Some Good Advice Please!?

For those of you that have been here for a while you will remember that I was creating my webpage a few months back.
(those of you that are new please feel free to check it out)

Well I am still working on it, and I have added a lot more to it over the past few weeks. But I am interested in your views, what more can I add to make it a better website?

Please take a look right through it, Id like to hear your comments, and ideas on how to improve it further.

Have you thought of using frames? I personally think that they keep a page better organised, ie: you can see most stuff at one glance without having to scroll right to the bottom.

table of contents/navigation on a side frame and use the main frame to show whatever.

good and interesting stuff on there :D

There's some decent design sense going on there. The only thing I noticed.... the 'Strange Times' heading. Maybe make more of a feature of this title to the site (I assume its that). ie. More Graphic rather than just the text.

Good point, I agree. Can anyone design a graphic design for me? as I am useless at graphics and would not know where to start?
