PROLEGOMENA
The New Age of Pegasus is executive as of November 14th 2009ii.
There will be many questions as concern the following ritual decree.
The statement of the spirit is undisputable. Here are some of the
inquiries that can be answered to the uninitiated.
1.
Where has the old Age of Cetus II gone? Good question. It is still
here. Perhaps we should say here for the most. An Age is a
phenomenon that hits the initiated first. The masses usually follow
suit when the action has been gone. There are many examples to
this, in fact all human history and religion form an example of
religious delay. Precession has no mercy as the avatar of Venus
comes as avenger in the year 2017.

As concern the masses. The masses are entitled, also not entitled
to initiation. In the obnoxious chaos as created by “astrologers”,
there are many victims thinking that we are living some Age of
Aquarius, which perhaps is due in 700 years1 from now. As
“astrologers” kept on cheating the masses in replicating themselves,
the Sun stood for ages in the same place. Also, their “ascendants”
suffered no passage of time. They are all asininely still there, all 12
of them, as if mocking Astrology, the Lord of the Ćon of Cetus II
and the Creator.

This is not the first time that “astrologers” burn in hell but this is the
last time.
4.
All books and their pervert authors are burnt in the Age of Pegasus.
No pseudo-astrological nonsense as dealing with the 12 ascending
zodiacal signs must be left unburnt. In order to proceed, we must
be clean.
5.
Therefore burn your astrologer and his books. Many have already
done so. They burnt the books. The astrologer will burn even
without your intervention, in fact, it is already burning. Why “it”? The
devil has no male or female character.
6.
Do not waste time in ridiculing the “astrologer”. Invest in study.
7.
At first, the RTRRT were intended for everyone. This liberal notion
was for the Age of Cetus II. From now on, we will make initiation an
ordeal.
8.
It is possible that in the Age of Pegasus no RTRRT initiation will be
afforded at all.
9.
The peaks of the Age will be celebrated in the standard place of
worship.
10.
Will there be any Age of Cetus III? Yes, again, for the masses, the
standard Age of Cetus III will repeat as of record.
11.
The Age of Pegasus III thus roughly coincides with the Age of
Cetus III. There is in fact a pattern in the Pegasus - Cetus
dynamism of Venus.
DECREE
Takedown in the place of the Nile delta and in the middle of the
pouring rain2, the 467 of Golgotha, Silvon Salion3 decrees.
As concern the devil.
* Let the devil4 be exorcised5 from the planet and into its deepest
hell.
