Gordon Novel is quite an impressive personality. Seems to know some serious shit and have humanity's best interest at heart. Then the mask starts to crumble...
I strongly recommend watching this as it covers some amazing topics from an amazing person. Whether this guy is disingenuous or deluded is the question. No doubt he knows his shit and is on the inside.
The major red flags for me are:
(1) He attributes the main cause of global warming to CO2 and gives "An Inconvenient Truth" as a true testament to this belief.
(2) Thinks the CIA are composed of true patriots and nobel people who have been wrongly accused.
(3) Thinks Free Will is of little importance ultimately.
(4) Thinks it is possible to know the future for certain and at that point all you will have to do is follow your script.

Had to stop watching. This guy displays much body language 'evidence' of lying and everything I've heard so far suggests he's disinfo...
Kennedy, economy, and paradox's to name but 3.
The way he reeled off all the subjects 'relevant' to his intended audience made me suspicious. What is he interested in? What is he doing? He never gets round to discussing that. He's most interested in positioning himself in respect of various ideas, people and debates and assuming authority that way.
Dyed hair and beard, half-moustache, aviator shades? I'm wary of people who look like they're used to changing their appearance but are not in any regular branch of the entertainment business.
I'm not interested about who he's worked for in the past, but what he's doing now. And I really couldn't say, having watched this video.

You watched the video? He's talking about implementing free energy, time-traveling, making a movie, taking on Majestic, etc., etc.
It's quite a grandiose agenda. My problem with him is mostly his notion that the future is predetermined and if we know the future, all we will have to do is follow God's script. That and that Free Will is not a very important factor in life which I hold to be one of the most essential aspects of Creation.
I was trying to say — albeit in a roundabout way — that he talks about doing lots of things and about being involved with many projects, past and present, but not what it's all for.
Should people engaged with such ideas simply *do* stuff without considering their position in relation to others and the ethics of it all? Do these things not matter?
I'm always wary of 'driven' people, whether in this sort of context or that of regular scientific research.

I don't think you payed very good attention to the video. He's positioning himself and his cohorts to be basically the saviors of humanity by completely changing the energy and monetary paridigms and introducing time travel to the planet.

Again, he directly addresses this in the video. This is one of the problems I have with this guy. He tries to take the moral high ground by bleating on and on about the injustices of the world, the corruption in high places, etc. and then tries to paint the CIA as "eagle scouts" and Mankind as a superior arbiter of cosmic intelligence regarding the evolution of our species and the future of our planet such as when he says that he thinks we can do a better job than nature in controlling climate.
