How did you c-ure yourself? I was pre-diabetic at one point. It takes a while but you can do it... Another form of diabetes is harder, but I was on track for type 2. Taught my body to use fat reserves for fuel, use my sugars, or store them as muscle, not saturated fat. If you put your mind to it, it really can be something "spiritual." Your body can change. Putting on muscle really is the transmutation of the gods IMHO.
