Tony is not a Master Mason, hes higher. The handshake you are describing isn't the one you're showing us. Its different. The fingers are not being pressed on, just the hand bones.

I didn't say Blair was a Mason, and it's not important where exactly the thumb is placed. I've seen many subtle variations...
