IBS and kidney problem?

Not sure, but no matter how much I eat or drink, I feel a stomache ache for some reason, I could have a full or empty stomache and it still seems to ache.

Any suggestions?

Also, I get pains in my lower back on the right side, and it feels internal, I'm not sure if its a kidney or anything, any suggestions on that?

OP, get your thyroid checked out (blood test).

In the mean time, start taking iodine drops...trial and error, or talk to a naturopathic Dr.

What kind of stomach ache?
stabbing pain or cramping pain or burning pain etc
and how regular are your number twos?
