Don't worry on your next incarnation you will probably be born in some kind of amnesia state whereby you won't be aware of the past life (current one you have) and you can start all over again. Either that or if your lucky you may get to try life on another planet.
Take Care

what make you so sure, reincarnation exist?
it's a popular belief...
but so is christianity, hare krishna, islam, ....
why would reincarnation... of all other beliefs be the truth? ;)
i can not give you advice on how to escape reincarnation to this place (if such thing exist),
but i can give advice about unhappiness.
there is a cause for unhappiness,
and this cause is wanting what you don't have... and not wanting what you have.
the solution is want what you have, and don't want what you don't have.
once u accept you're in this hell-hole, you see it's not that bad as you thought. :)

Just like they way we started this one.

So, how do we know this type of thing happens? For me it is a feeling. A very deep feeling. I think when our physical body dies, our 'spirit', 'soul', 'life energy', 'conscousness', changes from this three dimensioal world and enters other dimensions.
I just started a thread about death and heaven and hell, just a coincidence dear...

You, sir, are a genius. That is one of the top questions, certainly. A slightly broader version of this question is, "how do I stop the cycle of birth and death?"

That's excellent wisdom, minus the part about reincarnation. I think it is plain common sense, and we really don't need to beat a dead horse.

You misunderstand the doctrine, I fear. You cannot avoid reincarnation unless you ascend to levels of existence where the continuity rules do not apply, but you, your consciousness/all of it, are energy and that energy transforms upon death. It becomes something else, takes a new form. That is all: you needn't be concerned with coming back to Earth - there are myriad planets and species which can facilitate you elsewhere in this Universe and others. You made an unconscious choice to be here in the world right now before you were born and you're wondering now why you made that choice. This is the beginning of a great enlightenment. Rejoice!
Be patient, accept who-you-are, and eventually you will attain to a state beyond the seemingly endless Becomings of reincarnative cycles. :)
Remember you are here on Earth for a Reason - maybe to make the above OP post, maybe something more significant. Could be anything. Enjoy, and try to find some fulfilment.
The Earth doesn't have to be a sh*thole. Fight evil. Do something that gives your life meaning and purpose.

Yes ofcourse I can help ...
just go to tesco's and in the book section you will find a book called "Advice on how not to be reicarnated" it has a step by step guide, its simple and easy to use and only costs £1.99.
Well worth it, it has been highly recomended by the deceased.

No I think that would not be a good idea because I know someone who tried that and the wizard was just a normal bloke hiding behind a curtain

Satanists have been trying to work out that riddle for a long time, but they're still searching for the Lost Word! LOL! They hate life!

Well,if you ask like this.
The Katha Upanishad contains six chapters divided in two sections. Within it is the conversation between Nachiketa and Yamaraj, the lord of death. Within that conversation Yamaraj establishes that due to ignorance and the desire to enjoy the material world, people continue to suffer in the cycle of birth and death, yet think they understand the real purpose of life. It is only in this human body that a person has the facility to realize God and escape the continued rounds of birth and death. Therefore, before the end of one’s life, he or she should realize God in order to fully utilize this human birth.
