Hi,anyone out there have a remedy for a hayfever cure my children,there has to be an alternative to dosing them with drugs each day,any thoughts would be greatly appreciated Cheers

Keep them away from ANY sugar (fruits as well!) and dairy products. My friends have hayfever and as soon as they start avoidig dairy and sugar, 3 days into it, they're as good as new. An occasional sneeze may happen but there's no throat problems, no clogged up nose, itching etc.

Quercetin (http://nutrition.about.com/od/phytochemicals/p/quercetinprofil.htm) and lots of vitamin C.
An immune booster like Echinacea - to stem the allergic reaction which produces the histamine response - is another option.
