Anybody ever feel extremely lonely all the time no matter what?
I always feel like I`m lonely and that nobody wants to be with me. Like nobody wants to truly have a relationship or be friends with me, in particular of ones that I wish to have relationships with in a true sense of friendship or intimacy. I`m now an adult and I notice when I look back that I`ve always felt this way since I could remember as a child. When this time of year approaches it seems to bring alot more loneliness especially cause I know I have no one to be with, family or friends. Its such a deep feeling and always lasting. I feel scarred, lonely and isolated in my life and don`t know what to do with myself. I`m afraid that I`ll always feel this way. Anybody know what I`m saying? Anybody that have ever or do feel this way? Is there anything you do or have done to help yourself in respect to your inner deep feelings that feel so lonely?

I really feel for you. I've been extremely lonely in my life, and the pain of lonelyness is really intense. Lots of love sent your way.
What helped was spiritual truth, when I started seeing that I was living in a prison of my own mind, and let go of illusion people are more attracted to me.
There are so many nice people that are lonely, because they are shy, the shyness kepps the lonelyness in place. But it doesen't seem to help much to try to force yourself not to be shy, at least it didn't for me, because you're not relaxing, not really being yourself. It is like people can pick up the tension. Are you shy? You shouldn't have to feel shy, you are a great being.

sweetspirits, i wish i could talk to you in person so that I could spend an hr or two going over things like these. I experienced this loneliness that you speak of. I went through a period without true intimacy for 5 years. My problem was that even though i could pretend to be charismatic and such, it was simply a facade and i wasnt truly comfortable with myself. What i found that helped ease the pain was to remind myself that no matter where I go mother earth and all my brothers and sisters of all areas of life and even so called biologically non-living are always there with me. But this simply treats the symptom. Its not all as quick and easy as it may seem, but the best thing to do is simply to find others who might share your sympathies and just express yourself. Unfortunately with so much sadness and negativity in the world people dont want to be around others who they feel will bring them down. Even though you might believe your true self to be quiet and shy the loneliness you experience is pain, its not normal to live with such pain. Just focus on the things that bring you deep shining joy, and then stay with those feelings, soon enough you will find someone who shares in that joy and you will be joyful together. I know this sounds cheesy or hokey but much like david icke has said I believe you choose every state that your in. Its simple as that, accept loneliness for what it is, an illusion a mind trap, awaken yourself to all that is one, every thing you can percieve is shining light. Lonliness is is such a problem these days. People become isolated for various reasons and it is hard to break out of that mould.

This story is not about lonliness but depression. I knew this man many years ago and to see him on Australian story and what had become of him was quite a shock. I think Brian's psychologists words could be adapted to many situations.

So, my suggestion is to hang in there, see this problem for what it REALLY is, do some of your own meditation and research, connect with other FW-Indigos, and don't let the energies consume you...no matter who, what or where they are coming from! I have found for me that connecting to my guides and guardians from the Realm has been extremely beneficial and many times I have even felt their arms around me...just holding me.....and sometimes I cry. This has been a very profound experience indeed, and it has helped me through some of these tremendously lonely times.

Also, (and this is extremely important)...use this "solitude time" to get "cleaned-up and cleared-up" as much as you can if you have been "messed-up"...(hahahaha and what FW-Indigo hasn't?!) You want to be at your best physically, emotionally, spiritually and psychically for when one of your "beloveds" comes into your life. Get as many of your implants cleared out as you can and make sure that you are not going to be a "donor" of Kundalini Dumping! (Not a good way to start a companionship/partnership!)

Understand that we are also very much aware of the different agendas that are in motion on a cosmic scale right now and why FW-Indigos are so intertwined in it all. We are also aware of why the energies are intensifying and why Indigos are being targeted..... and are working 24-7 to find all the sources and get it handled. If any of you have some psychic hits on things that we might need to look at .....we are always welcoming your input. We also welcome any assistance you can render.

It is not just a spiritual condition. Finding oursleves our inner god / goddess it the journey we are all on, perhaps join a yoga class.
But when our lives out devoid of good friends and family that journey is much harder. At our core we are social animals and need a loving enviroment is grow in.
I am going through something similar but try to fight it. Friends can be found here too.
