what am i experiencing ?

Hi, ever since i was a kid i can remember times when i would just pause and look at myself and hands and be surprised at the fact that this was life it all seemed very surreal it is such a weird feeling that i cannot fully describe it in words. Also lately i have been having feelings like i am out of my body but i cannot see my body this happens while i am awake for example just sitting down it is as if i can feel my body is just a car.
Can anyone relate or know what is this i feel ?

if you manage to hold that feeling with you forever you will be enlightened, it is self awareness. Not self awareness spoken of commonly, awareness of the body you are in, but awareness of you, whatever you are.
