a possible origin for the fear of reptiles especially snakes is the ancient use of snake venom to induce trance.this was belived to be used by priestesses in ancient times.when supressed by the new 'religion' of judaism the propaganda against the snake began.most probably the origin for belief in satan being a serpent.in other cultures this same practice led to the worship of snakes as givers of wisdom.i belive their image as been hijacked by the 'elite' as so many other symbols have.

Snake venom is chemically similar to bee venom!

The origin of the idea of "satan" the "Lord of This World" who decieves and corrupts and is a SERPENT lies with knowledge of the Annunaki dominion over this world.

This from one who knows they exist based on first-hand experience.

Don't get me wrong, much that has been attributed to the "Serpent" is actually stuff that the "Serpent" themselves want to scare people away from, like kundalini, for example. But the BASIC concept of satan (and I don't mean the artists representations like the "Red Guy") is obviously to me based on the Annunaki. Something I wouldn't be quite so sure of if I doubted the existance of the Annunaki, which I do not, CAN not haveing witnessed their existance first-hand.

And the reason why so many cultures have deified the serpent is the same in origin as the concept of satan.

Point is that the only folks who seem to dislike the Snake are the Jewwwwwssssss....

And here I mean Judeo-Christians. I have nothing against any race, but demonizing non-human entities just for the sheer hell of it and then praying for Armaggedon seems just a tad bit silly to me.

Famous snakes on the side of man:

1. Quetzalcoatl.
2. Ananta Sesa.
3. Rainbow Serpent.
4. La Abuela.
5. The Ming and Manchu Dynasties.

Of course, these great friends of man still have millions of followers and devotees especially in India and Latin America, China, Africa and Aborigenes. Thanks to the Gods, mankind has NOT forgotten it's true friends.

Of the four races of man, the white race got the secret of fire. Hence they fight the Naga, who are water, and their natural opposition. The black race got the secret of water, hence they are devotees of the Rainbow Serpent. The yellow race got the secret of air, hence they are the masters of breath. And the brown race earth. The only ones who give serpents a hard time are the fire-folk.

My faith is that they are MUCH more than a symbol.

I believe in the Naga.

And I am CERTAIN they are on "our" side.

ESPECIALLY the plummed variety.
