found these pics, this is at a rebuilt hospital, any meaning to these items?

any info on where these are just ask, i came across them while researching the hospital that i was born at. There were some strange things happening at this hospital, but the whol;e area is interesting.#

Well, there is a wooden snake that looks similar to the oroboras.

Otherwise the rest of it looks like rocking horses and the landscaped part just looks like someone has just tried out a decorative design.
