Im gonna check out that ROSEMARY HERB! Sounds too good to be true!!!!

I have used rosemary before, it's very powerful. You can use the fresh rosemary, and thus get the vitamins too out of it, or you can use the essential oil and get the volatile oils from it, either way it's a powerful anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, antiviral agent.

Chamomile is terrific. However, it can hit some people pretty hard; particularly, if they are small in stature and a sensitive type, as in elderly or child.

My mother started drinking herbal teas. We went to lunch and she decided to try a cupy of Chamomile. We went shopping afterwards and I almost had to carry her to the car. I took her home, let her into the house, and continued with our errands. I get home and she greets me at the door with a banged up face. I was horrified. :eek: Instead of laying down, she had gone into the garage for something. She tripped and fell face first on the concrete banging up her nose, face, arm, and leg. She's 82. It's a dang good thing she has strong bones for her age or she'd would have been in the hospital with something broken. It was bad enough as it was. I felt horribly guilty for not seeing she went to bed when I dropped her off. :(
