Yeah i know what your sayin, but if we look at it like that then Bush Jnr is also an innocent man, as he merely signed people off to war never actually killed anyone, Manson should have stayed clear of that act but he didn't, he gave the feds an opportunity to fuck him and they did, hard.

It's the same with any potential leader/figurehead, they get the cult leader label, did you see the "End of the World Cult"? A channel 4 production about a group of ex 7th day adventists and their leader Michael who claimed to be a messiah, due to the nature of the program one is encouraged to view this group as a right bunch of weirdos, but with a rudimentary knowledge of spirituality, the divine essence within us etc, it was plain to see this group had a real alternative to the SHIT system we are currently under, and like anything or anyone who offers and alternative to the Saturnalian/Cronos/Animus, white mans, dead end world is targeted, they tried to pin sex abuse on the guy and ridicule the idea his followers were going through the apocalypse.

I guess you could say Manson didn't get with the program so the program got him, and this is the same with countless others mysteriously dead, imprisoned, exiled or murdered.
