Doomsday Plane

So if this was a "Doomsday plane" then what was it doing flying inside the danger zone? Wouldn't it make more sense to fly it somewhere away from any areas likely to be targeted by the enemy? It would also make the aircraft harder to locate. Remember that on 9/11 the National Command Authority weren't supposed to know what was coming next. They were anticipating anything up to and including a nuclear attack.

Also it is strange that there are these reports of another mystery white jet in the vicinity of where Flight 93 crashed.

Are there often big jets in the air that noone can explain? Very strange that noone can explain it. But if there are often just random jets in the sky on any given day, then it's no big deal.

Perhaps this was the mobile command center overseeing the 9/11 attacks, could this plane possibly contain the controls for fly-by-wire aircraft systems? Or, this could just be a plane involved in the several military operations that were already occurring that morning, as well it could have been the go between for the military operations and the 9/11 attacks, ensuring everything is timed correctly and that everybody is in place on queue... and of course it could have been called ready to load up the government criminals and conspirators, should something go terribly wrong, or if somebody involved leaked the truth.

Does anybody know if that plane was in the process of landing, taking off, or neither? Judging from is location and DOT? I am not familiar with D.C., (thank goodness).

It was at a considerable altitude, so I doubt if it was just taking off or landing. I don't know at what air base or airport the Doomday planes are based; does anyone else?

They are stationed at Offutt AFB, NE. in Bellevue, NE (just South of Omaha).
