When I first heard Throbbing Gristle, my world turned upside down. It's not technically correct, it's not theoretical, it's not any of that fucking bullshit I learned when I was taking lessons. It's just raw, pure, pissed off energy. And I like it.

That's the kind of energy I like in music as well, which is why I'm currently searching for punk music that fills that requirment. Generally punk music IS raw and pissed and energetic, but I'm looking for the epitome of the genre.

The song you gave me, btw, reminded me of an EXCELLENT undergroud movie called Lquid Sky, which is a term for heroin. I think it's right up your alley:
