YOU have changed. You are responsible for your past deeds, but you can't be bound by an agreement to which you were not fully a party. That means ANY lack of full disclosure voids it. If you discover next week that you don't like your deal with the devil, tell him to piss off, that he did not include full disclosure in the contract, and thus the contract is null and void. What gets us in trouble is thinking that someone has something on us when they don't.

Totally with you on everything you have said, Eckart Tolle, fantastic, I get the ego thing and for the most-part don't react from that place and when I do I can spot it. ;) I think evil does possess people but they don't realise they are being manipulated for the Others purpose. I feel alot happier and lighter since doing the simple excercises in her book, it feels like something is lifting from me.

Yeah I thought that was weird at the time too. But I was actually living as a slave in a cult at the time i read that (surreptitiously of course). Now, with some perspective, I can imagine that some people would actually like serving drinks to people, just as I would enjoy making cheeses and giving them to my friends, or building a cob house for a friend. It's all a matter of what's in you, what you enjoy. I have had days where I sincerely enjoyed going round with a tray of yummy drinks and passing them out. I was once an ice-cream man, and there's nothing quite like the rush of meeting hordes of people who are all THRILLED to see you! there is no such tihng as an irrevocable oath, because you are not the person you were just 6 months ago. That person may have made an oath, but YOU have changed. You are responsible for your past deeds, but you can't be bound by an agreement to which you were not fully a party. That means ANY lack of full disclosure voids it. If you discover next week that you don't like your deal with the devil, tell him to piss off, that he did not include full disclosure in the contract, and thus the contract is null and void. What gets us in trouble is thinking that someone has something on us when they don't.

First of all, my thanks to Seamus for posting the book recommendation - I came across it last week, and I've read the book, done the affirmations and I feel like a weight has been lifted.

Anyone who 'gets' David Icke's work, including the whole Reptilian Agenda, HAS to read this book - it reinforces his findings and explains how this 'race' has infiltrated and taken over our Planet with their Fear Agenda.

As for the ballroom/bar room brawl stuff that Lynn talks about (briefly) - personally, in my opinion, I don't think this was meant to be taken literally! I took it that if you want to stay here on this Planet (i.e not work on yourself, clear your self and take responsibility for yourself) then that's okay, it's your choice - but understand that this Planet is going to get a whole lot worse....just as David has predicted. That's what Lynn is saying: imagine yourself living continuously within a bar room brawl - the fear, unexpected violence, fear, greed and more fear. Fear manifests itself in anger, resentment, jealousy, dis-ease, etc. It's not just about feeling scared. That's where this Planet is heading, I'm afraid.

On the other hand, you can start working on yourself and really have the intent to raise your vibrations, work through this Ascension. When the Birth (or Harvest as it is also referred to) comes, you can hopefully move on with ease and not be left behind. You can look forward to a life of joy, peace, happiness and very little fear. That's what Lynn was saying about the alternative: Imagine a ballroom which is full of light, high energy and good spirits, laughter, etc. Not necessarily handing out the drinks! :)

That's how I look at it, anyway.

I`m re-reading this book as there is so much to undertand.
On a lighter note I don`t like that word irrevocable which is listed in one of the steps, finding it difficult at times to pronounce :)
One thing that stands out is the part mentioning that we have a minimum of 3
guides which are really showing themselves in our thought processes.
This is something especially more recently I have been more aware of.
I can certainly identify my own thoughts which (hopefully) are pure and in no way evil. Then again this could be what`s termed my primary guide.
So if I`m understanding this right some of the thought processes I have which I can only describe as just passing quickly through my own thought processes and in my view are negative and I dismiss them are probably guides of what is termed in the book `The Others`.

Firstly I would like to thank the OP for this thread (Thank you), The book itself is a beautiful reminder to us all why we are feeling like we are, and in a very right brained way also which we really need. I like a lot of others have been involved with the physical side of today's events. I say physical but I really mean perceivable.

I had to stop at the 6th chapter because its where the "how to's" are seemingly beginning so I want to come back to it tomorrow with a fresh start.

Its weird how I had never heard of the book or author but was increasingly leaning towards this kind of knowledge as are a lot of other forum members. Sadly not enough just yet have realized that by letting these crimes against humanity focus their hatred and fear they are actually causing them to happen in some regards.

Even though many are caught up in "battle" you must remember what you are fighting for and we may need to be grounded from time to time to keep checking we are going in the right direction.

Now I am not taking this book as some sort of bible but due to the excited nature of seamus urging me to read it, rang a little bell in me to give it a read. :)

I and all of you are consciously doing what this book speaks of before turning the first page but like the little quirks we humans have, seeing it in print carries a lot more weight to it.

Anyhoo I just wanted you all to know that your all feckin awesome and as long as we remember the stakes we can grin and bear anything those that think they control us can throw at us.

The first thing that intrigued me was her saying she is not crazy lol but please read on (found myself saying that a lot lately), I felt good vibes from her straight away because she wasn't coming from the angle that all this stuff you should already know or starting in the egg head scale of throwing fact and figures at me. She was coming as I said in the right brained way of not needing all the correct jargon or geometric structure of the beginning in the scientific way but just the story version was how she heard it.

She was very confident that what she was saying is the truth and the elusive "things" we can do will be around the back pages, and saying its ok if you want to go and have a peek but please comeback to where you were wasn't even tempting for me, but it was great that to her its ok to want to have all the answers here and now but you have to see how she got to them to understand.

I also liked how she didn't get snowed under by trying to give these entities names other that "the others", "Abe" lol and "Lucifer", made me think of a little game for the PS1 called "Abe's world" were you had to free your little buddy slaves from the bad guys, quite ironic, lol.

To tell you the truth I don't like the thought of taking a quote from the book, not because she doesn't have poignant things to say but I don't think she is trying to say any sensational one liners that could be taken out of context, ya know.

Plus I am still in a little "wow" stage with the information and I am not a read it once and understand kind of guy, I got upto page 105 and hadn't eaten anything and desperately needed an coffee and a smoke <--- against her advice lol, so I decided to stop there and just talk to my brother in law about the initial feeling it give me and I gave him my USB drive with it on there for him to read also, he is mainly a Buddhist and I love conversing with him late at night, he is a good listener, so he will probably get it all in his head in one sitting and blow me away with aspects of the book I had forgotten, not got or not read yet..lol

The whole base on the other side of the moon thing struck a chord for me and I have said it in other sections here that if you really want to hide something, "right there" would be the perfect place, give people a little area to focus on and call it say I dunno "51" and that will keep them amused while they get up to all sorts of stuff you need a rocket and space program to find, tight as a ducks arse security, if you ask me.

The Cloning of humans was another interesting aspe"ct that these "Others" were trying to do, which if you take the saying that Imitation is the best form of compliment" or something like that, we must have what they want and seeing how badly they want it, must mean that its something we should focus on more day by day, namely the soul or little spark of consciousness that big Abe gave us.:)

What she said about channeler's is what I had started to realize for myself, I have recently learned to put channeled messages to one side in favour of either the sincerity of the person saying it, or hearing dates and times and prophecies about the future isn't a very positive thing to do to something you should respect like free will. But as she said the 80's were a good time for good messages also we entered into the Galactic energy band in the 80's too so that made sense.

But just to clear something up, I can't remember how or even if she said how she got this info, was it not channeling also? Maybe that comes further on or I missed it the first time around.

Ah I just remembered one thing she said I was always in agreement with, on the 2nd Planet or Earth there is no football lol, I never liked football, not because of the game itself which I liked but all the crap and division that comes with it. I come from N.Ireland and a football shirt of the wrong colour can get you tortured and killed, so that was a little common ground and a bonus if I am worthy of this dimensional "bump up".

I also find her information running quite nicely with other people I have come to regard as a "Benefit" to humanity like David Wilcock, Nassim Haramein and Bruce Lipton. They may explain things at different levels of understanding but they seem to be overlapping quite well for me.

Just scrolling down at the the post feelingpeachy made before I hit submit, I don't think it reinforces what Icke has been saying about reptiles, I also don't think the reptilian debate should even enter into what she is talking about, negative "others" covers it perfectly, it could be taken to mean the reptiles n such but I have no time or energy to waste on that debate as I am concerned more by what the Universe means to me and what I mean to it.

It may be a reductionist approach to just say positive and negative but lets face it, that covers every race of advanced ET's and every race of "us" out there quite nicely So "The Others" for me is just anything or anyone who is feeding of that which they need to survive, namely fear.

Hating reptiles is still being negative and going by what she was trying to say or "my take" on it was if you hate anything then your going to have 35 million more years to hate them so we best learn to forgive and forget no matter how hard that may be, if that is your bridge to ascension then you best get over it. Not you personally but collectively.

Anyway its good no trees died for me to write all this but I'll still shut up now.

I've been wantin to re-read this book for a few weeks. I think i'll start today :)

When one gets so caught up in this complex mess of conspiracy theories and opposing viewpoints, it's nice to read a book which paints this important subject in such clear and simple terms (as you mentioned in your review).

Your head might explode when trying to figure out the exact details of who, what, where and why's.

All I care about, at this point, is where we are headed :) Finding a bit of peace along the way.

Just finished the book about 20 mins ago and I feel definitely better for reading it, not the change type thing that is surely to come, but just the intake of good wholesome knowledge, so after opening up my email I had to make a few other posts before I made this one, and lol, I too have noticed that I have these little monkeys on my back too....lol

But I am going to do exactly what this woman suggests in the affirmation type things. Even saying them while reading them gave me a little buzz I can't quite put my finger on but it felt like it was definitely above the "C" mark.

Well I will be giving this book to who ever the time is right for them to read it, and I have a few people in very great need of it right away.

YES YES YES! This is IT. The real deal! No I am not saying she has all the details "right" (as if they could be right for everyone), but I AM saying that she has been the only person to accurately describe besides tru3, who drew on her insights in the book, WHAT I SAW IN MY VISIONS!

The moment before during and after the big bang.

People this is big. No it's not a new religion. It's an EXPLANATION to things we have all been seeing for a long time, especially WRT David Icke's work and that of others in the same field.

Also in the book are 6 LUDICROUSLY simple steps to get the leeches out of your life. "God" and "Lucifer" (I think she has the names wrong, but her concepts are right, IYKWIM) made a contract, but not too long ago, "Lucifer" broke the contract, and now it's no holds barred!

I'm so glad to be alive in these times.

Hello everybody. I saw this thread and decided to buy this book, using cash haha, and I read it in two days.
Firstly, it's amusing and entertainingly written.
Secondly, there are some very big points about our existence she writes about.
Overall, I would recommend it as it made me feel better about the world. It's even made me consider giving up watching football because I will admit it brings out the worst in me.

I have been visiting this forum for about 2 years now, and the wealth of knowledge that I have attained is immeasurable....but I can say that this thread has changed my life more than anything. Let me start by thanking Seamus for posting this back in March of 2007 because by reading this book, my life has changed dramatically.

I found this thread back on March 12; pretty much right after it was posted. Something inside me was telling to me read it and I did....I followed the link and read the book in a few hours that night, said the steps, didn't really feel anything and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning, I was in kind of a half sleep, half awake state and when I got up out of bed I felt a powerful energy fill my whole body, rush up through me, and experienced some sort of light in my head. I heard this inner voice say that I was being filled with the astral light, and remember seeing some sort of light being:eek:...in that moment I knew what my purpose in life was, and it made so much sense to me that I couldn't believe I never knew it before. Not really knowing what was going with me, I continued to go through my morning routine in a sort of "out of it" state.

I brush my teeth :D, still not fully understanding what is going on and what just happened to me and I begin to feel this intense pressure in my head. I then realize that everything seems different; I am looking through my same eyes but seeing everything in a completely different way. I was not "myself" and I had a complete absence of thoughts...everything was completely clear.

So now I have been up for about 10 minutes, still trying to grasp what the hell just happened to me...I go outside to get my ride to work and once I step outside everything seemed so much brighter than it did before...the leaves on the tress, the sky, everything was just seen in enhanced color...also I have an extreme sense of calm and peace. So I went work, still with no thoughts in my head, and by the end I the day my feeling of calm started to turn into fear because I was so different that what I was the day before. I got home and looked up my symptoms on the Internet and tried to find out what just happened to me and realized that I had a Kundalini awakening. I had never even heard of that word before and here I am going through this life changing experience...I didn't know whether to rejoice or cry. I felt this way for about 2 weeks, with me experiencing what could be called typical Kundalini awakening symptoms. I would randomly start crying for no reason at all, I would then feel so much love for everyone and everything that I was in a pure state of bliss. There were times when I felt complete oneness with everyone and everything. At one point I started to taste, what I could only describe as a nectar taste in my throat....and after that I felt high for hours. I later read that it is called Amrita and that it is secreted by the pineal gland. I would be in such a state of peace and bliss that I felt so different from that rest of the world. I didn't know if I would be able to survive if I stayed that way because I was looking at the world in a completely different way than everyone else around me.

So anyway...after about 2 weeks I started to come back to being "myself" again. And after about a month I was back to "normal"....but it was an experience that forever changed my view of the world and I can attribute it to Lynn Grabhorn's book. I could go on forever about those 2 weeks as there was a lot more "stuff" that happened to me, but I won't go into all of it now. Since then I have read many books on Kundalini and how the process works. What exactly those statements did to me I still do not know and how what happened to me actually occurred is still a mystery. If anyone here has any ideas I would like to hear what you think it was that caused me to have a Kundalini awakening. I have wanted to post my experience with this book for some time now, but for some reason I never got around to it, and when I saw this thread back up, I knew that it was the right time to. Once again, thanks for posting this Seamus :)

This is a very interesting experience you had, and I dont doubt it, but if after a month you have returned to "normal" and are still as confused by what has happened to you, what really is the value in your "experience"?

I started reading the book, and wanted to add this here for people reading it. The book itself has a very non-religious focus, but I remembered running across this during some research, and it reminded me somewhat of the book. I will also add the disclaimer that this does not represent my belief system at all.

A common story says that Pope Leo XIII, a much needed inspired and faithful reformer of the Church in his time, 'overheard' God and Satan talking one evening while he was in prayer. Satan was taunting Our Lord, in much the same way he taunted Him over Job.

He came very close to implying that mankind had no free will, because no one seemed to be interested in following evil.

"Stop," God said. "They follow Me and believe in me, because I love them. Do you think they would follow you if they heard you speak? Very well, then, I give you a century. A hundred years to turn my people away from Me. If you can."

Satan laughed. He thought that with the proper exposure and the proper preparation, he would finally have his chance to rule, to be equal to or greater than God. And so began our century, the century of World Wars, abortion, racial cleansing, pornography, contraceptives, and a multitude of opinions, voices, beliefs, theological reforms, liberalism, political and economic turmoil. Many, many souls confused by the Prince of Lies, have stumbled and fallen.

Pope Leo XIII greatly disturbed by what he had heard, or discerned, asked God for some protection, so weapon the world could use against the trickery, lies and snares of the devil. In response, he was inspired to compose the Saint Michael prayer, and to form cenacles - grassroot rosary groups.

Yep , once I got a copy of the book, I had to read it to the end, couldnt put it down.
Thought these steps are so simple and the big picture just feels right, I have to give it a go.
So My plan was to write the 6 steps down then go for a walk and read them out aloud.
while writing them my spelling became hopless and I had to go slowly to get the correct spelling, the when I came to write the one about my primary guide my spelling had to go really slow just to get the letters out , it was a real struggle, then my throat dried up and I had to stop get a drink before continuing with the statment for my primary guide, the whole scenario was an eye opener as I hadn't experienced anything like that before, the resistance was that obvious,
continued writing the rest then walked and read them out and came across reading difficulty on the one about my primary guide , interesting to say the least, continued the rest of the reading, then repeated them the next day to be sure and in the following days it does feel like a weight has lifted and my will is more clearer. I feel great, It's been 4 days since reading them out and am looking forward to the future for once in a positive way.
I do recomend anyone to read the book and do the simple exerscise, you have nothing to loose.:)
