Having consistantly asked for verifiable 100%, irrefutable proof, not heresay and conjecture, about religious belief I have reached my only conclusion.
I have been given none.
So on this basis I declare myself the winner in all debate past, present and in the future.
Yes, yes!! No crying over spilt milk now. You all had your chances to show me your god's but you didn't.
I would like to thank you all for all the time and effort you have wasted and bid you a VICTORIOUS smile.
Optimus pigpot is declared the winner by knockout in the final round of debating...
All others who lost are officially, OFFICIALLY that is, declared wankbots!!!!!
I only sing when I'm winning, I only sing when I'm winning, I only sing when I'm winning, I only sing when I'm winning, I only sing when I'm winning, I only sing when I'm winning, I only sing when I'm winning, I only sing when I'm winning etc. etc. etc....!!!!!!!!!!

Could you give me proof that anything exists? Anything can be doubted and have skeptism applied.
Your THEORY, that there is no god, is only as valid as the THEORY that there is a god. Both can be argued in logic and philosophy, but neither is the clear winner.
Yet these matters have no place in science either, being outside the scope of scientific investigation, for the moment at least, as no one has produced any testable hypothesis of god.
So as far as your proof goes, there is certainly no more proof than proof to the contrary. (Those philosophical arguments are basically it).
But even if their is a god, it doesnt mean religions are right, or a good idea...
Proof of jesus or god, wouldnt make going to church any less an excercise in group think.

An absence of proof is not proof of absence!!
This is a very well known fallacy;
as summised by logic, of which you claim to be an enthusiastic adherent!

Buddha, read Icke, Children of The Matrix, Page 220, Line 9 onwards...
Quote, "Look at Buddha's background. He was born on December 25th to the virgin Maya and a star and wise men in tow. He was a royal bloodline and the ruler was told to kill the child to avoid being overthrown. He taught in the temple at twelve, was tempted by the evil Mara and baptised in the prescence of God. He performed miracles, healed the sick and fed 500 people with a basket of cakes. He died (in some traditions on a cross) and was resurrected to Nirvana or heaven. His tomb was miraculously opened and it was said he would return and judge the dead. Buddha was the 'Light of the World', the 'Lord' and 'Master', the 'Good Shepherd' , and 'Carpenter'. The usual CV."
Not just "LIKE" Jesus and all the rest.......
Sorry guys but it's all the same old same old. Same page 220, line 5 this time... About Christianity Icke says, "It was, and is, a religion to hijack the minds of the masses and to remove all those who now the truth." He goes on to say... "So are all the rest. Even Buddhism, which is claimed to be more enlightend, came from the same source and was sold as historical fact."
Point made......

As no one is saying anything or responding to either the Jesus or Buddha quotations that I have given from David Icke.....

Sorry, pot.
Those huge fucin fonts you use makes your stuff difficult to read and easy to ignore.
I totally agree with David.
Except I would use the word "sect" instead of the word "religion."
There is only one religion, - that's his point, - so how can you say "a" religion?

That’s wrong I have heard many different accounts of Buddha’s life and that account doesn’t fit with any of them!

As I am more into lightening the burdened of their ego's and generally ripping the piss out of people who take themselves far to seriously, I will for the moment take time to be serious.
Many thanks catfood for your reply. You have been the one person who has genuinely asked what it is I believe in.
I believe in nothing, as I cannot at any stage prove anything. At one point I was asked by a group of school children and their teacher, (after telling them I was nothing, no Christian, Muslim, Jew, Conservative or Socialist etc...) whether I was an existentialist, which I thought was quite a reasonable question for children of 14 years of age. To which I replied I am not even that. They asked me how can you be nothing? To which I replied that I am not anything which has been given to me by somebody else.
No we can sit here all day as have many and say that these wise books have come here by divine inspiration and were written by the hand of wise or inspired men but regardless of what people say, there is no PROOF.
I have investigated these religions, dipped a toe in a few and immersed myself in others waitinng for the Good Word... But I have experienced nothing.
So, therefore I began to read about how the religions came into being and then suddenly it begins to appear that they have a common thread. Entrapment..
Can't have sex with a menstruating women! Pardon!! Can't eat pork! Love it, especially the crackling!! Can't do this and this, can't do that!!!
All the good stuff means eternal damnation but the bad stuff well in your next life it'll be great. In heaven, if you've lead a life of abstinance you'll be given rewards.
Now, here's the thing. No-one , not one person I have met has proved to me that they have been there and come back and that their religion was the ONE to follow.
I spoke to a Catholic the other day and asked them why they follow the religion and their response was, that they needed order in their lives. But when you think about it Islam provides order but maybe that wasn't their cup of tea as they may find it a little stricter. She also said she didn't agree with some of the Catholic church's teaching as she was already divorced and said she didn't agree with the stance on contraception.
But she WAS a Catholic, RIGHT!!!
Oh dear, more interpretation then. This is the problem I have, very well meaning guys like Synergy777 promote one love and one peace but what does it all mean???
Really though, what does it do, what difference does it make?
Atheism's bollocks as well. Evolution my arse, come from fucking monkeys and of course the Big Bang, everything came from a single point of nothingness..... Hmmmmm, sounds like the cow in the field thought that up not, some brainy arsed Professor.
NO WE FUCKING didn't, that we are related essentially to an amoeba. Yeah, okay. When you talk to biology teachers they themselves can't prove it so why are they teaching it. Their answer is always, that it's the best guess we've got!!!!!!!!!!!
So we are teaching the children, the next generation... Wait for it, THE BEST GUESS!!! Or that, an Abrahmic God made the World. When you've read all about Icke, it becomes clearer. Neither's right.. To all these Messianic Jews or Christians the Muslim is wrong, in fact everyone is wrong apart from themselves. But go to the Middle East and they'll tell you the reverse and while everyone is postulating their message is correct the global plan rumbles on.
So me, I'm nothing, I bat for no side other than my own. I wait, listen, ponder, ensure that I never develop an ego and certainly don't believe or have faith in anything. I wait for the time if it ever does come when God or nothingness reveals itself towards me. And if it dares to question why I didn't believe well I'll have a pretty damn good fucking argument with it over why it played fucking games with humanity when all it needed was just a little more clarity on the subject.
Unsure as to how I'll argue with nothingness though but as ever I'll have a fucking good go..... I can't prove anything, just like everyone else........ But the difference is, I don't claim to have the answer like some people do.........
Hope I've answered your question catfood.......
One Love, One Peace....... No that wasn't me...........somethings invaded my mind.
No, No it hasn't........ I was just talking crap.....

Thank you pigpot. I have a lot more respect for you now I understand your thinking a bit more. Your right that people should not thro themselves with such conviction into beliefs which offer no proof.
But on a personal level their is nothing wrong with trying different ways of thinking and seeing the world.
Religion offers no proof and I can see that it can do a lot of harm but I also see the positive side, its up to the individual were they take it. If someone wants to call them selves catholic but doesn’t agree with some of the dogma that fine after all true religion is a personal thing.
Ps, sorry for the double post.
:)
