So, plastic bags are not good. They don't biodegrade for several millennia, thus being wicked and evil and fulfilling the nasty people's agenda, which appears to be 'choke the planet'.
By the same token, how many million unbiodegradable condoms float into the great rubbish dump that is called the Mid-Atlantic? Are they a health hazard?
Also, why do Hollywood controllers allow their films to be spattered with 'Christian Swear Words' like 'Jesus' or 'Christ' and nobody complains, so
Great site. Stable forum. Good place for thinking. Thanks etc.
Could be a double post, if so I apologise

They stink, you can't feel anything if you're wearing one, and they are a total rip off. That may seem like a chauvinist view, but most women I know who are on the pill or injection are very happy with it. For those that can't take or don't want either of those, there are other alternatives.

Condoms as "Safe Sex," My ASS!! The condoms are a waste of money, space, and your private parts. They are uncomfortable as well.

Maybe the AIDS virus was in the free condoms which were given to people in Africa ? The other alternative is more likely, VACCINES :eek:

As a female, I can say it does feel better without, and natural lubrication works much better without, but I don't like taking pills or getting shots if I don't have to.

most of them have holes in them anyway and can't protect you from anything and the are toxic for women and can cause cancer. If everybody is using them how would people reproduce?

Sorry but that made me laugh. People reproduce by stopping wearing them.

> The AIDS Virus doesnt exist
> HIV is a retro virus, that just rides on the cells. It causes no harm.
Right now, both you and me, and everybody in this planet has the HIV virus floating around in our bodies.
> Burroughs Wellcome engineered the great AIDS scam. And made/make trillions as a result. Ditto for the condom industry.
> All of Africa's diseases are conveniently blamed on AIDS.
Please google AIDS Scam for more info.

Fifty-three percent of unplanned pregnancies occur in women who are using contraceptives. When choosing a method of birth control women often consider the published success/ failure rates for the method they are considering. However, these rates are based on "perfect use" by women--that means using the method exactly as prescribed during every act of sexual intercourse.
The failure rates for a given method of birth control may actually be much higher during "typical use" than you might expect:
Typical Contraceptive Failure Rates
* Implants and injectables
2-4%
* Oral contraceptives
9%
* Diaphragm and cervical cap
13%
* Male condom
15%
* Periodic abstinence
22%
* Withdrawal
26%
* Spermicides
28%
Who is Most at Risk for Contraceptive Failure?
* Cohabiting women.
* Unmarried women.
* Women who live below 200% of the poverty level.
* Black women.
* Hispanic women.
* Adolescents.
* Women in their 20's.

this i beleive is true ... my father-in-law, worked for many years in pre aids africa.... they had a disease they called the sleep.....seems the same as aids.
comdoms when used can help lower the chance of reproduction, and std's...education and facts is what younger people need,, not use this it's ok.
also if they are so needed, why are they so highly over priced in the uk ....
like everything this government does, they think they can fix things afterwards and not put services in place, so that the problem does not arise...
freedom belongs to hte grandchildren,we are just the caretakers :)

Lots of info new to me. I still wonder if used ones aren't an environmental problem, or do they all end up in sewage works. Surely some end up in the sea and choke fish and so on. There was a news report recently, which I haven't been able to find, about a huge floating island in the mid-atlantic composed entirely of rubbish - plastic bags and so on, although it didn't specifically mention condoms.
And talking about how uncomfortable they are

I agree. Having sex with a condom is like having sex with a balloon. But birth control can be unhealthy for women. I may get a vasectomy, but can you suggest any other forms of birth control? Sponges? Diagphram? I'm serious.

GET MARRIED!
The logic is slightly flawed: marriage doesn't mean she won't get pregnant.

Sponges? Diagphram? I'm serious.If you don't like condoms or pills, then sterilization is the only other method I know of. The "rhythm method" doesn't always work (calculating your cycle, when you could get pregggers or no).

Actually, marriage is a sure way to NOT get her pregnant, because married couples don't have sex. ;)
