This is an old but very effective technique. It's called Writing yourself to freedom.

Any problem, or anything that you want to get off your chest, right it down on a piece of paper, and after your done writing, burn it. When you write, the energy is released, and when you burn the paper, you conclude it. (whatever you addressed in writing)

It works like a charm for me, and i feel alot more at peace, thinking clearer and going about spiritual growth and living alot easier and better.

When you're writing, don't think of it as manifesting itself over again, (whatever you write down) however simply as writing yourself to freedom from what you are writing down.

Try it. It works. :D

I may give that a go. It sounds like the sort of thing that may actually work.
Thanks.

I write it then shred it - but it works as well as burning.

I write it then shred it - but it works as well as burning.

When the page is burned, the flame is analog to the page, and the rising smoke is analog to the flame, and the humidity in the air is analog to the rising smoke, and the rainfall is analog to the humidity in the air, and the pattern on the ground is analog to the rain.

Every thought gets stored in the morphogenetic field.
So if you think that you will feel relieved after writing and burning, it becomes a fact.

I did try some similar Magick a few months ago.. we have a massive Ash tree in the garden, I wanted to find out the uses of it so I did a quick search and found that it can be used to enhance dreams, contact the dead etc..... I brushed it off for a few days but then decided to do it..

I got 10 Ash leaves, a piece of paper and some cotton..

I loosely bound the ash leaves in the cotton and then wrote on the piece of paper what I wanted to know.. in this case, I wanted to know the truth about love, whether there was someone out there for me... I then cut my thumb and put blood on the paper, put the paper in between the leaves and held the little bundle and with 'absolute faith' told it what I wanted.. I then put them under my pillow..

Now I don't know whether I found the answers I was looking for but I did have a dream about talking to my grandparents who have been dead since I was young..

The power of belief has a lot to do with what you do, I think that the ritual just made me feel like it was a process which I suppose is needed in our reality because we are always told that there is no such thing as a free lunch..

I'll give this a go, many thanks.

... oh and I have been having the recurring dream which is slightly different each time about kissing a woman that creeps up on me.. I never notice that she is there until she's kissed me.. this could be part of the magic or it could just be that my mind has decided to confuse me.

Once I used it for a couple of days, I burned it.
