Hi everyone, long time reader first time poster. Thought I'd share this with people to see what they think.
When I was a child I remember walking home (alone I seem to recall) and for some reason I looked up into the sky. When I did look up I saw what appeared to be a human form, curled almost foetally in what seemed to be a big clear bubble. I'm sure it wasn't a balloon or anything as I could clearly see the clouds through it. I didn't feel weirded out by this at all, maybe because I was only a kid but it certainly held my attention for a while as it began to float upwards even more.
Anyway, after watching it for about 10 seconds a huge great bloody black dog came running past me from behind and scared the bejeezuz out of me. When I looked back to the thing in the sky I could no longer see it.
Any suggestions or ideas?

Sounds interesting. How old were you at the time and what country were you living in? Can you be absolutely sure it wasn't a dream since it's a memory from when you were a kid?

Hi, thanks for the replies.
It definately wasn't a dream I remember it so vividly, the time of day, the exact position where I was, the walk home etc. Far to vivid a memory to have been a dream, and especially for me to remember it even up until now.
I think it was about 18 years ago, I would have been 9 I think. It's such a strong image and memory though I remember every aspect of it even now, which is why I think it's always stuck with me as being something out of the norm !

Do you remember how far away it was? Do you remember anything about the being's appearance? Sorry to ask so many questions, it's just an interesting scene to think about.
